I'm starting my 10 week contest prep for my first ever NPC bodybuilding competition. I'm very excited to begin and have high expectations on winning first place in my division. I'll be logging workouts, pics, diet, and overall stats!

Good morning! And so far so good. The carbs are coming down along with some water weight. I've taken two days off (yesterday and today) to really lock down on my diet.

Diet has been good and temptations have been high but I've pulled through so far. Working out hamstrings after my next meal and I'm ready to crush them

Ok...was just curious since my wife is also competing in 9wks but its the PINK show here and then Allstars a few weeks after which is NPC/IFBB.
