Hello all,

Was traveling for work and one of our sites across country had a crisis I had to go to unplanned and had to work around the clock since Monday to resolve (I work in human resources). All's resolved now. Glad to be back.

pushed in 2 pretty good hotel gym workouts between all the craziness.

Monday: cardio/chest/shoulders
Tuesday: bis/tris/back
Wednesday: no church. buttoned up all investigation overnight until Thursday morning. Flew back this afternoon.

I have some serious vascularity in shoulders and arms since Saturday. Not sure if its from the var or clen (now on 80 ed) or combo, but it is been pretty dramatic the last couple days.

Morning all. Yesterday got in cardio and arms.

This morning legs and shoulders.

Increased clen yesterday to 120 with no discernable differences from 80. Going up to 160 today.

I'm telling you I can't tell the difference either in sides at low dose of clen so I just start at 160mcg...if your gonna be miserable for a few days might as well get the full effect. I've been running it this way off and on for a few years now and it works like a charm.

The normal weight I've been lifting feels like a billion pounds lately.

Today was church with family and then catch up work for school, for work, and around the house.

Just over 1 month left on current cycle then will cruise for a bit. Contemplating bulking cycle over winter involving test/deca/EQ/tbol.

Now that we're approaching Autumn (on the east coast U.S. at least) will any of you transition cycles here in the next couple months?

It's not just the clen bro...your eating less to cut so your gonna loose strength and a lot of it. It's a mind game you have to really push and just steady the course, at the end you'll be happy and then switch into a lean bulking mode afterwards. Re-feeds also help with the strength loss just limit them to every 10-14 days.

Last night blasted chest/back/cardio. Stopped taking the clen and actually am feeling more energetic, stronger, abd eating more.

Started splitting up product and pinning ED instead of EOD.

Currently:
ED: 100 tren a/50 mast p/50 test p/50 var

Tonight is bis/tris/shoulders

when I get out of here I'm bringing son to store, kids to six flags, then hopefully legs tonight.

Work had been interfering with my workout routine lately

This weekend gonna do arms today & chest tomorrow. Date night with wife tonight and bring the kids to a local carnival tomorrow.

Summer cycle ended a couple days ago and it is cruise time until the end of October (300 mg test e ew).

For those of you that blast & cruise...what's your dosage, length, and products?

Morning bro...I cruise or trt at 300mg for 2months or so and get bloods to see how things look before blasting again. As for products kinda depends on goals at the time to be honest but I'm usually a lower dose guy myself.

I'm on prescribed TRT so I'm on test year round nowadays...right now I'm using 250mg test Cyp 2x a week and just trying to lose body fat...if I get my body fat down enough come Thanksgiving - I plan on starting (clean) bulking Thanksgiving day using Test & Primo....except thanksgiving will be a free-for-all cheat day lmao. As far as dosage...ill probably do 250mg of test Cyp per week and 200-300mg of primo
Per week....we shall see.

Morning all. Gonna hit a full body workout this morning with my buddy. Brought wife to a Christian concert of a band she likes yesterday. She's pleased.

I was offered a promotion at work due to (at least partially) all the work I've been doing that's been making it harder for me to hit the iron. That should free me up in a couple months.

Cruising on 300mg test e/wk. Man my libido is only a shadow of what it was all summer on that test p/tren a/mast p cycle. My wife's been a bit frustrated in that regard.

Cruising until around Halloween then blasting again.

Hello All!!

Yes, the new job has me working double shifts 6 days a week until I can hire and staff two positions. I also have this doctoral program and the family so it's been a crunch...

Finally got the right shoulder MRI'd and read and they're saying bursitis and arthritis. Doctor told me I'll never be able to bench press or do any overhead lifts again. I simply cannot accept that answer.

It hurts like a mofo most days if I try to reach too far out or push overhead. Truthfully, not being able to bench heavy or overhead press was messing with my head and, coupled with work schedule, I haven't hit the gym regularly in about 2-3 weeks.

Diet still dialed in and haven't really melted too much..been on a cruise dose of test E at 300mg/week for the last 4 weeks. Soon after starting the cruise my arms/shoulders/chest/back broke out with acne in a way I haven't had in 25 years. So...that's been fun.

Met with a buddy of mine a few days ago and he said that although I can't do the workout I used to do...

what about legs..or bi's..or tris..traps..abs..cardio..etc...and he's right.

I've been a slug on the iron and using ready made excuses like my shoulder or my work schedule...but I went to the gym today with the wife and did cardio, legs, bi's, and tris with no shoulder pain. Decorated the house and yard with wife and kids for Halloween.

Guess I'll need to find a way to do shoulders/chest without.

Started my winter cycle today of 2 pins/wk of 400 tren E/250 deca/375 test E with 1st 8 weeks of 50mg/ed of liquid drol. I will now commit to doing home workout if needed to get it in near daily. God knows that when I was locked up many years ago we were pretty creative about getting the workout in in our locked cell.

I check on all your logs when I have a second and your persistence has me never getting too far off track.

full body calisthenic workout last night. Pretty good with shoulder. Hesitating to take doctor prescribed anti-inflammatory which is odd because I have no issues popping some var or dbol ed if needed.

decline barbell bench: 7 sets 10-12
burnout on flat barbell: only bar to failure then push-ups to failure



Bursitis in right shoulder still an issue and haven't done any incline in many months

Still running the Advanced Pharma Test E 500/wk and Tren E 800/wk with great effect. On this for another few weeks.

Cardio is garbage so gotta start hitting that at least 2X/week (I do none now). Let's put it this way...I was in marital relations last week and almost needed to take a break due to poor cardio. Don't get me wrong, I pushed through, but almost passed out.

Good job getting back into loggin KV! And I hear you on the cardio thing LOL!! Same thing happens to me when I stop doing cardio at least 3 times per week...I've noticed I'm at my best when I'm jogging or running 3x per week...

Going food shopping to meal prep for next week.

Traveling to 4 states in three days for work which is what has gotten me off track in the past.

I vow to push through and stay on focus.

I'm gonna push to not let this continue to happen.

Finally meal prepped and will be taking it with me (I'm driving with a cooler and staying in hotels)

15 meals (lunch and dinner) each consisting of:

6oz baked chicken
1.5 cup brown rice
4oz steamed broccoli

breakfast will be:

2 cups Special K with 2 cups whole milk
2 cups old fashioned oats with table spoon of peanut butter

snacks of:

avocado's, mixed unsalted nuts, premier protein shakes, grapefruit, apples

Gotta put all of this into more of a plan and system, but at least I started somewhere

You can do it brother! It's hard - especially when we are out of our comfort zone like you are gonna be!! Stick with your plan and know that good results will inevitably follow :)

Yeah brother I get this. Super busy with work and I'm all over the place. It's really hard to leave out of a cooler when on home all day. We just do the best we can and the better we do the more results we get. Stay strong man get er done

I consider the last few days a relative success:

both days did dumbbell workouts in hotel gym:

Monday: arms

Tuesday: chest

Wednesday: 45 minutes cardio on treadmill on interval.

Meals were on point due to my bringing the pre-made's with me in the cooler.

I also hit up the continental breakfast both days like a beast.

I've been super hungry every day since hitting the iron hard again.

One of the reasons I discovered BOP was because I'm interested in all things anti-aging. On this note I will be increasing my research into cognitive enhancement.

Today I begin daily 5000 mcg sublingual liquid oral B-12. I now take no multi-vitamins or any other regiment of vitamins.

I will add this to my log as well as anything else I take.

Ok Brothers, I wrote previously that I would start a log regarding my running the Trenbolone Masteron Mix 200. I have never written a log in this way before so bear with me if I provide what seems like useless information.

I am currently on day 12 of the eod pins of the tren/mast mix (pin 1 was 06/01). This was coincidentally the 8th week of the cycle I started on 04/06 of: test e 500/wk; deca 500/wk; Mast 350/wk with a front load of dbol for 4 weeks. (hcg 250 2X wk & aromasin 12.5 eod).

The circumstances arose to work with Flint, the counsel of some others, and obtaining the mix helped me shift gears to the look of my current cycle of: eod tren/mast mix 200/test prop 100. This is a new cycle for me as I have not used tren previously. Last pin of deca was 05/29: 2 weeks ago.

I know we are all busy, but my current circumstances: 42 years old, job that takes 50 hours with some traveling, wife and two children (10 son & 12 daughter) who’s lives I am committed to being a part of, and I am a full-time doctoral student studying Industrial/Organizational psych. Research & writing take up about 20 hours/week. Fill rest of time with health, workouts and BOP! sounds good bro

Yes...day off. Well kind of..couple hours work from home while hanging out with son, daughter, and goddaughter, but still at home.

already hit the treadmill for 60 minutes fasted cardio. Looking to move some weights tonight with wife.

Still into my many weeks of 800mg/wk Tren E & 500mg/wk test E.

Both Advanced Pharmaceuticals. I gotta say that my strength and endurance is top notch. Growing hair on the back is not great, but can be taken care of easy enough

Interesting..I'm taking a substance that actually begin to grow significant hair on my back like an animal.

Now that it's warmer here in the Northeast US (almost 90 degrees yesterday) the hard work has been showing and I already received a few comments in the last couple days about how much bigger I look.

Of course I let them know about all the clean living.

Liquid oral sublingual B-12 seems to be providing a clean energy boost.

Week 2 of meal planning and prep has successfully happened. Gotta track my calories better perhaps.

everyone falls bud.. getting back up can be hard.. thou it gets easier everytime...each time we know more of ourselves.. we know wat works and more importantly wat makes us fail...I just dropped tren in the middle of week 3 as the signs told me it was time.. previously, I wouldn't of listened, and the result would of been the same.. loss of gains, mental fallout and doubt on why the fuck am I doing this...
