Alright, I've been saying that I was going to start a log while on my first run with hgh. I'm fairly new to the boards, so the vast majority of you probably are not very familiar with me. I will hopefully be posting daily with my diet, training, and weight, but with a full time job and three kids under three I may miss a day or two. My goal is to put on a very lean 15-20 pounds over the next six months. I am open to suggestions and tweaks to my diet. I have been using gear off and on for about 6 years, and I feel like I have somewhat plateaued on gear(as I have previously stated) at just shy of 200 lbs. Let me follow that with - by no means am I saying that I have reached my full potential with just gear. Economically speaking, this protocol made financial sense plus I really wanted to give gh a legit shot. That being said, My protocol for this run will be pretty simple and nothing too over the top. My stats are as follows, 28 years old, 5' 10", 202 lbs as of this morning, and I'm approximately in the 8-10% bf range. So hopefully this helps someone and hopefully you guys will want to follow along as well. Either way I'm still going to use this as a means of staying as focused as possible.

Protocol
- hgh at 3.33iu/day for a minimum of 6 months. I will stay here for the first month and possibly go up depending on how I'm feeling.
- testosterone blend at 600mg/week.
- tren acetate at 75mg/eod. I will throw the tren in for four weeks throughout the 6 month period to really dial things in.
- Anadrol at 50mg/day for 4 weeks every other month. I stay lean and hard on anadrol and I do not retain much water from it at all.

Diet
I am going to be in that 40/40/20 realm. I find that works best for me as I stay very lean on this diet. I usually end up adjusting my carbs higher than my proteins. I keep my carb sources very simple - rice, oats, potatoes, etc. I use all lean meats for my protein sources and I'm not a big shake guy (post workout is the only shake I do). I prefer to get as much as possible from food and not from a shake as I'm sure most of you do too.

Supps
- multi vitamin
- fish oil
- hemp seeds
- mct oil
- 25 billions probiotic
- BCAA's
- creatine mono
- my protein is called Clean Gainer by Rivalus. Stuff is the shit!

Hopefully I didn't leave anything out and if anyone has any questions or feedback or whatever just let me know. Like I said, hopefully some brothers will follow along and help keep me dialed in!

Food so far today
- breakfast was two whole eggs, six egg whites, and two cups of oatmeal
- snack was a lenny and larry's snickerdoodle complete cookie
- post workout shake - clean gainer
- lunch was 4oz of chicken, 2 cups of diced sweet potatoes, quinoa salad

training - shoulders with light volume quads and hamstrings
- seated dumbbell shoulder presses
- seated front raises supersetted with seated rear delt raises
- seated lateral raises supersetted with reverse pec deck
- smith machine presses - drop set until failure
- leg extensions supersetted with lying leg curls (4 sets of 30 reps each)

gear
- test mix 200mg(1/2 cc)
- tren ace 75mg (3/4 cc)
- 50mg anadrol pre workout
- 2 units hgh upon waking and 2 units hgh post workout

50mg anadrol - 25mg morning, 25mg afternoon

wide grip cable rows - 4 x 10 supersetted with 1 arm cable rows 14 reps each arm
incline dumbbell rows - 4 x 10

seated machine rows - 4 x 10
seated machine pullovers - 4 x 16 (the pump from this at the end of a back/lat workout is incredible)

Drugs
50 mg anadrol pre workout
2.5iu's hgh upon waking

Everything's going great so far. Couldn't be more pleased at the moment.

I actually didn't train the day after. Cheat meal was on Sunday and I had to skip my workout Monday due to work. However, that being said, I look leaner, my skin is a little tighter, veins popping even more every time I eat, and my recovery times are great.

Im definitely noticing some of the beginning changes, so I'm pretty stoked to see what the next few months have in store.

Had an interview today and spent a lot of time on the road. Still had my meals with me, just not in the quantities or amounts I usually consume. Still, not bad for being on the road.

weight - 203.1

1st meal was six egg whites and 2 cups of oats. 2 of my meals were 6oz ground chicken and 2 cups of rice. My final meal was 6oz steak with broccoli. I had various other snacks throughout the day as well. Didn't keep track of them very well today as I was on the road the majority of the day.

Training was minimal. Had to get a 5am workout in and only had about 30 minutes. So I did 10 sets of 10 reps for bi's and tri's.

Drugs - anadrol 50mg pre workout, 2.5iu hgh upon waking and 2.5iu's 3 hours before bed, 200mg test blend, 75mg of tren ace.

6/23 training - Chest
Trained chest at 5am with a client of mine. As of last year, she is an ifbb pro in women's figure. She's 3.5 weeks out from her next show.
Cable crossovers (low, middle, high) - 4 x 12
Pec deck supersetted with seated reverse dips - 4 x 12 on the pec deck as well as the dips.
Incline, high, and close grip bench on smith machine - 3 x 10 (heavy).
Dumbell pullovers - 4 x 12

Food
Breakfast - 6 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 2 cups of oatmeal
snack - kale chips
lunch - 4 ounces of salmon, 2 cups of rice, broccoli
snack - complete cookie
post workout shake - clean gainer (30g protein, 90g carbs, 8g fat)
dinner - 1/2lb ground turkey, sweet potatoes, and spinach
last meal around 11pm - chicken breast, 2 cups of rice

Weight - 203.1

Drugs
2.5iu's hgh upon waking and again post workout
50mg anadrol pre workout
200mg test blend
100mg tren ace

So I'm definitely not the best at taking pictures, but here are some updated photos. Started this run at 197-198ish, and I weighed in this morning at 203. The lines and striations do not show up as well in the pictures(probably due to my pale ass skin), but I have definitely lost some body fat, I feel a lot harder (especially after consuming carbs), I feel like there are more veins popping up daily. I gotta say that GearPro's gear and hgh is good to fucking go!

Training - Biceps and abs with my wife. Let me preface this by saying that my wife is a fucking badass! We just had our third child in 4.5 years a little over 2 moths ago and my wife is already under her pre pregnancy weight!
Barbell curls - 4 x 12(100), 10(125), 8(130), 6(145 which is a new personal best for me as far as reps go with this weight)
Reverse barbell curls - 4 x 12 increased weight each set
Standing hammer curls supersetted with concentration curls - 4 x 12 and supersets were to failure
Standing cable curls - 4 x 12 increased weight each set
Preacher curls - 4 x 10 increased weight each set
Rope crunches - 4 x 25
Standing rope oblique crunches - 4 x 25

Arm feeders at night right before bed - 3 x 75 for both bis and tris.

Food
Breakfast - 6 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 2 cups of oats
Snack - Large whole grain bagel, plain
Lunch - 6 ounces of steak, 2 cups of sweet potatoes, green beans
snack - kale chips
post workout shake - clean gainer
dinner - 2 four ounce filets of salmon, 2 cups white rice, broccoli
final meal 10:50pm - half pound ground chicken, granola

Drugs
hgh - 2.5 iu upon waking and again post workout
anadrol - 50mg pre workout
tren e - 100mg first thing in the morning. Just found the bottle and I figured why not use it up? 2-3 shots left in the bottle if that.

I have been absolutely slammed with work, but I have still been training and dieting properly. New job, new territory, 16hr days, but I'm finding a way to get it all done. There is always a gym somewhere, no matter where you are. I finally landed back home yesterday afternoon and trained chest with my wife. I'm still eating 5 large meals, and I am incorporating a shake as my sixth meal. Under any other circumstance I would not use a shake as a meal, but given my status of being on a plane as much as I am, I really don't have much choice.

Last nights training - Chest
Incline dumbbell presses superset with incline dumbbell fly - 4x10
Cable crossovers (high, middle, low) - 4x10
Machine pullovers - 4x10
Machine decline press - 4x10
Pec deck superset with reverse seated dips - 4x10

Drugs - Protocol has changed slightly
HGH is still at 5 iu per day
Test I have bumped up to 300mg eod
tren is still at 75mg eod
I have dropped the anadrol simply because it was fucking with my digestion too bad. The indigestion was insane. No over the counter meds were helping. So I'm done with drol for now.

- behind the back leaning cable laterals, 4x12
- seated reverse cable flys - 4x12
- pec deck for rear delts, 4x12
- abs and calves

Food
Breakfast - 6 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 2 cups oats
Meals throughout the day will be
- 6oz grilled chicken, green beans, 2cups white ricex2
- 6oz steak, broccoli, 2 cups sweets potatoes
- grilled chicken past
Plenty of carb and protein sources will be consumed in between meals.

Drugs
Hgh 5iu (2.5 upon waking and 2.5 post workout)
test - 300mg
tren - 75mg

Thanks bro! Like I was telling you yesterday, I almost had to stop training since the pumps were soooo painful from the metformin. And since I never train bis and tri's together it was absolutely insane.

Definitely with the money, which isn't much anyway. Between the gh and metformin I've lost a good bit of body fat and I don't have much of that to lose at this point.

Nice looking pins ...but those needle tips are ruff ...Your lean and I suggest 25g×1" you will be pleasantly surprise in difference .....but hey if your ok with those pins by all means use them ......I even use the 25g × 1" with no issues so Im certain you can definitely use them .....
I actually picked up same bd needle and syringe set up not bad at all ., I just swap tips out ;)

Ok good morning good people! I haven't posted an update in a while. My travels and stays in a hotel for the last week has given me some challenges, but nothing that limited progress. Obviously I ate out a lot, but I ate very clean. The gym was pretty shitty, but I made it work.

Weight - 214.7 which is the most I've ever weighed and up about 8 pounds in about a week.

Drugs
- bumped up my test to 400mg eod which has made a huge difference but has also had its negatives.
- tren bumped to 100mg eod
- hgh still at 5iu's/ed and am absolutely loving the 5iu dose.

Todays training will will be back since I haven't had a good back workout in over a week.

Yesterday's training - shoulders and calves(supposed to be back but there were way too many people in the gym).
- dumbbell shoulder press - 4x12,10,8,6
- seated laterals supersetted with front dumbbell raises - 4x12 for both
- iso cable laterals - 4x12
- high rope for rear delts supersetted with close grip chins - 4x12 for both
- reverse pec deck - 4x12
- standing calf raises 4x25
- seated calf raises - 4x25

weight - 211.4 (missed a meal yesterday)

drug protocol is is the same for now. Changes coming soon!

Training - bi's and tri's all superset! Even though the reps are moderate, I do lift heavy - might fail on a couple reps, but I grind it out. Not one of those that stop just bc I have 10 reps in.
- barbell curls > standing French curls - 4x10
- preacher curls > skull crushers - 4x10
- cable hammers > isolated tricep cable extensions - 4x10
- seated dumbbell hammers > one arm dumbbell extension behind the neck - 4x10
- hammer concentration curls > behind the neck rope extensions - 4x10

weight - 212.9

drugs

Pretty pissed about that, but hopefully the issue will be resolved. Killed chest yesterday and today is leg day. I'll post my training later. Time to make some gains!

Anyways, I bought my wife some primo and Anavar last night so she's going balls deep into her first imjectable cycle. Looking forward to training her and getting her back under her pre pregnancy weight. Well I should say pre pregnancy body fat because we're going to pack some muscle on her! I'll post some pics of our training later. Have a good fucking Saturday everyone!

The higher the carbs the better the pump with metformin for me. Glad you like it though bro. This was a first with gh and metformin pre workout. Figured I'd say fuck it and give it a shot and it was painful pumps tonight.

Yeah I did both and anavar...hence the new avi pic lmao. I have a feeling during a cut this stuff will really shine...time will tell I'll start cutting in a few weeks time.

Oh for sure. Had a prett good shoulder workout combined with a little bit of chest. I made it work even with the dumbells only go up to a certain weight and all I have is an adjustable bench.

Morning fellas! It's been nice being home, even if it is only for three days, and back in my regular gym. Back to my regular diet for three days which I actually missed. I put on about three pounds this past week and I'm weighing in just shy of 217. My training today will be an arms superset just to really dial my focus in this week. I find if I can establish the mental aspect of training/diet on a Sunday then the rest of the week seems easier to maintain it. ive been keeping my training relatively short as to spend the most amount of time with my wife and kids before I fly out again.

Hope everyone has a great Sunday. Kill it if you're training, or get some quality rest if you're not!

What's going on fellas? It's been a hell of a week. Only been able to train on Sunday and Monday due to being absolutely swamped with work and meetings. Basically working from 6am to 8 or 9pm with breaks only for three meals. Absolutely exhausted and run down at this point, but I'll be in the gym first thing tomorrow morning. I'm on the opposite side of the country right now and have been all week. Looking forward to getting home tonight (especially home to the wife). I'll be posting up like usual starting tomorrow. Back on the grind today fellas! Trained the last couple days and will again today, but I'll be back on the road for the next three weeks. Luckily I'll be staying in the same general area this time so instead of relying on a shitty hotel gym, I will be finding a local gym to train at. Also I'll have a car this time so I can come and go as I please instead of spending a fortune on ubers.

So im averaging about a pound a week at this point. I'm up to 217 and staying leaner than I have been in years. I'm entering month three of my hgh and I'm absolutely loving it. The fat loss has been on point, my strength has skyrocketed, my recovery time is very quick, my skin is tighter than ever, I'm much more vascular, and my sleep is amazing. My only complaint is being somewhat tired periodically throughout the day. But it's nothing a little caffeine can't fix. I'll be getting one more workout in with my wife today before I leave. We're training chest, calves, and abs. I'll post up my workout and possibly some pics later.
