I have been on TRT for 3 years now. When I first started my full intention was to get back in the gym, however, that did not happen until about a month ago. Since re joining the gym we work out 5-6 days a week. Cardio every gym day for 20 minutes.

I already can tell I have lost inches. The scale reflect gaining mass. I think I am headed in the right direction. I have changed my diet to high protein, low carb. (Low sugar and all the good stuff).

My question is, is it possible for a "beer belly" to be in genetics and therefore harder to get rid of? I max out everytime I am in the gym. Work my body to full fatigue. We work abs every gym day as well. It is not changing or going away!

Also, I take CGT daily. Is the creatine powerful enough to really genuinely recover my muscles so that there is no after work out muscle pain? Am I not working hard enough?

Thanks for your time!

I wish I was on my computer to type my experience but in short I think once you have those fat cells yea it can be hard to get rid of. I know a guy who dropped out of his first show because of love handles. For me I have a curve in my lower back makes my ass poke out and my stomach so even if I was going to try for 6 pack my stomach will poke out. Someone probably has some science they will sharr

Edit you are making progress keep it up

I was in a motorcycle accident when much younger that has left my lower spine subluxed and so my back is the same way. I am not looking to enter any contests or shows, just wanna look as young as I feel and shred.

Well I suggest just working toward a better you. I also have no interest at least at this time in my life to compete I don't think no matter how low I get my bf% would my muscles separate I naturally have a thick build. I haven't had a beer in 8 years so it hasn't got any worse

Cardio and diet have to be spot on to lose belly fat. It is the last place to lose weight. If you have a beer belly you don't want to work abs it will make your ab muscles larger and doing so with that layer of fat on top of them will make it stick out More. Working abs doesn't burn belly fat. You have to lose that during cardio and in the kitchen and like I said earlier it's the last to go. Add more time on cardio and dial the diet in.

If someone had a gun to my head and I was forced to guess I'd say your E2 is to high and is making it hard for you to lose that fat. If I'm right whatever you try will be an uphill battle till you fix the problem!

IJ you have what's called and anterior pelvic tilt and it's SOOOO easy to fix!!! If you're genuinely interested in learning how then shoot me a PM. It's late and I don't want to spend the time typing (on my phone) if you don't care.

In my opinion, Pain is spot on! Diet is gonna be #1 here, experiment
what sits well with YOU digestion wise. After u have a good understanding
how different foods affect u really well, trick your body just like working out,
use different macro combos, nutrient timing, cheat meals etc. Mainly experiment
to see what works for u. Just my $.02

Everyone says it but it's the truth "Abs are made in the kitchen". Track your intake of macros and cals and adjust.
