First pct

So im running a 12 week test cycle at 400mg a week
also running tbol at 40mg for 4 weeks. Gonna run hcg probably the 2 weeks before my pct.
so this is what my pct layout looks like
nolva 40/40/20/20
clomid50/50
since this cycle isnt that heavy should i be ok with 50mg of clomid everyday for the first 2 weeks?

Bro, run tbol for 8 weeks. You won't need hcg for that cycle, especially if it's your first cycle. Your testicles will be fine, and you will restart easily.

Personally when I pct I run nolva 40/40/20/20 and clomid 50/50/25/25. I dont think you really need hcg either but thats just my opinion

That's the protocol I use. Many people recover with just one Serm. So if using both simultaneously, you don't need crazy dosage.

Personally id rather see someone running clomid over nolvadex, if youre deciding between the two. Ultimately though I think its best to take them in conjunction with one another because despite the fact the are both serms, they operate very differently
