Hey bros, recently Used MG for an order again, and when I gave the clerk instructions, she told me "oh, this is a different person than the last time"!?!? WTF?? So they are tracking....obviously who receives.
My ? Is, do you think this is a potential red flag having so many different "relatives" from around the globe?
Thanks for your opinions guys.

I dont really think its a red flag for you. When a receiver picks up a certain amount of money (I think around the $25,000 mark) their name may be flagged. But as a sender I dont think you have much to worry about. When you send and use the same sender info and phone number it is entered into the system and appears in your history.

I just tell them im buying car parts and im building a fleet of expensive import cars. Lol. Sort of like a fast and furious type scenario

Was a bit awkward, showing my ID and then her making that comment. I'm a pretty private person and I believe in real individual freedoms. I think that if the rest of the world would mind their own fucking business, instead of prying into other people's shit, we would all be better off.

Also, wouldn't this be admitting to buying "from a business" versus "just sending uncle joe some cash" type of response?

I mean they dont document anything I say. Generally people taking moneygram orders are just a worker and could care less what its for or who its going to. Lol.

Dont wanna be old

I will offer a story as I see Money transfer people more than I would like .

I had a very good job in a Auto plant in the mid 80's . A young attractive women in her 30's wore long sleeve shirts in the summer . One day as I always enjoyed conversations with her I asked why she wore hot clothes.
She said she lived in Virginia or whatever southern state where the Airforce flew fighter jets .
One night a jet crashed and hit her house as her family slept . She was burned on one side of her body and was self conscious .

My point as I could tell stories all day long is safety and security is partly based on luck .
You can question everything you do and not change the outcome .

I am always nervous about people knowing me who I would rather not .
Unfortunately it doesn't have to be this hobby as there's a Bar on every corner were patrons leave after consuming spirits . Your jet plane may be getting fueled right now or may never be built .
Live for today as its a Present

Cheers

Well its a data base system, and yes it does keep track of who you send to in case you want to send to the same person again. It limits user error on their part. Its nothing to worry about. These companies are about making MONEY. They dont fucking care how they make it. Most of these money transfer companies are out of payday loan centers that absolutely RAPE people on interest. Dont tell them why youre sending it, they dont fucking care. You get your product, they get their money.

As with everything it is all documented.

Another example.

Just think about how many people that just have to have a tracking number for their packs so they can go to USPS.com and track their package. Just remember every time you go do that they are logging your ip address and it will be there linked to that package.

I get the business aspect of it all...my point is not so much the individual that works there, it's the data collection itself that could be gathered by the slave masters who think we shouldn't have the ability, or are to stupid do as we please with our own bodies.

Youre thinking too much into it. Working on a different side of things, there is a MASSIVE amount of criminal money sent DAILY through thefts, burglaries, robberies, etc. What we do is a drop in the bucket of illegal money being transfered. Law enforcement agencies care more about that than us. And even then, law enforcement has EXTREME difficultly getting search warrants into this (legitimate and reasonable expectation of privacy is rather HIGH with transfers of money through third parties)

Good point bro, I think it just pisses me off that we have a constitution that is being disregarded on a daily basis!

Its a 3rd party private corporation, not a govt agency. They have no obligation to a constitution.

I can tell you first hand, your send list would require a SEARCH WARRANT, not a SUBPEONA (yes ive heard of them, i work in the justice system). higher level of LEGITIMATE and REASONABLE expectation of privacy. Not only that, if you are sending money OUTSIDE the US, all LE stops for us. We arent these massive dealers of prescription narcotics.
