So ill begin this with my current stats, cycle, training and diet for now.
Im 30 years old, been training since highschool but just over the past 3 years religiously and with precision, I hover around 202-205 pounds right now at about 8-9% bf. In the past my bulks have been minimally effective because I was always concerned with eating clean and staying lean in the process. This time im doing things a bit different.

Current cycle is as follows.
1-14 test e 450
1-10 npp 450
1-14 provirin 100 ed
Hgh 3.33iu am
Insulin 15iu post workout
T4 100mcg ed

Diet/macros (3500/ 40-40-20)

Breakfast is usually eggs/whites and oatmeal/farina
10 am oatmeal and 3 greek yogurts
12 protein bar
1 chicken meal (10 oz) 1.5 cup white rice veggies
4 pwo meal 1/3lb ground beef 3/4 cup white rice
6 Pwo dex shake on insulin days
7 3/4lb ground beef meal 1 cup white rice steamed veggies

This diet is tough for me. I am force feeding myself at every meal now other than breakfast and 10am

I train to feel but generally I will lift in a 4 day split. Chest/back/shoulders/legs..
back and leg days are my main priorities right now and take precedence over all other bodyparts

so this is where at right now. Ill be logging along the way and ill Update with photos and any changes along the way.

So ill log yesterdays workout today while i have time before todays workout. Yesterday I hit back and have been implementing more of a powerlifting approach with an emphasis on upper chest development.

Incline bench 5x5x 275
Dumbell flies 3x10
Flat bench 6x6 275
standing dumbell raises/flies (cross body)
Dips 4x15 ss with single arm db tricep extensions 4x15x40
Close grip bench 4x10x225
Tricep pressdowns cable 4x20

I feel great today. 1rm on flat bench is around 365 right now. Nothing too special but thatll be going up very soon

Update... hit a little place called "quaker steak and lube" for lunch today after a funeral for my girlfriends childhood friend (25 years old dead of a heroin overdose) ... Got a 24 piece boneless wings and killed all but a couple. Found out afterward that they are 145 calories per wing.. totaling out to around 3250 calories.... nearly hit my cals in my lunch meal. Ginna be WAY over today

Slin is solid. Nothing like the day after. I actually take viagra with my slin and it brings the fullness to a whole nother level. Have you ever done any slin cycling?

I was feeling legs today so I hit a very non traditional leg day.
Started with a heavy pyramid on hack squat (I never do hack squats because they usually bother my knee but I pushed through that today)

Standing calf raises ss with seated calf raises 4x15
Sissy squats 3x12x225 ss with single leg ham curls
Front squats. .. ass to grass 3x10x275
Banded back extensions ss with bodyweight lunges

Home smashing some cals now.

I thought 4 days split is what You are after?

With 2+3 optimal would be back-arms rest legs-shoulders-chest. You need to take into consideration size of the trained muscle and particular order to target certain muscle groups to optimise the growth.

I generally put a day between shoulders and chest though because my shoulders are a bit problematic when I go back to back. But ill take it into consideration. Shoulders have always been dominant for me so I xould probably make that split work and just focus more on rears (which would be the lavking part of my shoulders imo) and avoid excessive presses. I also structure back and legs as far apart because my low back has also been problematic and takes a beating between squats and pulld

There always is isnt there? Haha. Whenever the weights go up another problem arises too. Thats why ive been taking a bit more of a powerlifting approach to my compound movements and really burning for hypertrophy in the isolations. Been making progress recently so cant wait to see where im at in another couple months

It works out to about 4200 a day after all is said and done. Its definitely not a ton. I lift 5 or 6 days a week and work in the construction field so my maintenance is high....

I actually just started to switch things up. I think the ground beef and white rice is just too heavy for me that frequently. Actually threw in tuna yesterday and will take your advice and switch up the carb source. I do well with sweet potatoes and cous cous.

Hit some arms today... high volume giant set work. Felt like my arms were going to pop. No joke. Hours later and I still have a wicked pump. Feeling pretty awesome today.

for sure bro.... and with the addition of the hgh I feel like its only gonna get better/worse... depending on whethet you like those skin splitting pumps. I love them. Im definitely holding more water than I was and the abs are starting to diminish a bit. This is usually the point when I start to back off the bulk to preserve the lean factor....

Well theres no single compound or hormone that can do what slin does. Its pretty remarkable. I think theres a lot of misconception that it can only be used for bulking and that youll probably get fat. Im sure some other guys can attest that, when used properly, it can actually help to add musvle and cut fat. Ive gotten fuller harder and leaner while carb cycling on a slin protocol

So im up now for the day... cant sleep. Pinched a nerve or tore something in my trap last night and cant sleep. This shit hurts. Rolling it out with a lacrosse ball and some heat right now. Feels better but still a pain in the ass. Since im up I figured id post a bit about where im at right now. Woke up super lean this morning... around 202. Ive been taking into consideration what one of the brothers here suggested and adjusting my protein and carb sources to try and get things to move quicker. Im pretty sure im not digesting very well. Ill keep everyone posted on that.

As for the cycle, ill be adding sovereign labs anavar to the mix at 50mg ed for what will most likely be the rest of this cycle. I just recently got turned on to var and I actually love the shit. Didnt think I would but the pumps and strength gains are great. Ill be dosing first dose of that this morning before working out with my buddy/trainer. Today is chest day and I cant wait

Today im actually resting. Gonna eat good and carb load. Get replenished for legs tomorrow. Slept a bit better last night and woke up not as sore, but just exhausted. Good day for a family day. My girl is at the gym now so im just home relaxing with the baby which is always an awesome way to spend your sunday.

Neck is feeling fine now. Just hit a heavy pull session. Rack pulls, bent over barbell rows, pull downs, t bar raws and lever rows. Working on thickness and feeling good now.

Just smashed an entire plate of hash browns and a separate plate of 10 egg whites and 3 eggs with cheese. Im still starvibg! Finally getting my appetite up!!!

Good morning everyone. Today is one of those days I need a serious pep talk to get out of bed. So exhausted today and just want to sleep for as long as possible. Oh well. Im up now. Gonna make some food and get the day going. I usually dont train legs and back so close together but I may hit legs tonight... if not ill hit a high volume arm session. I am enjoying training to feel. The offseason should be more relaxed in my opinion so long as I get everything done eveey week.

She is a great baby and sleeps very well actually. Just seems like whenever I need the extra sleep she doesnt wanna sleep more than a couple hours at a time. Oh well... what doesnt kill you

Legs are the most important body part to train. Good leg development helps the whole body - keep that in mind.

One od my favorite bodyparts... gotta learn to love the difficult days. My quads are slow to grow. Im blessed in that I have incredible calf genetics and just naturally have well developed calves but my quads have taken a lot of work. Put on a lot of size in the past year and a half since concentrating more on them. Definitely dont skip leg day! The base to all the body

Theres actually a pullup bar in the basement we are refinishing now so I have a good time there.

Haha... no brother. They apparently made their way over to jersey. Never even heard of one until they set one up in Phillipsburg. I actually went there today and fell short of finishing that 24 piece this time. Poor choice in sauces left me with heartburn and blazing lips

Haha sweat pants and mesh shorts all day EVERY day. I had to go to a funeral the other day though which was embarassing to squeeze into these ridiculous clothes.

Hit some arms today and had one of those skin splitting sessions where I felt like I was gonna give myself stretch marks from a single workout. Felt amazing. May take a rest day tomorrow or ill hit back. Ive been skipping a lot of my scheduled rest days which I told myself I wouldnt do this bulk... but when I wanna get it I go

So hit some a lot of volume today for mid to upper back.
I generally start with heavy rack pulls but today I supersetted my rack pulls with barbell rows and kept the volume high. Felt great.

Hit some lever rows, straight arm pull downs, wide grip pulldowns, Shrugs and chins.

Yesterday I did an fst 7 with them with 7x12-15 and a concentration on the contraction, pause, and negative. I actually did 2 variations.. the traditional pull to the crown of the chest and then a slightly declined position, narrower grip and pull to the neck

Thats the idea brother! Been focusing alot more on the concentric portion and really feeling that squeeze... mind muscle is coming in with the back. Ive always have a very wide back but very 1 dimensional. Thats about to change...

Morning everyone! Today is shoulders and looking forward to killing it. Took a rest day yesterday and planning a core and endurance day friday to stay somewhat fresh for a heavy back day on Saturday. My buddy is coming back up from Florida today for a visit so ill be hitting some workouts with him while hes up. Dude is an animal in terms if strength.... hes about my height with an extra 15 pounds of muscle on him.

Morning everyone. My boy bailed on me but still had a great shoulder session. My workouts have been superset after superset and ive been able to get to that level of painful pump far quicker and in a more thorough manner.

Dumbbell shoulder press 85x12 95x12 100x10 ss with latetal raises
Rear delt raises ss with front cable raises
Seated single arm db raises ss with barbell shrugs
Reverse pec dec ss with military press machine

The pump was unreal and I felt very accomplished after the intensity and volume.

Just got done with a pretty intense back session.
Lifted with 5 guys altogether. A little too many people I think but we made it work. Definitely were moving a lotta weight today.

Just had an entire plate of diced potatoes and another plate of 15 egg whites plus 150g karbolyn. Bout to recover.

Good morning fam. I am so incredibly sore today. I feel good but I can't believe the intensity of yesterdays workout. I was probably the weakest guy there and was able to push myself to keep up with some really big boys. Proud of myself.

Today I did basically all tris. ... pinned my igf1-des for the first time today and jesus bro... I get some pretty intense pumps already but today was another story entirely. Pinned 50mcg each tricep and then hit 21 sets of tris and some touch ups on chest that I missed yesterday. This is going to be a staple in my offseason for sure... coupled with growth I think im on the path to some serious changes. Body comp is getting a bit leaner and im able to hit 3800 cals now pretty easily. Adding in little things here and there to the diet as well as eating as fast as I possibly can seems to help a lot. Started a new probiotic as well which has been helping speed up digestion. Trying to cover all my bases. This is the most energy and focus im putting into an offseason... its easy to cut and prep for me (not easy but more comfortable to me) but bulking with focus and commitmeny to the meals and the supplements and cycle is another level to me.

Good morning my fellow muscle junkies! Tkme to make the donutz indeed. Today is gonna be a leg day. Squats, presses, sissies, lunges, curls, RDL, extensions and some calves. 30 or so sets total.

Good morning all. Haha. Pretty much OPS. Pretty insane pump from the igf and just incredibly sore yesterday. Could barely make it up or down the stairs after my workout. Overall a good day

Good morning all. I been slacking on the log but ill post up some pictures and the full workout today. Meeting a few friends again at the gym for a big sesh.

In other news I decided to up all my compounds as well as add some things. Looks something like this now

Test e 750
NPP 525
Deca 600
Anadrol 50
Hgh 3.33iu twice daily
IGF1 des preworkout 100mcg bilaterally
T4 200mcg
Aromasin, letro and caber as needed

I have run heavier cycles than this but this is the most Deca/npp ive run at a time. I am done with the slin for awhile and probably wont start back with it until I cruise. I may even end up bumping the test up a bit

Posing for 15 min. Didnt get any pictures. Ill make sure and have my buddy take a few today. Today is chest. Not sure why but my ENTIRE body hurts incredibly bad. So much so that I woke up several times throughout the night and needed to stretch and take Tylenol. I love it though! !

So I recently blew my trans on wednesday and have been car shopping after work everyday trying to set something up. I took 2 rest days in a row. Yesterday I crawled around on my hands and knees in a crawlspace all day and I am feeling beat the fuck up today. Back at it again today to try and finish. Haven't been this sore from work in a very long time

Morning everyone. Gotta say im really loving the dbol, minus thr back pumps. Only ran it one other time and had to cut it due to tge intensity of the bsck pumps. Thry were debilitating. This time im gonna try and stick it out. Ive definitely noticed more bloat even though I made the dbol with 5mg aromasin in it. Strength is about the same but my appetite is better which is huge as you all know how much I have struggled with that part of it.

Today is gonna be a rest day so to speak. .. actually gonna do a little cardio for the first time this cycle and hit abs Which I never do

Neither of us drink... ever. But we still had an amazing time. Thanks everyone for the well wishes. Went about my back session today a little differently than normal....

Took a page out of flex's book and did some 30 rep sets...
Full range, partials and pauses. Feel awesome. Mostly supersets and a lot of eccentric work which is a lot different than the heavier work I've been after. Happy to be back at it and fueled by a day of indulgence with my beautiful lady.

So made a decision to try out out a full body strength routine for a few weeks...

I've run powerlifting programs but never squat dead bench in the same day. I'll probably go heavy on one of the three each full body day (knowing myself I'll be at the gym more than 3 times a week... I'll get bored otherwise)

I'll log numbers on each of the 3 lifts over the next few weeks. I plan to run this program for 6-8 weeks.

Good morning bros! My dosage increase is finally catching up and I'm feeling pretty great in terms of strength. I have however been having pretty intense back pain in my sciatic again. Ughhh... almost laid me out at work yesterday. I ended up taking another rest day yesterday just to try and let it recover.

Other than that life is good. Gonna try and hit legs today.. gotta see how the back feels because my back generally takes a beating on leg days.

Another day down. Ended up digging footings at work yesterday and it was intense. Forearms were locking up after awhile and I could barely hold a shovel by the end of the day. Abs are really feeling it today. Hitting deads tonight and going from there. Maybe I'll bench and squat. Well see. I honestly don't know if my body can handle that routine right now, but I'm sure as hell gonna try bros

Yeah so scratch that whole idea about squat dead bench days. That's just too much for my body at this point in time.

Hit a bunch of volume today for my legs and I feel great. Started off with 100 rep set on leg press and it set the tone for the whole session. Pulse reps, drop sets, and supersets throughout and my legs literally felt (and still feel) like jello.

Back to the slin.
Pinned 15iu novolin post workout and prepping some food now for the weekend. Hitting arms tomorrow. Got some more igf des on the way and also gonna add in some ghrp6 to hopefully help with my lagging appetite. I guess we gon see bros.

Morning everyone! Today is good. Been having minor shoulder pain... seems to be better today after a bit of ice last night. Getting ready for a great work week and an incredible holiday. Can't wait to put on these holiday pounds in the right places. I'm pretty much thrilled that thanksgiving is here... love the food so much and can't wait to just have some heavy binge meals. Love that shit. I'll be stopping this bulk cycle end of the year and then cruising til around April or so while slowly getting ready with diet.

Tonight I'll be hitting chest but going easy because of the shoulder pain. Don't wanna hurt myself. Also should be starting the ghrp6 tomorrow and igf des tonight. Im really eager to see what the combo yields as a collective....

Good morning brothers. Not a Lotta sleep last night. The princess is teething and she is having a rough time. Poor little girl. But today is gonna be back and then we are having a pre-thanksgiving thanksgiving tonight. Lol. My father and stepmother are going away tomorrow so they want to have thanksgiving dinner tonight. I'm not arguing!!!

Started my ghrp6 today and can't wait to see how this goes. I'm also getting my generic kits tested on Friday so I'm eager to see how well they do. I'm confident in them. I'm actually just starting to feel myself turn a corner, despite all my joints being very stiff and my muscles crampy. I am hoping it's the hgh dosage and that just bearing through it I'll get used to it eventually.

Anyone else get intense joint pain on hgh dosage increase? I am currently doing 2.5iu 3x a day now

Your taking a hefty dose I would lower that if it were me unless your on a blast and even then I don't go that high. I cruise on 3.3iu per day and blast at 5iu per day 7x per week. Just curious why so much??

Because I'm coming up on the end of my cycle and I have plenty of growth. Wanted to see how much I could really do on the tail end of this cycle. I just recently upped it so I'll probably back it down again to 1.5-2 3x a day

I picked one hell of a week to start insulin. I'll tell you... after my third and final thanksgiving tonight... I feel incredibly full and the pumps I've had the past two days have been insane. I'm feeling great. Yesterday I ate an entire rotisserie chicken and a plate of fries for dinner. The ghrp is definitely persuading my appetite in the best way possible. Tomorrow is meal prep... chicken, turkey chili and mahi steaks. Love me some fuckin mahi!!!!

U don't need it. Unless your planning on competing at a very high level then it's a waste. Ur fairly new to aas so take it slow. It's a marathon not a sprint

Morning bro, I had asked my coach about it since he uses it and he advised me to stay away unless your competing at a very high level as well. I was warned you gain quite a bit of fat on it and my body does that enough already lol...so for me it's a no go. Why not just stick to GH and maybe add some IGF into the mix and see what that does for you. I'm planning on adding in some peps along with GH while I cruise to see if I can make any gainz and stay on the leaner side of things.

It's clearly dependant on the individual, the diet and training regimen but I have had very little (if any) fat gain from insulin. In fact, when running it in the past while carb cycling I got LEANER and fuller when using it. I don't necessarily advise anyone into using it. I just utilize it in some of my cycles because I DO plan on competing at a high level one day and I'd like that to be sooner than later.

But very good advice given. It is a marathon.

And thanks to everyone for the well wishes on the shoulder. I hit like 20 sets of bis and 12 sets of tris then super setted calves and forearms. Really great arm day. Gotta hit that routine more.

Also got the shoulder and back checked out and my shoulder seems to be a minor pec tear and some irritation in the tendon. The back seems to be the spinae erectus attachments to the lumbar

Thanks everyone for checking in. Still definitely in pain but took it eas today and was able to get a full day at work which is very important every day, but this time of year ESPECIALLY! I've decided to stop the cycle a little short after about 16 weeks and drop down to cruise. I think it's best to just utilize this time off to reboot and get ready to kill it "natty" lol

Im gonna stay out of the gym for another 10 days as of now... it'll be beneficial even if it's not 100% necessary. I'll do some forearm and bicep work at home but gonna stay out of the gym entirely

I'm not limiting my gains be made on cycle only. Once I'm healthy we putting in work. I am coaching a buddy into his national show this to year and hopefully we can snag him that USAs invite and score a card.

This cycle I ended up about 14 pounds heavier. Not exactly my goal but I'm happy with it.

Everytime I think I'm feeling better I'll bend down to pick something up and WHAM!!! Like someone has a grip on my spine and just twists me to the ground. Happened a couple times yesterday. I may take a couple days off. I can't be continually injured.

So I realized that I've been really wanting to work more on my forearms and what better an opportunity than to do them at home. So I'm digging out the dumbbells and gonna rip through every exercise I have for forearms while I'm otherwise out of commission.

Good morning all. Feeling a bit better. Back is a little tight today but better. Home today with my girl and the baby... they're both sick. Poor girls. Hopefully going to get back in the gym this Saturday depending on how the back feels

Morning everyone! So I hit a pretty quick chest session yesterday and kept it moderate and short to work back in. Ad to work yesterday for a few hours and then hit longhorn. Ate a full appetizer of firecracker shrimp, Caesar salad and a 20 oz porterhouse with spaghetti squash. Finished it off with a slice of key lime pie and half of a chocolate stampede.... which if anyone knows what it is will agree it's impressive to eat half of one. 3 people split the other half.


I woke up 9 pounds lighter and have been dropping a ton of water. I can actually see a lot of what's going on in terms of new definition since dropping down to cruise. Had no idea I was holding that much water from the growth.

Yeah I mentioned... definitely the hand pain... grip strength is quite a bit weaker

Morning all. Feeling TIGHT today. But everyday is a little better. Taking my time and easing back into everything. Today wis gonna be shoulders or legs. I gotta see how u feel after work tonight.

I was able to hit a pretty decent upper back session yesterday.... switching it up with a variation of different pull downs and supersetting a lot of my work. I feel great today in terms of a nice soreness.

Today was intense at work. Back still not 100% but Damn better!!!! Felt awesome today and literally humped cans of plaster non stop all day. Did the work of 2 guys... trying yo make up for taking it easy this past couple weeks.

So weight today was 205.. up a few pounds since the other day and i feel pretty good.

Good morning all. Hit a high volume leg day yesterday. I took it slow and was able to work around the back pain. Little tight today but pretty good.

Gonna hit some arms tonight. Feeling pretty good overall. Ready for this Christmas season.

After carrying shit up ladders and stairs all fuckin day, and humping materials all over the jobsite... I feel like too much volume will quickly overtrain my cns... U have alot more experience than i in this sport but our jobs are very similar. I know, i know.. We are all different! Just gotta get lucky and find what works for me! Gotta keep experimenting!

Morning everyone. Hit some arms yesterday. Been having sanother issue past few days.... left arm is numb all day but sometimes it actually "hurts" it's so numb. Any ideas on what that could be?? I'm thinking it's a combo of back and shoulder nerves.

I would go see a chiro brother. When I was having weird tingling numbness in my forearm he fixed me right up with some Myofascial release. You may have some peripheral impingement numbness or something entrapped. Make sure to see one that specialized in sports injuries and stuff. Good luck brother. Wishing you the best.
