First off, i would like to express my sincere gratitude to medlab, and the most incredible customer service i can ever remember having. Medlab has gone above and beyond all my expectations.
They really went out of there way to take care of me and make sure i recieved what i was looking for. Emails were answered promptly,with most diligence. I am very impressed with the care they give to there customers . They didnt have exactly what i asked for . But that didnt stop medlab! Needless to say i will be testing all of psl products with my new labmax kit! Truly i found a company that cares for its customers as i feel i do, And goes above and beyond to assure there customers have an experience they never have gotten before anywhere. Medlab has a customer for life. Oh yea, one more thing shipping was lightning fast .. it takes more time for some companies to pick up your money, then it did before i recieved my new labmax kit.
This is how a company should treat its customers and community. Im sure they will be around for a long time. Thank you mace
