my winter blast and hopefully blow the fuck up. Lol.

My current stats:
Age 33
215 lbs at 15% bf (skin fold method)

My goal is to put on as much clean weight as possible

I will be consuming 3200 call per day with a macro split of 45%p, 30%c, and 25%f. Which will be adjusted up or down throughout cycle depending on fat accumulation.

Cycle:
50mg TNE/dbol/ drol ED for 6-8 weeks
750mg Test E Total test =1150mg ew
750mg EQ
600mg Deca for a total of 16 weeks
Exemestane at 25mg Ed and caber on hand if needed.
30mg ED cialis for BP
No PCT as i blast and cruise

Workout Split:

MON- chest/triceps, reps 10,8,6,4

Bench Press
Incline Dumbell Press
Some kind of Fly
Dips
Dumbell Tricep Extensions
Kick backs

Wed- shoulders/biceps reps 10,8,6,4

Dumbell shoulder press
Seated bent over laterals
One arm standing laterals
Shrugs
Dumbell Curls
Preacher Curls
Seated hammers
Cable Curls (3 dropsets)

Fri- Back reps 10,8,6,4

Cable Pull Downs
Barbell rows
Hammer Rows
Seated cable rows with rope
Reverse fly machine

Sat- Legs, Deadlift and Cleans Reps 10,8,6,4

Deadlift
Cleans
Barbell squats
Dumbell lunges
Standing Leg Curls
Seated Calf Raises

Looking forward to the 16 wk mark. The dbol/drol split in the blend will be a hell of a kickstart to the Deca..
Diet is key,keep that on point and Elite gear will help ya reach the goals..

Got in a good workout last night. Placebo effect is in full force...lol. Everything felt lighter and slightly more aggressive. The mind is an amazing thing. I highly recommend using a slin pin when using elites tne blend. It went super smooth with ZERO pip. I forget who suggested it here but who ever you are in could kiss you.

So you'll be running 1150 test a week. Some people overlook that and end up running way more test than they planned on.

Hell yeah! A shirt sounds good! Thanks for picking up on my typo. I did take the TNE into account when I planned this blast. Just forgot to add it when I wrote up the post. But, I can see how easy it is to not take that into account. I had great results last time I ran a gram. One thing I noticed last time was the joints in my hand started to bother me. Interested to see if that's the case this go round.

Your ai may have been too high if joints began to bother you as that's a sign that your e2 was crashed.

That's what I think it was. The wierd part was I didn't have any other side of crashed E2. Was retaining a good amount of water, libido was high, no lethargy ect. But no blood work so it's just a guessing game. lol.

Everyone experiences these things different. So yea no blood work it's just guesses.

OK, so hit back tonight and noticing some strength gains and definitely getting some good pumps as well. For me drol and dbol really start to shine around the end of week 2. I've noticed my appetite had really increased. Not sure if that from the EQ or not. I would think it's to soon. Anyone else notice increase in appetite this soon from EQ?

Eq generally increases my appetite around week 6 or 7. The increase in work you're doing is creating an increased caloric need to sustain the extra work. It's just your body doing what it's supposed do man.

Lol! That's what I suspected but It's my first run with EQ so i wasn't positive.

My favorite part of winter bulking! Salisbury steak in a mushroom sherry and cream sauce with Mash potatoes and asparagus. Fucking delicious!

Switched up my routine a bit and doing shoulder and arms on Mondays and chest on Wednesdays. It seems like everyone and their mother does chest on Monday's. Lol! The dbol and drol are definitely doing their thing. Had that intensity and focus I can only seem to get while on cycle and strength is on the rise. Also, decided to lower the stane to 12.5mg eod and ramp up if needed. Was getting some signs of low E2. Its my first go round with stane so still fine tuning.

For real! With out fail it always seems to be some half ass taking his sweet old time doing half reps with way to much weight. Or some punk to busy flexing in the mirror instead of putting in work...lol
