Starting on Monday I will start my prep and training for my very first physique competition. Very nervous but I have a very good trainer that has won many bodybuilding comps. So I will listen to him and be 150% dedicated but I will need some support from the brotherhood. I'll put up a beginning pic and update everything from food to training and what gear he has me on. Thanks in advance for all the support.

.Leg curls
.Leg extension
.Seated calf raises
.Standing calf raises
.Side lateral raises " we are focusing on getting this bigger"

Looks like a good start...hey what's the mindset on the back to back shakes at the end of the day??? Are they pre and post workout??? I like seeing how different coaches do things differently is all, more knowledge you gain the better. This is a similar macro set up that my coach uses for me since I am carb sensitive, I do high protein, med/low carbs, and med/high fats. I believe hiring a coach is the best thing you can do bro...your gonna make some amazing changes and I like that he has you on 500mg test only to see how your body responds. Good luck with the prep!!!

Your correct bro, its gonna change a lot...he's gauging how you react first off then about a month in he will adjust it and add extra cardio and take away food more than likely. Make sure you ask him lots of questions and learn as much as possible from him and don't be afraid to give an opinion or express a concern after all that's what your paying him for. Stay the course and your gonna do great bro...shredded in 15wks time!!!

Seat cable row 15x5
BB biceps curls 15x5
Lateral raises 15x5
Crunches
Seated calf raises 15x5
Pull ups as a finisher
Nutrition as stated above nothing changes. This morning at 197lbs.
Tonight I work out with my trainer so I'll see what he has for me.

Worked out with the coach went over some posing and we done chest and shoulders. Tonight done legs , Lats and biceps. Oh and he's have me do cardio every training day. Row machine 30sec on 30 off for 5 mins. That kicked my ass today.

2lbs a week and your pretty much there...I would expect he may want you to try clen closer to your comp. you can drop like 5lbs a week once the diet is all dialed in. Looking leaner in that pic...midsection taking shape now.
My advice for you is to take your pics each week and compare side by side then look for small changes so that you see what your coach is looking for and saying he is seeing. Just a little more of a line here and there make a big difference in a months time. It's a major mind fuck during a cut your gonna loose strength and look flat most of the time but steady the course your coach has a plan and you have to trust him.

Yes he's said clen, winny, and sustanon. He has a plan I'm just going to follow. It will be definitely a mind fucking. But all will be good. I send him pics every week and work out with him once a week.

Sounds like a good plan to me...it seems to me that he's seeing how you react with as little compounds as possible so that's a good thing. Your progress each week will be slow at first that's just dialing it in but the last 6wks or so man changes are amazing. Expect to be doing lots of cardio and starving in the near future brother....in the end its all worth it, you will be in the best shape of your life it will shock you.

It's definitely a day by day, hour by hour. I did do good today went to the lake and took my chicken for lunches. While other are eating really good stuff but I stayed with my chicken all alone. Lol. It was a great day today.

It's been going pretty good. Down to 195. Energy is off but I just push through. Definitely trimming down. It's been noticed by some gym goers. Asking what I'm doing. Strength is down to but I'm just pushing through the reps getting an awesome pump.

He did give a schedule for gear but I have a couple of questions for him. He bumped me to750 of test and week 9 starts me on winny all the way to the end and week 6 he drops test starts me on prop , mast and tren.

Sound right to me...short esters cause less water and bloat. Mast and tren will really dry you out so this is pretty standard protocol.

Nah man it's just the lighting in my pics Lol. I'm 6'2 so I will look under sizes too i believe. I have good shoulders and back with V taper so should do decent. Arms need tons of work though

I think that's my only chance in competing is to get really conditioned. After the comp we are going for some noticeable size gains for next year.

Morning bro, yeah that's the mental mind game with cutting, you get pretty weak but your doing it right push harder and get those reps in. You should be pretty strong after a cheat meal though, I usually feel pretty good for a few days afterwards and notice a nice bump in strength. Keep pushing bro!!!

I don't know how much you fluctuate but like last night I was 197 and this morning 190 even. Been kinda stuck this week have gone down some. I don't know if upping my test to 750 from 500 would do that and just me getting used to it or what. I can say that upping the sodium and drinking more water yesterday I felt tighter and not so watery looking.

Morning bro, yes upping test will cause you to hold more water so that is some of it. Did you adjust your AI as well??? I know being in prep the scale means a lot but don't freak out you have plenty of time and a coach to make adjustments when needed. When you switch over to cutting compounds and add clen you will be amazed at the changed you make in a weeks time.

My calories are 2038. Code and brown rice one meal with broccoli then protein shakes. To be honest there are days I'm under goal on calories but my body is getting use to eating less. I just have to get that protein in.

I go straight to 160mcg day one all in the am...the sides are the same if you start slow or go high so why not get the full fat burning effect IMO.

Your doing fine bro...my wife is super stressed over this prep she's stuck around 147-149lbs but I keep telling her she's super lean right now. 5wks out is where it gets mentally tough and the diet gets dropped to very low levels with some higher cardio sessions....fun is still to come!!!

Doing good been busy this weekend. For some crazy reason my weight keeps going up but I still look really tight and belt is loser. Maybe my scale is fucking with me. Lol. Working with the coach tomorrow so we will see what he says.
Hit legs last night was a great work out starting to get vascular in the legs and mid section not to crazy but it's coming in. I've also had a couple people say that I look bigger too. I don't know. I do know I still look good so I'm rolling with it. 7.5 weeks left. Next week start in on some good stuff. Can't wait.

Yep Saturday. I do have a question ha e you changed suppliers like test and seen a change in weight, like going up? I've gained some weight and no changes in diet but I'm on a different test than I was on. Changed that in the last week and that's when I've seen some weight gain. I'm sure it's just water weight.

Week six we will look at fine tuning calories. He doesn't want to cut to quick so everything seems to be on track. Done back with him tonight and I'm toast. Need some rest. Lol

Good luck with your prep, and I like the use of a shake right before bed... I also like to put one on the sink in the bathroom for that 2am release and just slam it then I sleep like a baby til morning... Once you train your body to run on protein and fats you have to keep throwing logs on the fire!!!!

I think she will do great and looks great myself but these things are so political, its an experience though. Yeah meeting up will be cool as hell...and we get to have a cheat meal afterwards lol.
