I just got off my summer hours (thank god, way to long of a day) so I am able to get back into the gym in the mornings for cardio.

Currently I'm still trying to cut to get my bf down low as possible before starting my cycle.
I got up this morning, brewed a cup of coffee and went to the gym. I did the treadmill at 15% incline 4mph, tried to keep my heart rate around the 140 mark (my resting is around high 50's-low 60's) for around 30 mins.
After that I went home and ate my eggs than went to work.

Is this the optimal range for fat loss? I also do 20mins cardio after my workouts

I am also keeping my carbs very low for now and my protein high for optimal fat loss currently.

Thanks for any advice brothas!

For reference the pic on the right is my current. I'm 5'9", 208lbs currently.
Plan to start my cycle in sept so keeping carbs low and hoping to get my bf as low as possible beforehand.
Plan to cycle prop+var

Im confused.

Do you go gym twice a day? Morning cardio only. Night weights then cardio?

Or is it once a day, cardio, weights then cardio?

Fasted cardio in the am.

Weights in the evening (followed by a protein shake) and another higher intensity cardio round after weights.

I don't want to sound like a fuckwit. But i really don't think there is much benefit in fasted cardio. I would focus mainly on the weights and putting muscle mass on to burn fat and add 3-4 extra non fasting cardio workouts per week. Post workout cardio is defo good though.

But that's just me and what i have learned works best for me. Hopefully someone else tunes in that can be of more help lol

Goodluck, train hard

Thanks for the advice bro.

I am planing to put some more mass on during the cycle! Like I said, I am currently sitting at 208 and want to get to higher 190's-200lbs before I start the cycle. That's why I threw in the fasted cardio.

Basicaly I have one month before starting cycle to drop 8-10lbs.

Yeh the one month bit is where the urgency kicks in, maybe some clen or dnp low dose for some extra help?

I follow the same schedule. To me fasted cardio is king. When that slows I add cardio after training.

What do you try and keep your heart rate at?

fasted cardio in the mornings always seem to work best for me. Most say it doesn't matter but it's different from person to person. Try it for a little while both ways. See what's best for you. No one is gonna know your body and how it's gonna react. So just experiment with it.

sup brother. i would keep doing what your doing. your heads on right for this strategy. find yourself plateauing? lower the calories is all. just keep doing it the way you are. add that mass on cycle like you said.

if this is your first cycle, you may get sick of pinning prop eod. if you do try, test e or c twice a week.

Luckly my wife is a NP and agreed to pin me. I'm just hoping the pip isn't as bad as some people say.

I do have a prob tho, I have waaaay to much gear lmao.

Currently sitting on:
genza text prop
ael test prop
ael winnie
ael var

In prob two weeks I will also have some:
radjay test e
radjy dbol
radjay tbol

i also have 20000ius of hcg, bunch of pharm grade clomid nolva and adex

I just have to avoid the temptation of running too much shit haha. If the test p is too much I plan to switch to E tho

I didn't even realize people were reading this haha.

My main goal currently it to maintain my weight till the end of August. M-f I'm strict on my diet and workout including my fasted cardio so it's going good maintaining.

The new wife and family are too big into taking out our rv every weekend this summer so I'm just taking it in stride and enjoying my family time. We we are putting it away at the end of August, and I'm doing a two week clen run. Going to keep my diet in check, no cheats and morning cardio.

I'm pretty sure I can dial myself down to 200lbs in that two week span. My cycle needs to start by mid sept, we ended up booking a cruise for our honeymoon in Jan and I want to be lean and cut for it!

Heres my current diet:

Keep that heart rate around 130-140 don't go over...this is best for fat loss while retaining muscle mass. Your still lifting right??? Your cals are already very low brother so don't pull any more but you can increase cardio as you go along....make sure you do a re feed every 14 days and carb up.

Still lifting brotha. Did shoulders/abs last night. I've been playing around with dropsets the last cpl weeks.

Once my weight gets under 200lbs I'm going to start adding carbs (sweet potatoes, rice, ezik bread) to my first 3 meals to bump my cals up to around 22-2300 daily

How old are you bro? im 32 so for me my heart rate has to be between 145-150. I'll take a tbsp of L-carntine before I go hit fasted cardio

when I cut weight I swear by fasted HIIT cardio for 20-30 mins each morning. On weekends I would go for close to an hour. After training I do another round of cardio but keep my heart rate in fat burning range for another 20-30 mins.

Dat's a lotta cardio...lol. I won't disagree though fasted cardio has always done wonders for me but I don't think I could do HIIT on clen so I just do the same old keep your heart rate around 140 which isn't so hard being on clen either.
