Standard pct for common cycles.
Nolvadex (tamoxifen citrate) &
Clomid

Four weeks, by week;

Nolva: 40mg/40/20/20
Clomid: 100mg/100/50/50.

For more details I need more from you, ie what cycle you were on for how long.
