Morning fellas! Feeling good just knocked out my 50 minutes on the stairs fasted now time to eat! 187.4 this am and flat as a pancake. Coach called for a refeed so will have an extra 200g carbs today from oats and rice. Will see coach this afternoon too

And he's back in the game...kill it bro!!

One week out today fellas!! Off work all week so I can do just like I did today so far. Fasted cardio, meal 1, nap, meal 2, nap, meal 3 off to gym :) if I could only do this in offseason when there's enough calories to grow it would be excellent. Weighed 186.0 this morning. I'm pretty much ready just have to dry out. I cannot wait to EAT!!!

Morning Elmo, live in the moment bro...the show is over with before you know it. We had my wife and Rouge in this show both first timers they did great, they both said nerves were not a factor once your on that stage you are so focused on hitting your poses and can't see anything in front of you then your done. Enjoy it suck up what's going on around you, this was my first time backstage and its quite the show back there. Watch for the guys sizing you up because your conditioning is on point bro...your gonna have some lookers when you pump up backstage.

Morning bro, hey its simply amazing the changes that are made the last 2-3 days of a prep after water depletion and then a small carb up to dial it all in. The morning of the show my wife was to drawn out and flat so at 5:00 am we were sent to the local IHOP and she got 3 pancakes with a big omelet, a few hrs later she filled right back out the the vascualrity and definition was off the charts. I'm sure your gonna do really well in this with your conditioning, I'll go on a say your gonna take first place in your division...get it bro!!!

My carb up will be Friday before show Saturday. 2 cups oats wth breakfast. 1.5 cups rice with next 4 meals, dinner is steak Filet with baked potato. Morning of show will see what I look like plan is 2 cups oats at 0400 then bring rice cakes and jam in case needed before PJ

Alright guys show was a lot of fun! Had a blast and learned so much for my first show! I was extremely proud of my conditioning. Coach and judges said I was best conditioned just got outsized but 1st and 2nd place. I placed third in the Open Class D out of 16 competitors! I am very happy and couldn't be more satisfied with myself and the outcome. I was peeled and dry as a bone. Most importantly I am proud to say I stuck to the plan 100% and didn't faulter not even once on diet or training in 16 weeks. Thanks for all the support from you all and thanks to the sponsors EGH, PSL, and the dictator who all have AMAZING products that certainly helped get me where I am!

Back on the plan today. Enjoyed yesterday but felt like utter shit from all the food I haven't had in months. Had probably 10,000 cals. I think next time I will scale back a little lol. It was fun but I was READY for a clean meal this morning. Woke up and did 25 minutes of cardio just because I wanted to and want to keep digestion and cardiovascular up to speed and work out some of the water from the 20,000 mg of sodium yesterday lol. All my meals prepped for the week and my new offseason nutrition and supplementation is under way. I will be using your offshore test enenthate and will post my bloods on it. I'm gonna start an offseason log so it will be in there!!! Everyone watch for my log will start it sometime in the next week

Has it sink in already Elmo33?

Hey guys first workout this am after show and on my new split. Damn it was a doozy and I was weak as shit but to be expected. Heavy legs/heavy back/ heavy bis. Did squats, leg press, extensions, then deadlifts, barbell rows, and pull downs, then straight bar curls, hammer curls. And preacher curls. Whooped my ASS!!!

This is my offseason grow plan from my coach and this is the split New training split Legs-heavy Back/bi-heavy Chest/shoulder/tri-heavy Rest Legs-moderate Back/shoulders-volume Chest/tri/bi- volume Rest Legs- volume Back/chest/shoulder/tri/bi- moderate 1-3 exercises per group Rest Repeat. 1gm test, 600eq, 3iu pharm hgh, humalog 3x week on training days

Me too because I have never trained anything like this. But it works for my 300+ lb coach with 23 inch arms so I'll give it a shot haha

Morning fellas. Rest day today I'm up to 199 this am which is 19 lbs from weigh ins at show. Holding a lot of water in ankles and abdomen but hoping this will subside in a few days. Training is heavy and feeling pretty good back at it tomorrow

Holy shit bro lol...yeah I'm on 300mg a week just my TRT dose and have been for months now. I don't think I have or will ever run a gram but I sure as hell would like to see the labs on this much pharma grade gear.

Had been on diet perfect since show but blew it last night. New week new goals. Putting it behind me. Just keeping it real with everyone we are all human. Binging like that serves Zero purpose and is only destructive much different than a cheat meal or refeed when one is needed. This was just PATHETIC!

Food is there. Diet by my coach for slin days and non slin days. Slin days are essentially no fats and high carbs

Me too man. For instance. Yesterday was legs(volume- leg press 4 sets 18-20, stiff leg deads 4 sets 15-20, extensions 4 sets 20-25) back chest shoulders bis tris all moderate 8-12 reps with 2-3 exercises 4 sets each. These are 1.5-2 hour workouts. Rest today then tomorrow is heavy legs, heavy back, Heavy bis. Not sure how my legs gonna be ready!!!

Yeah brother I am excited to rep for SteroidsFax!! I love that they have lots of products most sponsors don't carry. Like pharm hgh, insulin, pharm t3 etc. This is going to be a good source for us!

As far as the strength...getting bloods done and if liver is good I'm adding in some dbol :D
