I am not sure how common these are but they have made my life SO much easier after being on TRT. The pharmacy I get my Test from has started selling these "vial adapters". Basically its an adapter that you penetrate the rubber of the vial one time with. The syringe then screws onto the top and you can with draw the formula without having to use a large gauge needle and switch to the injection needle. This allows the rubber of vial to be penetrated only one time, limiting the amount of "germ introduction".

Can you post a pic of the vial adapter? I have seen these as well just didn't know where to get them from.

so is this adapter reusable or do you receive a fresh one each time. can it be transferred from vial to vial and back again or does it need to be for one vial at a time. and does it only come with a script.
I know so many questions. I've been just using a 23g to draw it up, then pin it with a 25g. little difficult, but not bad.
cool device though.

It's not recommended to reuse or swap but I have in a pinch. I am not sure about requiring a RX because they just offer it with my TRT therapy. I can ask next time I am in. They really are amazing because you don't have to worry about 2 different size needles.

It really is, you just take the foil off, swab the rubber and pop it on. The syringe just screws on the top.

Is it rubber at the top or a valve to seal the vial?

I used to draw with a 21g , now I draw and pin with the same 23g .

That's cool. Is it some kind of membrane at the top that seals off the vial but still lets you draw oil through it?

bump for "what seals the vial stopper" question...

I could see it working like a check valve. Still whatever is on the non sterile side would need cleaned out between uses?

I get mine from PSL. Best thing ever invented and make the process way more efficient

I bought my original ones from PSL. Looks like they don't have them anymore. They make injecting that much easier as you don't need a second needle to draw. It is honestly so awesome. I will reuse one only 1x, after that I toss it. I buy them online now.

What size are people using for a 10ml bottle? I bought some but the size isn't on them and want to reorder from different company. Would it be 20mm?

did I put it on correctly ? it seems when I invert the vial a small drop of oil starts to come down. Would this be a cause for concern in terms of sterility ?

Seem to be around $7 a piece unless you buy a case of 100. Anyone find these cheaper somewhere? With how cheap needles are I don't see myself switching unless the price comes down for small quantities. Love the concept though. I see a few different sizes. 13mm, 17mm, 20mm. Which fits a standard 10ml vial?

***EDIT 20mm looks to be the right size for standard 10ml vials for anyone wondering***

Yup that’s the right size. Honestly, I re-use them or use them 3x before tossing. Never had an issue. I know not [emoji817] safe but clean them before and after each pin, in between uses.

I buy them from here less then $2 a piece and I'll reuse them a couple of times before tossing them
