Alright BOP brothers. Starting a log for my long offseason. Gonna take at least a year to try to put on as much lean mass as possible. Goal is to compete in April of 2018 with a stage weight of at least 200 but would like to be 205-210. Same contest prep coach is doing my offseason and he is an awesome coach! My goals are to bring legs and arms up big time and thicken my back. Follow along for the ride!

Training will ill be very different at least for now. This is my split.
Legs, back, biceps- HEAVY 3-4 reps 3 sets each body part
Chest, shoulders, triceps - HEAVY 3-4 reps 3 sets each body part
Rest Day
Legs (moderate), Back, Shoulders-volume
Chest, triceps, biceps-volume
Rest day
Legs (volume), chest, back, shoulders, biceps, triceps-moderate
rest day then repeat

drugs
1g Test Cyp- Valkyrie from SteroidsFax
600 EQ- Valkyrie from SteroidsFax
Dbol-60mg ED (first 6 weeks) Valkyrie from SteroidsFax
Anavar 60mg ED all year round Valkyrie from SteroidsFax (my LFTs are normal all the time on var so can use year round)
12.5mg aromasin every other day
200mcg t4 ED
3ius Humatrope 72iu pen from SteroidsFax
Insulin- 4 weeks on 4 weeks off. Humulin R am and humalog preworkout
DNP- I am contemplating using 200mg every other day once bodyfat gets to 10%. Right now I'm still pretty low I would say 7-8 so it's not needed. I love the science behind drugs and I really want to see how dnp and insulin work together. I am very knowledgeable of slin and dnp and have used both. Everyone Google "dnp insulin poor mans igf"....plus I'm running pharmacy hgh so I should respond extremely well.

diet
insulin days are 250g protein, 500g carbs and as little fats as possible
non slin days are 300g protein, 350g carbs, 60g fats

Morning homie! Had a shitty workout this am...was super tired so took a lil extra pre workout and it didn't go so well. Two excercises into legs I had to call it quits. Dizzy, nauseated, almost disoriented....and blood sugar was normal that was the first thing I checked. Think I overdid the preworkout cause my heart rate was like 160 after each set and I was insanely short of breath which is unusual. Oh well tomorrow is a new day!!!

Been there, done that! Sucks being ready to kill it and then a few sets in you know you're gonna have to call it quits.

Ive posted on other forums and you get these gurus talking about how im gonna die using it and im gonna get fat and that ill give myself diabetes. Thats why this forum is by far the best and worlds different from a lot of other spots that claim to provide the best info and support.

of course brother. This is my last week and then will take 4-6 weeks off. I think insulin can be used very safe and effectively. More is not better with insulin. And people tend to eat way to many carbs because they are taking too much insulin. You should always adjust your insulin based on how many carbs your current diet is on and not the other way around. I see people say well in taking 10 units of insulin so I need 100g dextrose. No wonder they get fat. I am learned that I like to use less simple carbs with insulin also at least when I use humulin r. Humalog I need to fast sugar because it hits so hard and fast but a lot of times I will just have a cup of oats and a banana and take 6 units of humulin r and I'm good to go.

Do I dare??? I love experimenting. Have ran dnp before and was very successful but would love to find a way to run it without compromising training and quality of life. I don't really need it right now as I'm still pretty lean but would like to test the whole "poor mans igf" theory with dnp and insulin. I'm on pharm grade hgh, 1g test, eq, slin and dbol. I would think with all of those compounds especially the slin I could stay full and still gain on low dose dnp such as 250 every other day or every third day. I will keep it in my pocket for now but will let you guys know when I start it.

Plan will be to add dnp at 250 every other day or every third day depending on if it compromises training and how uncomfortable i am. Diet will be extremely high carb, moderate protein, fats next to non existent. Slin will be humalog very conservative dosing (3-5ius)3x a day. Should be interesting.

***DISCLAIMER*** I do not advise anyone to try this. I am very experienced with insulin and how my body reacts and have a small amount of dnp experience but enough knowledge to make up for lack of tons of personal experience. I would also never try this if I had not used dnp and insulin by themselves first because it IS more likely to have problems with slin being on dnp since you are going to burn through your carbs like no other, hence the conservative slin dosage.

I mean I was very uncomfortable and tired as hell but I wasn't knocking on deaths door like people make it out to be. I also run it low dose and don't ffeaking take 1,000mg like these morons and then claims it's the devil haha

Morning fellas. I decided to do EOD and see how I feel. I do not want it to hinder training at all. If I find it does, will go to every third day. If that still affects training I will discontinue because my goal is to gain. Gonna call this a little mini experiment

What's up everyone. Everything is going well so far except for having knee trouble which is limiting my leg workouts. Weight is way up. Already around 217 when I'm waking up. Definitely adding some mass and some fat. May do a mini diet if I feel I'm getting to soft too fast to get insulin sensitivity back up. Off the slin for now for 4 weeks and will go back on after that. strength is wayyy up and feeling great. Major thing is making sure I'm staying in optimal fat range and not gaining poor quality weight.

My advice is to take a complete break for a about a week and see how you feel...see if you miss it. I just did this myself and my focus is back along with the desire to make the most of my current diet and training routine. You just went through contest prep bro so its normal to feel like this but I promise take a week off and you will start to miss it and thus your back in the game...or at least for me it works. Good luck brother and we are always here to help motivate you along the way!

Yeah it's just hard to look in the mirror and be around 10% with barely visible abs when you were shredded a month ago. The bad thing is when I eat like shit my normal meals are hard to get down no appetite

Went deer hunting at took jacket and long jjohns off after 10 minutes and sat in tshirt while my wife was shivering wanitng to get down she was so cold.....she was so confused how I could be hot lol it was 30 degreees on a windy hill. Now, the mnight sweating is just plain crazy. Like I'm soaked when I wake up like ive been running. But heres the deal.....training has not suffered and the lethargy is non existant. I think I will run dnp like this low dose from now on.

I am not sure yet but If I had to guess I would say results may be slightly less profound. However for me it is worth 50-75% of effectiveness being that it doesn't mess with quality of life. What's the point in having a six pack if your a miserable, lethargic, sweaty asswipe? 8)

Interesting....was the dnp real?? Lol....did you have typical dnp sides? I would know 100% if I got some bad dnp because the increase in temp is profound....but since it's cold out I'm happy :)

Morning fellas I am feeling so good and refreshed and have abs again after one week back on diet :) also a new 24/7 bodybuilding gym just opened up brand new 1 mile from house and i started back training with my original training partner who got me into this in the first place! Time to really kick this offseason into gear!!

Glad to read you're back on track. I had to take some time off the gym due to a couple of injuries so stopped my cycle and ready to get some slin and hgh gainz myself. Looking forward to working out again. Nothing worse than watching your abs disappear.. but hey bro. .. it's bulking season. Time to get jolly and fat. Haha

24/7 gyms are the shit. I just started at one that's pretty underground with old well worn benches and free weights downstairs and brand new machines upstairs. Has totally changed my outlook getting into a grungier setting... coming from a glitzy golds.

Alright guys this was a good week. Trained hard, ate good, rested good. Scale is around 216-218 in am. Got bloods done Thursday running only 500 of Valkyrie Test cyp. Was doing 750 but started getting elevated e2 symptoms and figured with the dbol in there it may be too many aromatizing drugs so rather than mess with AI dosage I came down a little on test. Will see where e2 is as well as total T. Also will be looking at LFTS closely as I didn't take a very long break off orals after show only about 4-5 weeks. Supplementing with TUDCA, NAC and milk thistle so should be good.

Thanks brother. Going to the Panthers V Chargers game so today is a me day. Going to limit myself to a couple of beers (seriously like 2) because I NEVER drink and haven't had a beer in probably a year. Pizza and stadium nachos are not off limits though. I'm gonna eat normal breakfast and eat something semi healthy before going in, but I'm going to enjoy myself if I want some papa johns, some papa johns I will have :) I don't think a slice or two of Papa Johns will derail my progress but getting shitfaced on 14 beers would. Its rare events like this that I'm going to be a normal person at. Ill never be a pro and I know that, but I have goals to keep in mind so everything in moderation friends! Just me and a buddy going. I'm excited as its rare to go out without wife and kids :)
