I'm about to run slin again I drink a shake right after I take it and then a good big meal about an hour fifteen minutes later. Just curious what everyone puts in there shake after their shot and what you find best. My shake consists of
60 grams dextrose
50 grams protein isolate
10 grams bcaa's
10 grams creatine
5 grams glutamine
What else does everyone find effective curious on everyone's opinions on this also this is for 10ius I don't need a lot of carbs per iu I find.

You have not even said what insulin you are using.... Pretty hard to tell you anything with out that

I prefer to use humulin r over Humalog. So I'm running humulin r before workouts except leg day I use it after my workout then.

If you want to do 2 shots humalin run your current protocol.

Personally iif you want To do 2 shots I would be using humalg

Has. Shooter half life and one peak using himalin is asking for trouble

I think he was saying he does it either before or after his lifts. I use novolin... pretty similar to humalin..

My shakes are fluctuate depending on my carbs that day.. but usually something like this..
7g dex per iu (84 or so usually. Ive tailored them down to a comfortable zone for me just like you have)
60g protein
5g creatine
5g glutamine
50mg viagra

Ive found the viagra helps even further with the nutrient delivery and I actually maintain a better pump after my workout. I also do my pin and shake before workout primarily and intra ill drink bcaas w creatine, an hour after pin ill eat a full meal, thrn an hour later ill eat another. Ive done some great things with responsible insulin use. I have played with carb cycling during insulin runs and it is definitely one of the most effective ways ive used insulin. My low carb days were actually my lacking bodypart days and I would carb up post pin/workout and see growth occuring weekly. Not for those that are new to insulin or to carb manipulation but recommended to try for those who have experience with both alone

Very interesting with the viagra but it does make sense since it dialates blood vessels I may have to give that a try. This is my fist time I have run insulin before workouts and I'm loving it pumps are great and I'm playing with carbs still to see what I need before a workout. I've always done post workout with it and got great results. It's very beneficial just have to know what your doing and takes time to learn exactly how your body responds to it. I do have some calis I may try that since I have it on hand they do somewhat of the same thing. Thank you for your response.

Yea i use cialis preworkout for the pump, instead of the viagra.

I eat my preworkout meal which is 1 cup of oatmeal, 1 cup of blueberries, and 2 scoops of whey mixed all together. Then 30 minutes later I pin 2ius of hgh, sip on a shake that consist of creatine, preworkout powder, bcaas, glutamine, and NO powder. About 20-30 minutes after that I then pin 12ius of humalog and start sipping on my intra shake which is 75g of karbolyn, creatine, glutamine, and bcaas. I like Humapro for my bcaas, i sip on this throughout my workout, then pin 12ius of humalog again post workout and chug a similar shake like my intra down.
