Currently on test750/NPP450/Adex1mg/caber 1mg. I divide it into 3 doses per week MWF 250test/150npp. I take 0.5mg adex and 0.5 mg caber Mon/friday.

This is my third cycle first time using NPP and caber. I started the caber 1 weeks into the NPP. twitching is mainly involuntary thumbs triceps fingers, almost a jittery feeling.

thoughts?

How is your salt intake? I've had some similar things happen and I took essential minerals and it helped a lot. Your going to have to look at your diet and water intake.

diet is literally the same every day

2.5 gallons of water
3x/day 60g whey/80g oats
2x/day 8oz chicken/350g rice/5oz brocoli
1x/day 8 eggs + 2 tbsp peanutbutter

the chicken is from rotisori so its incredibly salted/seasoned but maybe not enough? and i toss some salt on the eggs too

Yep, welcome to taking illegal drugs that you ordered online from a stranger which change your hormone levels.
Get your blood pressure tested and bloods done. If it doesn't go away, cease all AAS and/or lower doses.

Id say either low potassium, or you need to add in some Taurine. It doesn't sound like anything major, just need to research and try a few things.

Try Doctors best high absorbing magnesium and now foods potassium citrate. I was just reading about this because I get a similar issue when I am on cycle so these two are what I am planning to use to combat the issue.

When you are on cycle your body goes through nutrients faster so often times we fall short on electrolytes but the key is finding which nutrient that's low specifically. You could do some google searches yourself on this and probably find the same info, good luck and keep us updated.

This and salt and taurine. All are cheap as hell compared to getting nutrient tests. You could shotgun effect: start adding a couple shakes of salt to every meal, take the recommended serving size of the magnesium and potassium, and then add 10g of taurine a day, OR, add one at a time and see which helps (if any).

Personally, I already do 10g of taurine a day with my intra, add salt to ALL meals, take This Stuff (http://naturalvitality.com/natural-calm/) for magnesium before bed, and eat potatoes/bananas for potassium. Finally, I use the Mio Electrolite drops with a liter of water when i first wake up in the morning for a little boost. This is all after suffering from massive uncontrollable leg twitches. Magnesium did wonders for me.

It could also be a pinched nerve in the arm somewhere, so if none of this works, check that avenue. I cant imagine its the gear unless you have some swelling from water thats pushing a nerve wrong.

Great advice here, I forgot to say try taurine but it was already suggested so I skipped it. I got mine bulk from Amazon and mix it with my orange juice and green superfoods powders for my morning shake. It's nice to have but it doesn't solve my problem so that's why I supplement with the supplements I suggested. I use to do the Mio liquid and bulk Gatorade powder also but I got tired of the flavor from Mio and the sugar from Gatorade so I stopped.

Well, it COULD be everything that has been listed but it's actually trigger points located somewhere in you tricept, forearm, shoulder, pec and/or a combination of the above. Either go get s DEEP tissue massage from someone experienced in treating these type of things or learn how to do it yourself. I recommend learning how to do it yourself!! It's much cheaper, you can do it anytime you need it done and after all knowledge is power especially when it comes to taking care of yourself!!!

BTW you don't need Caber for that cycle but if you insist on taking it then you should at least cut the dosage in half!
