Ok Brothers, I wrote previously that I would start a log regarding my running the Trenbolone Masteron Mix 200. I have never written a log in this way before so bear with me if I provide what seems like useless information.

I am currently on day 12 of the eod pins of the tren/mast mix (pin 1 was 06/01). This was coincidentally the 8th week of the cycle I started on 04/06 of: test e 500/wk; deca 500/wk; Mast 350/wk with a front load of dbol for 4 weeks. (hcg 250 2X wk & aromasin 12.5 eod).

The circumstances arose to work with Flint, the counsel of some others, and obtaining the mix helped me shift gears to the look of my current cycle of: eod tren/mast mix 200/test prop 100. This is a new cycle for me as I have not used tren previously. Last pin of deca was 05/29: 2 weeks ago.

I know we are all busy, but my current circumstances: 42 years old, job that takes 50 hours with some traveling, wife and two children (10 son & 12 daughter) who’s lives I am committed to being a part of, and I am a full-time doctoral student studying Industrial/Organizational psych. Research & writing take up about 20 hours/week. Fill rest of time with health, workouts and BOP!

Workouts: 3 day split for the last 2 months. Tuesday nights 8-10:30 PM bi’s, tri’s, back. Thursday nights (same time) chest, shoulders. Saturday mornings cardio, legs. This may be changing as a bb buddy of mine was laughing at my split when we met to do legs yesterday.

Diet: Seeking about 3650 calories/day. This is the main area of need for me. Poor planning and day’s filled with meetings sometimes have me around 2000/day more often than not. Not good, I know. Constant calibration.

Sleep: around 6 hours/night. This is a significant change for me as I have been on around a 4.5-5 hour/night sleep regiment for the last 5 years or so.

Ok….enough with setting the stage…

I had been out of the gym for about 6.5 years before Dec of 2015 which is coincidentally when I also found BOP. I was into lifting and athletics for the majority of my life previously, but it all fell off around the time my oldest kid started school. I recommitted at the beginning of this year and started the slow ease back in until the beginning of the cycle on 04/06. I started noticing strength gains & more motivation as well as a visual change by mirror check and the comments of others.

One thing I am always alert for is a placebo effect. If I am noticing a change I wonder if it is real or not. Since I began the mix a couple weeks ago I have been experiencing some effects such as 2 sleepless nights (lot of tossing/turning) in the last few days, sweating out of nowhere the last few days, short of breathe yesterday and some strength gains. I am, however, not sure if it the result of the product or something else. Now that the deca should be completely out of my system and the mix should be kicking in I should know more I’d think.

So…this is the kickoff of my log and I will daily/semi-daily be posting my diet, workout, gear, and anything else I notice that seem related. I know this is long, but the frequent logs entries will not be so much.

Sleep - 4 hours. Went to bed to get 6 and 2 hours in my son puked all over the floor in his room so we had to clean that up. Soon after the wife woke me up for sex. The current cycle plus the PSL Cialis and Viagra lately have her on another level. Sleep to grow?

quick way to increase food in take thru out the day and not resorting to take out...

blend 16 egg whites. 250 gms froz berries. little bit of tin pineapple (trust me) and two cups of oats... add water to create a decent consistency.. you have two full meals to take with you to eat on the go..... I tend to sip them rather than, schedule times... just blend the shit out of em...or chunks a plenty.. perfect meals leading up to a workout...
I pretty much live on that blend..you will grow... you will go thru many eggs.. buy in bulk..
now u could all fancy pants and add all the flax seed oils and the grains of a eastern himalayian tribe that live for thousand years.. waste of money.

Morning bro, I would suggest a shake or high cal protein smoothie for the extra cals. Do one before training and after and put some PB, granola, fruits whatever else you like, not ideal but easy to do and stay on the clean side of eating.

11 days in of tren, u should be irritated... gains will be minimal on a dry cycle... wen in doubt, double the amount..

just re reading your first post...how much did you gain from the first stage of cycle?
second... the depressing feeling of dropping a oral like dbol, arnt to be understated.. losing size aint inspiring..
wat are hoping to achieve in second phase of cycle?
do u have a diary to see how you trained and felt thru the cycle? very handy tool for future use.. patterns are easily seen..

big believer in high dosed short runs of a bulk.. get in hard, get out b4 sides take hold and create havoc...

Torcha - yes, the blend is on my list of items to accumulate in the next couple days. Can't see how I'll get consistently to the needed caloric intake without it.

I was wondering about the same thing being 12 days into the Tren/Mast. I'm running the tren/Mast/test prop eod (100 each). Maybe I'll give it another week and bump up the Tren. I guess I thought I'd have more sides (sweating/sleeplessness/intensity).

Good gains from 1st stage of cycle. I had leaned out to 221 before cycle and got back up to 237 in the 8 weeks of the dbol/test/mast/deca.

For this second stage of cycle I am hoping to achieve more size, but tighter, look.

When you say 'high dosed/short run'. How long is the run?

so that's bout 7kgs I think. water would a be a fair bit of it... gonna guess a bit, and say your feeling flat.. pretty low dose to gain on after first part of cycle.. the only way to increase gains after that is to increase gear doseage.. you reached a threashold, no going back, you have to go higher... adding tren will help with strength loss and preserve wat u have gained muscle wise. adding anadrol low dose will give u a fuller look, but fuck your hunger..
for me, in your currant cycle, id add clen, t3 and hgh (low dose). aim for fatloss then ..3 weeks off cycle and on dnp .. then go higher in dose, much higher, run for 5 to 6 weeks...dnp again... that will refresh u, then cruise a bit....

I done many 10 to 12 week cycles.. all end the same...and then start the same... change things up..

I had great success at 2 sust 250 per day for ten days, then changed to deca 400 pd for 10 days... I was however overcome by un expected bp issues and had to cut deca cycle in its tracks... that's was trial one....

hardening up gains I believe is a myth.. u can consolidate gains by holding them. u can create a visual illusion of hardness by cutting hard..

go thru your photos in past cycles... its fucking depressing.... well, least it was for me.... im the biggest ever feeling u get each cycle is soon deflated by looking at past cycle pics..and u relise you look the same as last 5 bulks.. of course this is just my take on wat works for me.. and has, is and can be debated.. personally don't care wat most think.. only a select one or two.
but then again, I only watch porn, that I make with my mrs.. so maybe I have 'too self involved' issues
of note, nothing depressing in homemade porn there...well, except the camera man, really needs a steadier hand........oh, probably shouldn't breathe too loud wen going all pov.. sounds kinda creepy.....

Nice grind, love the super sets I add those in when cutting makes the entire workout one big cardio session with weights.

Good morning. Some sides of the tren/Mast/test are becoming more apparent. Lust had gotten a bit out of control. My wife had a heart to heart with me this morning.

Gotta find a way to keep the lust under wraps. No other sides however. No night sweats...No compromised sleep.

Suggestions??

Well I may be different than most but my wife makes sure I'm taken care of and always has so I don't ever have any issues there. In also still very much attracted to her and we share body building as she is about to compete in her first show and her body is always amazing in my eyes so compared to others to me there's no contest. That being said of course your gonna look and things happen but I've turned down every single offer since being with my wife. My thought process is I have a family and great wife most everything I could ask for so why jeopardize that for a fling. Not sure this helps you in anyway but good luck sorting it all out bro.

Most of the time I run no pre workout since I workout in the evenings I don't want to be up all night long lol. Once in a while I'll use C4 if I am really dragging ass though.

how you finding the volume of your workout with tren? find it puffs me out a little. well that and bold....my workouts are shorter now. 2 heavy all sets. 3 excersises most body parts.. quads and back a little more.. ya tren cherry is popped... take it easy for now.. the mental sides arnt to b under estimated.. its does get dark. maybe not such a great idea for you and the mrs.....not yet anyway.....

Yes twisted, a couple of us went to the alter at the end and I sent some prayers up and your name (twisted) was on the list.

Work should stabilize now with no more traveling for a few weeks and school research is stabilizing as well for a couple weeks.

Church w/the family and a couple buddies last night was good: message was about not judging

Finally able to regain a bit of stamina in the sack with the wife. Beginning of cycle in April had me machine-like for an hour or more regularly, but since starting the tren 5 weeks ago there's been a few times where I felt winded after about 15 minutes like an asthmatic. Frustrating at times.

Tonight is chest/back

today is the eod pin of the tren/mast/prop (100 mg each)

the wife has asked about any orals for herself and am considering giving her 12 mg ed of Advanced Pharma Anavar.

Any thoughts?

Heavy on chest tonight.

Check it out... on my last, and heaviest, set of flat barbell press I was going down with the weight and felt a burning pull along the middle to outside of my right pec. I continued to feel the burning pull in the same area throughout the rest of the chest workout and was forced to go lighter weight, higher rep, and make sure my elbows were against my body when going down instead of elbows going down away from my body.

Still burning now...any thoughts?......

bent over side lat/trap raise: 6 sets

lat raise: 6 sets
front delt raise: 6 sets

rear delt fly: 6 sets
dumbbell shrugs: 6 sets

Legs:
squat: 6 sets
leg press: 6 sets
stiff leg barbell deadlift: 6 sets
leg extension: 6 sets
reverse leg extension: 6 sets
calf raise: 6 sets

shoulder muscles almost spasming/hurting between sets. Lots of water.

made sure to breathe on legs, but getting lightheaded between sets.

Day 1 of tren from 100 to 150 eod. Current run 150 tren/100 mast/100 prop eod. Only sides here at the end of week 5 have been wanting to screw everything in site. No night sweats, or trouble sleeping, or inner turmoil I so often seem to read about.

Relationship with wife is on solid footing after some work, conversation, and change of daily disciplines.

Re-integration of daily meditation seems to be giving my depravity perspective.....stay tuned

Morning, last night chest/back. Goal for tonight is strict form and injury free workout after recent issues with right shoulder, elbow, pec. went for 10-12 rep range for majority of exercises....retract the scapula

Chest:
Flat barbell bench: 7 sets 10-12
incline barbell bench: 7 sets 10-12
decline barbell bench: 7 sets 10-12
burnout on flat barbell: only bar to failure then push-ups to failure

Back:

wide grip lat pronated pull-down: 7 sets 10-12

individual dumbbell saws: 7 sets 10-12 (each)
standing bent over row: 7 sets 10-12

Have a persisting issue with right pec, shoulder, elbow. Wake up with numbness in two smaller fingers in right hand. Gotta see a doctor to see what's up.

Unfortunately, I don't have a ton of confidence in them, but I must get it looked at. I've been progressing this time around more than I have in the last 10 years and do not want any backward steps or exacerbated injuries.

A couple of years ago I could hardly lift/move my left arm, pain was in the left trap, triceps, arm. It appeared I had a pinched nerve in my neck. Chiro helped me a lot (so did Ibuprofen).

Good discussion with two of my buddies today that seem have lots of sides on running tren 400/week (crazy night sweats, insane daily thoughts etc...).

I do not seem to have anything close to it at around 500-600/wk (main sides are labido). I'm wondering if running the Masteron simultaneously has a good synergistic effect of lowering sides.

Hello All, finally able to log on after about 16 hours unable.

Got 3165 calories yesterday.

Preworkout: 2 scoops C4 & .5 ml DMAA

double kickback: 10, 10, 10, 10, 10

abs: 100 reps of 4 different exercises

felt strong as hell and had great pumps throughout. Really had to dig deep on the last of the back sets

1 cc tren/mast mix & 1 cc test prop

im a huge fan of tren ace. I'll feel it writhing withing the third injection(sides and strength at least). Not sure how much you're running, but I'm currently pinning 300mg/week right now. Next week I'll got up to 500-600mg and I fucking love it. Nice workout by the way!

So much for rest day. Wife wanted a cardio partner so I went with her.

Tried 1 scoop of new pre-workout named stimul8. Used up all the liquid DMAA I had last week. Stimul8 not bad. Gonna buy some and give it another try.

Interval treadmill walking at 4 mph for 2 min to hill at 4 incline at 4.3 mph for 2 minutes for total 1 hour. Not gonna lie....sweating like a blacksmith and it was a bit painful after blasting legs yesterday.

12.5 aromasin. Considering getting caber or letro in case anything pops up due to the tren.

Goodmorning brother ...screw that heavy weight crap man (unless your powerlifting)....you want muscle size and you can get muscle strength increase with higher reps less weight ....not to mention it saves your joints and lessons your chance of injury ....STICK WITH IT ....I thought you were on that already thats why I didnt say nothin .........

Morning KV, I agree with Twisted on the weights bro. Your better off doing slow controlled movements and add some paused and squeezes during each rep just make sure your at a point of failure within 8-12 reps. Remember bro your muscles do not have eyes and don't care what you lift so if your doing it right they will grow!

Haven't been walking so well since Saturday so I'd say the leg workout was successful.

Company picnic yesterday and saw some co-workers I haven't seen in a while who commented on my physical change so that was good.

Research paper for school last night after church had me awake until 3AM. Up for work @ 6:30 this morning. Modafinil has its uses.

I like the idea Torcha for the shake, I use egg whites in my protein shakes with water to keep them lean and creamy as if you put milk or yogurt in the shake.
Kvasir, good luck with the come back! Have you ever trained shoulders and hams together? I feel that to be the best for maximizing gains in both body parts as for you can beat the shit out of them and keep moving between the two..

She's arranging an intervention for him this morning with his family and wants me there to help give him an ultimatum to go to detox or get out of the house with her and his 2 year old son.

Holy shit man...that sucks! Heroin is a hard one to stop ...I had a friend that relapsed several times - even while going to a clinic and taking methadone to try to wean him away from heroin addiction - or in my opinion, replacing a street drug addiction with a pharmaceutical drug addiction. (Still safer than heroin I suppose).

I think you'll be fine man! Just focus on whatever it is you are taking the trip for and smashing that workout! And don't forget - push-ups can give a hell of a chest workout too!!

Clen needs to be ramped up due to how quickly the body gets a tolerance for it. The way I have had my wife take it with great results would be 20mcg to start and every 2 days go up 20mcg until you reach 100mcg then after 2 days at 100mcg go down 20 every day and it will be 14 days exactly when you reach 0. Stay off for 2 weeks then do same thing again. Very effective and goes well with var.

If your asking for dosing for the wife here is what my coach has my wife doing....I'm not a fan of ramping up the sides are no more or no less for the first 3-4 days to be honest.

80-100mcg all at one time in the morning 2 wks on and 2wks off. Dose the var 5mg am and 5mg pm unless she's been on before and had no issues you can't try 10mg am and 10mg pm.

For you go to 160-180mcg

If you log back into my log and the wife's you'll see how well this protocol works assuming you can deal with the sides. Loosing 5lbs in a week is very possible.

Also get taurine and run it at 3g per day or your gonna experience the worst cramps of your life.
