Chicken and "Rice" Soup - Paleo Style

I make a big pot of this soup every week. Its great at night when I'm sitting around and get hungry! I just grab a bowl of this and Im good. Its made from scratch so you can control the sodium. Also a good way to get some veggies in! I put garlic, celery, carrots and onion all ingredients are organic/all natural. Oh, and the "rice" is cauliflower chopped up in my ninja!

It really has no taste. It just soaks up the chicken flavor.
