Ok guys new kid on the block here. Posted my introduction and want to start a log of my 16 week contest prep for Men's Physique. I am 16 weeks out today, prep started yesterday. This will be my first competition and I am gonna give it hell. I will have a contest prep coach that will manage every aspect of my prep.

Stats: 6'2 215lbs around 8-9 percent body fat. I will be competing in Men's Physique and my goal would be to learn as much as possible about precontest nutrition, training, supplementation, and how my body responds to different variables. An ultimate goal would be to cross over into classic physique, but I am about 20 pounds of lean mass from being ready to compete. I have been on 200mg cyp a week for two years as prescribed by my MD with a few blasts and cruises with various compounds at moderate dosages. Have done, eq, tren ace and e, deca, primo, all types of test and dbol. I will attach some pics so everyone can see where I'm at in my Physique.

16 week prep will be using Purity Source Labs for the first 8 weeks and depending on my experience will use them for the last 8 weeks or use EGH as I was between those two sources to begin with.
Weeks 1-8
750 Test Cyp
600 Eq
40 mg Anavar ED
12.5 Aromasin ED
25mg Proviron increasing as directed by my coach.
3-4iu hgh pre workout
Weeks 9-16
300 Test prop
300 Masteron prop
300 Tren ace
Primo? Undecided if I will use, probably.
40mg anavar ED
Last 4 weeks 30mg Halo ED
Proviron mg as directed by coach
Aromasin 12.5 mg ED
HGH 3iu-4 preworkout

Nutrition: Being 16 weeks out I am fairly lean already so coach wants to start eating.
6 meals a day with roughly 55-60g protein and 60g of carbs with the exception of pre bed meal which is carbless. Pre training meal has around 100g carbs, for now. Glycofuse, BCCAs, and glutamine intra and post workout with 2 scoops whey post workout. This is my diet for the first two weeks. Will make adjustments as needed.

I will be getting bloods done after the first few weeks and will post them and labmax on PSL anavar initially and when the masteron and primo is started will labmax them too.

Three days in and feeling great with current nutrition plan. Eq has my appetite through the roof. Just 750 test cyp and 600 of eq until the anavar is here. Plan will be to eat eat eat the first few weeks. All whole foods, oats, jasmine rice, red potatoes, sweet potatoes and Ezekiel bread are only carb sources. Chicken, lean ground beef, and eggs are protein sources along with whey Post WO and casein before bed. Felt strong and wide after today's back day. I'll check back in a week or so with another update.

Kill it bro, if your coach is good your gonna do fine. Most guys don't realize how much having a coach helps and how much further a good coach can help. Could be the difference in taking home some hardware at the show!!! Great job can't wait to see the updates.

smashed arms this am at work now, 30 minutes of stair master this afternoon with abs and calves. Absolutely loving my nutrition plan. I am leaner and 5 lbs heavier over the last week. If I can bring my abs in dry, hard, and nasty I think I will do well. Little breakfast porn for all of you. 3 omega 3 eggs, 4 oz skinny beef, 1 cup oats with cinnamon, 2 pieces of Ezekiel bread 🙏🏼🙏🏼

Feeling great today. Smashed chest this morning, 2nd meal down the hatch. Little work to do then back for a date with the stairmaster, abs, and calves. Weight holding at 209 feeling full and strong. Anavar should be here in the next few days so exited to get that started. 750 cyp, 600eq, 40 anavar as soon as it's here for 9 more weeks then the drugs will change.

Current split is:

chest
legs
shoulders
arms
abs 5 days a week
calves every other day
30min LISS cardio 4x a week.
with 15 weeks left, i should have my condition perfect come show time. I will have two weeks before the show of paid time off from work to do nothing but eat, sleep, train and practice posing.
Gear has not changed this week as I am awaiting the var, proviron so just cyp and eq for now and 4iu hgh pre workout. As prep gets deeper I will update more often. Here's what I look like now after 6 meals today..

Yeah I am curious to see what coach says when I see him next week as far as cardio/nutrition. If I can keep metabolism high and eat like I am now and keep leaning out should make the end phase less painful. I am just happy that all of this is from nutrition and training....drugs haven't changed yet with the exception of eq. First time using PSL and I hope it is as good as my coach says. Gonna be a wild ride!!

PSL is solid bro you have nothing to worry about...they been around for a long time and always had a good rep.

You are very lean now, I assume your coach will slow you down a bit so that you don't peak at the wrong time....I could be wrong not a coach just been a part of a few preps with my coach. Either way bro when those sups change look out, your gonna look amazing!!!

Aright BOP checking in here about 2 weeks in to contest prep. Feeling great, weight is the same at around 208-210 but fuller and leaner. Running PSL test cyp 750mg/week and eq 600mg/week , 40mg anavar ED as soon as it arrives, proviron 25mg a day for now and 4iu hgh preworkout. Meet with coach tomorrow to see how he thinks my body has reacted to all the FOOD and I think he will be pleased. Nutrition has been 100% perfect. I have eaten every meal, on time, to the ounce. Only had water and black coffee that's it.
When anavar is here I will labmax it and post it and bloods will be done for PSL test cyp in about 3 more weeks and I will post those as welll.

Morning bro, yes always listen to your coach...sure he's waiting to see how you react before changing any dosing since gaining weight isn't ideal in prep.

Little update for everyone. A little over two weeks in. Will keep food the same for two more weeks and reassess. Still just the cypionate, eq, proviron, and aromasin for now until the anavar gets here. It was out of stock so PSL is shipping ASAP. Going to put my order in for all the other goods soon and start primo a little early around 12 weeks out and run it 600mg throughout. Back is feeling good and should look even better once the waist slims out. Little back shot from today

yeah clean gainz. Remember, I'm doing MP not BB. So I'm not a mass monster. 6'1-2ish and 208 this morning. Gonna come in shredded and try to put on a good 10-15lbs this next year and do it again.

Thanks brother. I feel good about where I'm at being 14 weeks out with really no different AAS than ive ran just recreationally when not competing. Excited to see what busting ass and once I start the tren, mast, primo, var, winstrol does :D

just had my glorious breakfast 4oz lean ground beef, 3 whole eggs, 1 cup oats with cinnamon and stevia, and 2 slices of Ezekiel bread. Mmmmmm. Now it's time to blast these arms. Off to the gym!!

Cheat meal was good but honestly I wasn't craving anything so wasn't all that great. Also had me bloated for 3 days. Delicious though. Ready to get this week started back tomorrow. Primo starts now. Went with EGH for the last 8 weeks of injectables and running PSL for front 8. Test cyp, anavar, EQ, proviron is PSL, then primo, masteron, tren ace, test prop is EGH. PSL has been good so far. Little too early to tell. 2 more weeks and Ill get total T tested for the PSL cyp. Exicted to start the primo from EGH which is a first time for me.

Little update for everyone following. Weight is 217 last 3 mornings. Still running PSL cyp at 750 eq at 600 var 40 a day, proviron 25 a day, and EGH primo at 700/week. Will probably start the masteron and tren next week and switch cyp to prop and drop eq. Will be 12 weeks out this Friday. Feeling and looking great on all products. EGH and PSL are extremely smooth and painless. 4cc through a 25g no problem. I am getting total and free T done this week and will post results which will be from 750mg of PSL cyp for the last 4 weeks.
Decided to go with EGH for the last 8 weeks of gear for contest since they had a sale. Can't wait to try them and I love the 20ml jugs!!!

Happens with hgh with me but I haven't upped the dose or anything so not sure why I'm retaining. Will increase water intake and try potassium tabs with meals for the next few days. First time I took hgh it took HCTZ for the water to shed

Gh does that to me to bro...sides should lessen the longer your on though.

Very strange...same brand/batch of hgh the entire time? Is it possible you had some bad gh before?

The only other thing I would suspect would be estro is a lil high. Your doing bloods soon and that should help in determining the factor for the water retention at the very least.

same hgh all bought at same time and I know it's real because baseline igf1 went from 169 to 550. Could definitely be estrogen related

Sounds like an estro related issue then...try adding a little more AI over the next few days and see if that helps at all.

Thanks bro...no real end game just see how far I can go. Competing is prolly in my future, coach wants me to gain a lil more before this next cut after that we make a decision on competing. We have my wife doing 2 shows in October (women's physique)...we are slightly competitive in nature so that will push me to do it as well lol.

I can honestly say I/we do this for fun and it's quality time in the gym away from all the real life everyday drama.

You sound about like me. It's been just a passion of mine for a few years but now decided to take it to another level and compete. I love the sport because I feel it makes me a more well rounded person in all aspects of life and more motivated at work, home, and not just in the gym

Update for everyone following. Weight is 212 this morning. Looking leaner and fuller. Great strength and energy. Friday everything switches to short esters and the fun stuff.
Last 11 weeks will be:
50mg test prop ED (EGH)
200mg test cyp every four days (EGH)
50mg tren ace ED (EGH)
75mg primo ED (EGH)
50mg masteron ED (EGH)
40mg Var ED (EGH)
12.5 aromasin (EGH)
50-125mg proviron daily ramping up as directed by coach (EGH and PSL)
8 weeks out will start 50mg winny ED (EGH)
3-4 weeks out will start halo 30mg a day (pharmacon)
both PSL oils are smooth and PIP free so I am pleased with that. Awaiting free and total T from PSL cyp at 750mg a week after 4 weeks on. I will post the labs here when I get them.

AM Weight is 214. Under 11 weeks to go. See coach on Friday and I'm assuming my food will be ripped from me. It's about that time though. Cardio will intensify too I'm sure.
My diet the last 5 weeks was exactly this:
meal 1- 4oz lean ground beef, 3 whole eggs, 1 cup oats, 2 slices Ezekiel bread.
1 scoop glycofuse+bcaas intraworkout, 2 scoops glycofuse 10g glutamine, 2 scoop whey postworkout
meal 2- 7oz chicken, 1.5 cups jasmine rice
meal 3- 7oz chicken, 10oz red potatoes, 1 cup broccoli
meal 4- 7 oz lean ground beef, 10oz sweet potato
meal 5- 7oz chicken, 1 cup brown rice, 1 cup brocoli
meal 6- 5 whole eggs, 2 cups spinach, 35g casein protein

It was good man. Been a shitty week though. Been so tired not feeling right got bloods and estriadol was 163....I've used all American peptides for years for there aromasin but this is definitely bunk. Got some Natco aromasin (xtane) from ADC on the way

HOLY SHIT...163 I'm sure you felt bad. Props for getting bloods and figuring out the problem there are to many guys that just place little importance on bloods. If you can afford a cycle then you can afford a $60-$70 blood panel but to many bypass this entirely.

I always get bloods because sometimes high and low feel very similar. Major difference for me is bloating with high. Will recheck next week hopefully it will be better. Lesson learned. Only human grade AIs from now on...

Alright brothers time to put the pedal down! Less than 10 weeks out now. Coach made a few diet changes for the next two weeks but not many. Cardio stays at 30mins 4x a week for now.
Meal 1- 4oz ground beef, 3 whole eggs, 1 cup oats
Meal 2- 7oz chicken, 1 cup jasmine roce
Meal 3- 7oz chicken, 10oz red potatoes, 1 cup broccoli
Meal 4- 7oz chicken, 10oz sweet potatoes
Meal 5- 7oz chicken, 1 cup brown rice, 1 cup broccoli
Meal 6- 5 whole eggs, 2 cups Spinach, 30-40g Casein
pre workout I have 1tbsp MCT oil, intraworkout is 1 scoop glycofuse and 10g BCAAs, post workout is 1.5 scoop glycofuse and 10g glutamine, also 2 scoops whey isolate.

Yeah I thought I would be eating less and I feel like I'm behind conditioning wise but coach keeps telling me I'm ahead....he's the pro so ill listen to him. I imagine at 8 weeks out we will change a lot

Yeah listen to your coach bro...most of the change usually happens from the 6wk out point. That's about the time you really get into the heart of things and making changes more frequently to diet and cardio but as lean as you are now that may not be the case for you. Keep grinding bro.

Morning fellas. Feeling much better after just 2 days on the Pfizer aromasin. Not nearly as bloated. Will get bloods done on Monday to see where estrodaol and test levels are. Just under 9 weeks out. Will meet with coach next Friday and he has warned me there will be lots of changes but I'm ready! Winny starts next Friday and my gear will be as follows until I add the halo last few weeks.

Alright so I'm 8 weeks out this Saturday. Met with coach today and made some adjustments to diet and cardio. Also added in winny, nolva, and upped the proviron to 50mg ED.
new diet
meal 1 4oz chicken 2 whole eggs 1 cup oats
meal 2 7oz chicken 1 cup jasmine rice
meal 3 7oz chicken 8oz red potatoes, 1 cup brocoli
meal 4 7oz chicken 8oz sweet potatoes
meal 5 7oz chicken 1 cup brown rice 1 cup brocoli
meal 6 5 whole eggs 2 cups spinach 30g casein
intraworkout shake is down to 1/2 cup glycofuse 10g bcaas and post is 2 scoops whey 1/2 scoop glycofuse 10g glutamine

cardio is upped from 4x a week 30 minutes to 6x a week for 40 minutes.
Gear is as follows
50mg test p ED
50mg tren a ED
50mg mast p ED
75mg primo ED
40mg var ED
40mg winny ED
25mg aromasin ED
20mg nolva ED
50mg proviron ED
3iu hgh preworkout.

I will post a progress pic in 2 weeks when I'm 6 weeks out. It's time to buckle down and get peeled! Dickskin is the goal. Weighing 214.8 this am.

Met with coach today. Definitely tighter in the last week. Made some diet changes two meals are tilapia instead of chicken and rice meals are down to 1/2 cup and potato meals are at 7 oz now. Pre bed meal changed out casein for 4 oz chicken. Cardio staying the same at 6 days a week for 40 minutes. I'm getting lean and weight is staying the same. The tren,mast, primo, var winny combo is shining!!

It seems to relax the shakes which i would expect it to exacerbate it but it did the opposite. I am feeling tighter by the day though so loving it

LOL, how'd I know right...keto will help just take it like an hr before bed and you'll be out. How's the weight loss going on it so far?? I'm dropping like half a lb a day right now, it'll slow up soon but great start for my cut.

Yep I'm sure they add a minimal amount of calories. I use them so sparingly I have never worried about it. The thing with condiments is use them in moderation and consistently so one day your not consuming 200 cals in calories in condiments with 5,000 mg sodium snd the next day 20 calories and 1,000 mg sodium.

Ok fellas I'm 6 weeks out today from my first Men's Physique competition. I woke up at 207.2 this morning which is 2lbs less than yesterday and 8lbs I lost this week. Lost too much this week metabolism is cranking. So coach is giving me an extra 150g of carbs which will come from oats. I imagine I am about 6 percent bodyfat at 207.2 so I will probably be on stage at around 198 after losing water. I have to say o am impressed with all the oils from EGH, the orals from pharmacom, and the clen from PSL that macedog let me review is definitely legit. Some great sponsors here. Here's a pic from this morning. flat as a pancake but hopefully this refeed will help

Hey bro the clen is definitely working. Even after two refeed days in a row my weight still dropped a pound the following day. Weird though I am feeling super flat. Not sure if I'm just on metabolic overload and need more carbs or what the deal is. Estrogen is super low which can cause to be flat I know but coach wants me low low so I guess I'll be flat until the day of show when i carb up

Morning bro, we have similar result this week on clen and on a refeed I gained nothing...in fact the next day or so I dropped a few lbs. I have ran clen each of last few cuts the stuff works fantastic if your dialed in and using it correctly...its my 2wks off it now though and I'm sad lol.

We didn't want or need to drop that much. I had two refeed days in a row after dropping 7lbs in three days and woke up lighter 2 days after refeed. My metabolism is just on fire. My base calories are still high. 300g carbs, 275-300 protein, 40g fats. And I've been refeeding on top of that. Test, Tren, mast, primo, var, winny, proviron, aromasin, clen, hgh.....I'm a fat burning machine. I have NOT lost muscle mass....

Gotcha just seems to be quite a bit of loss. I'm interested to see the bf% before and after the weight drop and also pictures.

Calorie are a bit whacky but seems to be working although I would be concerned with my fats that low and protein that high. 43/43/14 ratio is different but your body seems to be responding and on fire. I just get concerned when dropping that much. No way could you have 14lbs to lose at 4wks out is what I'm getting at.

4 weeks out is gonna come fast brother.


We didn't want or need to drop that much. I had two refeed days in a row after dropping 7lbs in three days and woke up lighter 2 days after refeed. My metabolism is just on fire. My base calories are still high. 300g carbs, 275-300 protein, 40g fats. And I've been refeeding on top of that. Test, Tren, mast, primo, var, winny, proviron, aromasin, clen, hgh.....I'm a fat burning machine. I have NOT lost muscle mass....

I'm not carb sensitive and I respond better to more carbs less fat. I probably only have about 5-8 lbs left to lose. I'll post pics this week

Sup brothers. Just saw coach. I filled out nicely very full and hydrated but spilled over with all those carbs yesterday. (I think it was about 800-900g. Only up 2lbs today but I am sure will be back to baseline and less water and leaner tomorrow will post pics brothers

Good shit. Youll do well in mens physique. Just keep peeling back the layers and come in full. Thats the tough part with competition is the ultra lean and dry product without the flatness that comes with depletion. Any idea what your carb up will look like and timing? Got a coach or flying solo?

I've got a coach. It will all depend on condition. He said if I'm lean enough he probably will try to keep it similar to diet I've followed throughout. He's not big on drastic changes

80% of the time I train at 5am. Up at 345. Breakfast at 4. Gym at 5. Cardio at 9pm before bed. It's tough some days. On weekends I usually do fasted cardio around 7am and gym around 11am

Morning twisted! Taking a complete test day today. Been about 3 weeks since I had a total rest day with no cardio or training. Yesterday I could tell my CNS system needed rest. Could literally barely finish my leg workout. Also had been able 10 days straight of training and cardio. As much as I hate a full rest day. I really think my body needs it

One of the signs of maturity is to notice and listen Your body. Nothing worse like rest day but a must is a must. Recovery is a very important part.

Being my first contest my instinct is to do more more more. This is the one thing I have not been the best at. My coach recommended a rest day at least every 4 days but I have not being doing that. I need to be better about this and realize the importance of rest

Felt so much better after rest day yesterday. Woke up lightest I've ever been at 197. Saw coach, he is very happy and I'm getting a refeed tomorrow. Things are going well!! Told him I trained seven days straight and he said DO NOT TRAIN MORE THAN 3 DAYS IN A ROW. Noted. I have overlooked rest this prep but Ive made great progress

I haven't really used it but maybe two or three times preworkout but this will be every day multiple times a day. I'm very comfortable with slin as I give it to patients everyday at my job. IMO it is NOT dangerous unless you are uneducated. You must know how to accurately dose and always have carbs and a glucometer on hand in case. People that get in trouble with slin are people who don't use insulin syringes or don't know units vs ius etc. or are dumbasses and take 10iu the first time. I'll start a post show log for yall don't worry

Okay brothers it's flex Friday! Saw coach today and he says I'm lean as needed but holding water. Got bloodwork done last week and it came back today....estrogen through the roof wtf!!!! 283 highest it has ever been. Using 25mg pfiZer aromasin but upping to 50 and adding 40mg nolva. Should be shredded when the water leaves! Oh yeah he wants a another tefeed today as I didn't gain a ounce on my tefeed yesterday. Here's my flex Friday pic! As you can see lean but abs are holding water

So guys did yall know that tren will give false high e2 readings is estriadol is checked using Roche ECLIA method?!?!? This is definitely true as no way my estrogen is 283 on same dose of aromasin and LESS TEST than last time when estrogen was 3 but it was checked using LC/MS/MS method. Guys, if your on tren, you have to get the estriadol tested using the LC/MS/MS method or it will be false high!! I can't believe I just realized this....I bet my estrogen is really tanked....

To be honest I don't feel that bad. Sex drive is not great but 100mg vitamin V and I'm a concrete pole for an hour whether I like it or not :D

Well guys had a major setback. Caught a stomach virus and threw up and diarrhea for 24hours. No food, no fluids could be kept down. Extremely dehydrated and almost 24 hours without food. I lost 10 lbs. not want i needed 2 weeks out. Yall say a quick prayer for a quickl recovery and that it won't hurt me too bad
