Interesting watch and everything Dave is saying makes sense. .. But on the other hand I have taken slim pre workout when bg leveled are low one month post contest and absolutely lovedddd the pumps. There's nothing that compares to it.

Good video .
Want to try insulin again soon . I have a glucose meter and screwing around with insulin I had better #s while taking in excess carbs . I think the meter helped and 10G net carbs/iu is a good start and then adjust carbs before increasing slin .
