Anavar dosing split help

I'm currently 4weeks into test p cycle at 125mg eod. Plan to start running my var tomorrow at 80mgs a day for 8 weeks. Also going to run some tucda and liv52.

I read up up that var has a half life of 8hrs so I was thinking of dosing it 3 times a day, morning midday and before bed. Was going to dose 30/30/20 split.

Anyone out there that's ran var, is this a way to dose it?

ideally you want to keep your blood levels stable, so yes. but many say that is impossible to do with orals....and say fuck it by taking it all preworkout. (like me) that split will work great tho. either way is fine.

Just curious,how many mgs are your tabs/caps?

So just start at 50 and go up 10 every week?
