After talking i decided to run my next cycle testing their products. The plan is to get blood work before, during, and after and give my experience with shipping, communication, product quality, ya know, the werkz! Anyways, i let know ahead of time my GP DR visit is in early December so i can't run anything until December 12th, they were completely cool with that! I am getting bloods drawn for my GP anyways(been on watson 200mg/wk trt for last 2 years) and will post these results to have a base line to go off. Will be doing a short write up of a log so to speak but mostly concentrating on product quality , numbers from bloodwork, pip, ect.. the cycle protocall will be something like such.. Just to keep volume down.

Monday: 200mg Test C
Wednesday: 200mg Test C
Saturday: 200mg Test C
(AI as necessary)
Length of cycle: 10 weeks(3 vials)

simple ya? As for a review... These guys are fucking good to go bro! Communication is EZ, pleasant, and straight to the point! Emails answered within 2hrs everytime i tried/sent one. I recieved a shipping confirmation letting me know product was on the way! Which BTW was 3 days from recieving said email! When the package arrived, everything was sealed tighter than a bug's ass dude! Had to pocket knife that shit open! The products look pharmacy grade man! Just like Walgreens delivers... Why not just pin 300mg of Test C twice a week like Sunday/Wednesday?

Would this be better? I was just thinking for more stability, lower inject volume... So 1 1/2 cc twice a week then should be good on the longer esters ya?

If I was doing it and wanted 600mg of TEST C or E per week, I would be doing 300mg per injection day - Sunday/Wednesday. So if the test c is 200mg/mL then yes 1.5cc twice a week.

I usually only do injections once a week on test cyp for TRT but when blasting I now tend to think E3D works best (and to make it easy I just do Sundays and Wednesdays).

Thanks pal for the input! I'll do that then... I also do 1 cc a week for trt also, on wednesdays for the last 2 years... Only did 1 'blast' tho.. So open to all suggestions!

Why not just pin 300mg of Test C twice a week like Sunday/Wednesday?
I totally agree with JD here. Much easier to manage, plus you can have a better indication on pip, if any...
pinning 3 times a week might make you sore enough to not notice any pip.

Gear looks amazing for sure and I tend to always do e3d also only time I run test 3 times a week would be like tpp and with prop I fucking love low dose everyday with a slin pin

Morning bro, just caught up on the log...If it were me I go EQ but I also am not a fan of the water deca adds. You can't go wrong either way but it really depends on your end goal with this cycle to be honest. Good luck...following along.

Morning! Thanks for your advice Mr JT! I'm thinking EQ might be a good one for me to add first. Wanting to recomp at current weight. On a carb cycling diet for the last 4 weeks. If it doesnt bore peeps i can post my macros out of my journal(dont have it on hand, on construction jobsite) i usually pack all the meals i need through out the day to meet my goals so i dont cheat or undereat. Also, liking the EQ from the appetite increase which i need. Workout routine consists of classic Push/Pull with a slight modification. I add legs(quads, calfs, hamstrings) into pull days because they just respond alot better than anything else for me. My split looks something like this..

Push-
shoulders- 9 sets total of 3 movements(all pressing movements, tennis elbow restricts me from doing lateral raises)
Triceps- 2 movements, total of 6 sets
abs- one movement- 4 sets (classic weighted crunches)
Chest- 3 movements, total of 10 sets( always start with flat bench)

Pull-
back- 4 movements, total of 12-14 sets( on this pull day focus move on thickness)
biceps- 2 movements, total of 6 sets( one hammer movement, one curling motion standard grip)
calfs- 1 movement ( on this pull day its a standing raise)
legs- 2 movements ( this day is a squat variation with quad isolation)

REST-
15 min intense cardio not fasted

Push-
same set and movement numbers but i use different excersises than Pull day 1. I also switch the order as such...
Chest
Abs
Triceps
Shoulders

Pull-
also same set numbers as pull day 1 with a few exceptions
Legs first- squat variation then hamstring isolation
Calfs- seated movement
biceps- same #s but different movements
back- focus is on width

REST
-30 min fasted low intensity cardio

REST
-30 min fasted cardio

repeat the week. Low reps raise weight.. A phase for me goes like this
week 1- 12 reps
week 2- 10 reps
week 3- 8 reps
weeks 4- 6 reps

jump back to 12 and increase the weight of previous 12 reps, rinse and repeat! I just take time off when i'm sick, vacation, family events ect...

In a nut shell thats my routine... Questions, comments, or advice always welcome! I absolutely love CONSTRUCTIVE critism also! Included a shitty picture to give an idea where i'm( progress pics will always be first thing in the am at relaxed pose, absolutely no flexing)at so people with more experience can help me... I've only been into this lifestyle for 1 1/2 years but been on trt for 2 years. I'm 34 years young. 5'8"
Givin a complete history on other threads but will add that here if neccessary( in short, was fat ass, went to super skinny, then over 1 1/2 years to now)

Looking pretty lean already. I would change that cardio to min 20mins at one time otherwise it's really not doing anything at all. I prefer all low intensity cardio as to preserve muscle mass, just keep heart rate around 130-140bpm.

Post up that diet bro...it's the most important part of this whole thing. Good to get as much feedback as possible. EQ will put quality size on you but it takes a while to work so patience is a must.

Layout looks solid.

I personally rotate HIIT and LISS depending on high/low days while carb cycling.

High days where cardio is there I'll do HIIT and Low days LISS. Both work really well for me and LISS gets boring AF.

Yes sir, i have a journal for diet, and one for training. I keep track of my weights too but embarrassed myself enough by posting pics lol! The journals make me stick to it! If i see what i have to lift or eat that day i say "fuck me!" But force myself to get it done! Just for reference.. I work a laborous construction job where i am walking up tall ass ladders 8-10hrs a day with 30-50 lbs of tools on my hip and a/c motors/compressors/ducts/ ect ect on my shoulders... At the end if the day.. I gotta be pushed lol! Thanks for the kind words Mr Monty! Its nice to know i'm in the right direction.. I know i have a far journey head! Have a great day anyone who reads this! Enjoy your sundays! I'll post up yesterday's diet/workout later tonight! Gotta take my girls to the beach today! (Where i live there is no winter lol)

Hey Mr.Tip i think your right! I need a rest day from life lol weight lifting is theraputic for me. If only i can find that perfect balance ... Tried scaling back on excersises due to the fact of i have a very physically demanding job. I am head of construction for a union a/c shop... Sometimes i can be hammer drilling countless holes over head one day, installing a 70lb evap coil the next(holding the mother fucker over my head for 15+mins in one time no exaggeration), then sitting on my ass in the office estimating jobs another random ass day. This makes my diet hard to control... I gain or lose weight very easily with adjustment of carbs. My wife owns her own vet clinic so she is barely ever home so the care of my daughters falls in my hands 95% of the time( i have a 13 and 8 year old and fuck what a pleasure) ! So much with so little time... Wish i could rest lol! Have a good day my friend be safe... Thanks for chiming in means alot to me!

yesterday was a rest day for me... Actually.. I kinda took Jtip's inspiration and took a complete day off.. From work and training! Feel great this am! Walked to pick up my youngest daughter from school(2 miles from house) and that was it! Oldest daughter's school is a little to far to walk! Another low ass carb day for me... Lots o tuna!

Also, pinned my DQ gear last night, smooth sailin so far. Very un decisive person i am but i decided to go with my original idea of just DQ test at 600mg a week... Just so i can be more familiar with how i respond to higher test lvs b4 jumping in anything else! Got DR appoint set for next tuesday and will get my blood results then... I'll post them asap!

Thanks bro. Had to put in a 17 foot 14x3.5 micro lam on Tuesday. Back actually didn't feel too bad aftrewards so definitely feeling better and the girls are doing well now. Feeling much better. We caught it in time with the baby so that is a relief

i've been peekin at your log, your doing awesome my man! I actually started last night, got blood work done for dr and was anxious lol! Main concern of mine is to maintain 180 at sub 10% for a few months then blast a deca cycle... I have an issue with carbs, the shit will blow up weight on me so i gotta be cautious(i spent my entire 20s at 230+ 20%+ I'm 5'8" for reference). This is my second blast but been on trt for 2yrs now. last blast i was a little sloppy and gained a little too much fat than i wanted so been in a recomp for last 6 weeks. i usually lower my fats by 30-40g... caloricly i try to keep that number consistant. I usually up my carbs on refeed days to around 220g....ish. From 50-60gs.
My fats i keep around 120-130 on low carb days and 80-90 on refeed days..
Proteins are consistant around 220-250g..Does this sound like a good strategy? Seems to keep my weight where i want it(high 170s)cause it will increase or decrease a little too quick for comfort if i consistanly eat carbs or... Not eat carbs...carb sensitive? I dunno... Maybe my math is wrong...

Yesterday i performed my simple PULL routine:
LEGS---->CALFS---->BICEPS---->BACK in the 8 rep range. A little milestone for me... I was able to get my 315 squat into my 8 rep range working sets! I work alone so i've been cautious about going lower than 6 reps for the bigger lifts.

Yesterday was a carb up day for me to maintain weight. I may just be sloshin water weight back and forth but this process seems to work as recomping for me... I just cant lean bulk.. My weight starts climbing fuckin quick! So i go through 'phases' to help control myself. After i get ripped at 180 i can mentaly bulk up to 200, then recomp that! Loooonnng way to go!!

Yes that's not bad at all.

When I do refeeds I usually use MINIMAL fats. Like whatever I get from lean chicken/fish/shakes and whatever low/no fat carbs.

I usually go around 20-35g fat and 600-1000g of carbs depending on how depleted I am. Also that's after a few months of testing out what I can handle before I get to much and completely undershoot my mark of weight-loss. If by that 3rd day after a refeed I'm too where I was before I had my day, that's a good amount of carbs for myself.

Evening gents! Was a busy day so didnt have much time to spread love.. I did check in on u all and 'thumbs uped' some of my buddies' posts! Today was a rest day so i did my traditional 30min fasted cardio this am. Also, took my daughters to the state park and did a little trail hiking, was a nice day... Cleaned house, yard chores... Easy sunday. Hope everyone had a great weekend.. Tomorrow we return to work.

Weight this am- 178.8( gonna SLOWLY work carbs into diet every day from this point on, clean carbs... Brown rice, oats, bananas... Small ass servings to rev up metabolism)

pinned my second helping of DQ gear this am also... 1 1/2 ml into left glute... Everything is sweet and smooth! No problems! For reference this is my first time using a dosage higher than 1 ml in one shot! No problems yet!

Afternoon my side family! Got my bloodwork results to share this afternoon! Dr said everything looks good with exception of slightly higher potassium lvs( she guesses from higher protein intake)! Dr's advice was to up water to 2gallons daily...Other than that i feel great!

yesterday was a push day for me
Shoulders---->Abs---->Triceps---->Chest
kept all lifts in the 6 rep range for this week! Keeping it still super intense with volume kinda lower. 3-4 working sets per movement with 2-3 movements per group worked!

Slowly started adding carbs into diet every day to ramp metabolism.. Carb sources strictly brown rice and oats... Cutting out fruits.

Damn bro! My trt dose of 200 puts me at 1150-1250 for my trough. Were you splitting pins or was this just once a week pin and then bloods after 7 days? My numbers are based off pinning Monday Am/Thursday PM then bloods drawn Monday am before pin (so farthest amount of time between pins). I would think that number should be a little higher, but it could depend on when you got bloods and your pinning schedule. Also, everyone obviously reacts differently to test.

Either way, glad you got your baseline bloods! Now time to blast!!! Does your dr make you get these bloods every few months? You gotta time your blast just right?

Ahhh okay def makes sense then if it had been a week. How come you don't split the dose 100/100 it would help your levels stay more stable for you? Are you doin your Blast amount only once a week too?

Dunno... Wanted to try to split trt dose just never actually got around to it lol... No my blast is done every 3 days 300mg of Test C from Dispense Quick. So it averages out to a twice a week injection.

Mornin Crew! Feeling good so far! No major pip! Montego, my delts are actually my worst fucking body part(of course, the most desired part)... But 1.5ml seems to not be a bother at all.... When i first started to inject my delts a year ago... I noticed 1(one) of the isolated lateral muscle fibers in the medial delt was slightly swollen over the others... Only noticable to me, wife didnt even notice unless i pointed it out! No problems since. Small amounts of carbs per meal(20-30g) seems to be sittibg well with digestion, and also holding a static weight for once which is nice.

Yesterday was a rest day- did 30 min of cardio on the treadmill and performed a few sets of light side,front, back raises for dat pump for shoulders... Maybe some cell swelling(pump sessions) on off days might help! Gonna experiment!

Nice man. That is a good amount of oil for the delt especially at your size. I've never done more than 1. I actually think I may try this EGH oil in my delt tonight for the first time. Actually as I type that I may wait til Monday since I have shoulders Saturday. I haven't really gotten any pip, just will be sore to the touch kinda like a bruise for a few days after so don't wanna have my shoulder lift hampered at all.

Rest and cardio for me today. I'm gaining on you ;) 173.2 now!

yesterday, added small amount of carbs in.. 150g total, slowly gonna increase week by week! Kept proteins around 250 and fats at 80g. Managed to up water intake to 2 gallons a day which is a pain in the ass at first!

yesterday was a PUSH session, wasnt feelin this one but i pushed through, tired AF from work! Kept it in the 6 rep range, took last set of each Body part to failure.

Still keeping carbs in diet but at a moderately low amount for now, may up next week as long as digestion is ok. Weight has slowly been climbing with the addition of carbs back into the diet.

Yesterday was a PULL day, keeping it in the 6 rep range, 3 movements per body part with 3-4 working sets per movement, next week will go back to 12 rep range.

Absolutely sir! I talked with TRT direct and LDOG on getting blood work at week 6-7. Will this be suffienct? I did post pre cycle blood work a few pages ago to see my baseline test lvs from my trt dosage, as well as health markers(which were all good with the exception of SLIGHTLY elevated potassium which my dr brushed off. Cause everything else was good?) When i get my 6-7 week blood work done i will post both up side by side for comparasion!

Today is a rest day for me! Gonna get my 30 min cardio in before girls wake up then cook up some breastfist! Easy day! Its nice outside(75ish) thinking of taking the girls to the park today(we love hiking trails)! Have a safe and productive day my family! Be good to one another!

today started week 3 of this cycle and so far i feel good! Exausted from work/life but so far so good! My shoulder still is a little sore from friday night's injection, not red or overly swollen... I'm guessing from the volume?

Kept diet same with small amount of carbs.

today started my push/pull cycle over again at 12 reps! Started with target weight... Couldnt get 3 reps out! Felt it was time to deload week! Decided to drop loads by 50% and keep intensity high with less rest between sets and faster movements... Really focusing on squeeze! Ended up having a good workout with a killer pump! Sometimes i just gotta deload to keep progressing on weights....Usually happens around 4-6 weeks!

sorry to be so brief, after the new year i can go back to my scheduled posts! Hope everyone has a great night!

Merry Christmas everyone! Hope everyone got everything they wanted! Been super busy last few days as i'm sure most of u have! Everything has been going well on my end!

weight this am- 181.6(climbed up to 185.4)

finally got weight under control! Water weight has been going up cause of the MK-677 i've been also taking, but as of last night i flushed it! I didnt really do anything different, but thats another log! Diet has been the same, just to get the body used to it, low carbs mod proteins and fats. Will increase food volume as my body calls for it( my biofeedback signs if u will)

last week was my deloas week which felt great! Ready to hit the heavy weights again tomorrow! Everything been going well so far! Libido started increasing as i move into week 4 of this DQ cycle! So far so good! No pip problems other than slight shoulder pain which was understandable! 3 more weeks till blood works! Have a great Christmas day everyone! Enjoy your families!

yesterday i started my Push/Pull heavy weights again, starting at 12 rep range! A nice deload week gives me a nice rest to progress! Hit a PR on standing military press in my 12 rep range! 135 for 12 reps/3 sets, accomplishment for me! Test C starting to kick up energy levels and libido! Feeling good thus far! E2 is in check still at 500mcg every 3 days. Usually dont take an ai on cruise(trt) cause its not needed. I go by my emotions on E2 lvs lol, will be nice to have a nice number on bloodwork. My Dr only checked me twice on trt and it was 11 both times with test in the 650s~700s so since she doesnt check it. Diet will continue with 150~200g of carbs and same proteins/fats. Digestion is my main concern with diet!

i have all kinds of stuff i have been collecting and was curious on thoughts of adding an oral pre workout. Thinking winstrol or Turinabol. Could taking these only on workout days help or would i have to build a steady blood level for it to matter? Thanks in advanced!

Morning brother!! I haven't ran any orals yet, but couldn't resist that Leo sale and am picking up some var and tbol. I was told those are best for wanting lean gains. I would totally be interested to know what you think of tbol if you end up running it!! I think you could just take them on workout days, but would be best to just run it steady each day. Others will surely chime in on that though as I'm not sure. To me it's basically an add on to a cycle not really just a "pre workout supp" if that makes sense. So you'd just run it 4-6 weeks or whatever at the end or something. Where as something like halo or tne could just be done before workouts. But I could just be spewing non sense haha

Evening everyone! Sorry i havent posted in awhile... Work has been super stressful and busy. I've been trying to close out a few jobs and when your the main dude in charge, things can get a lil edgey! Of course this shit would hit this fan when i'm in the middle of a cycle! Workouts have been shit cause my CNS is fuckin shot from all this worry and physical exertion. I'm not a bodybuilder for a living so i gotta put my hobbies on hold and get shit done! Is what it is man... Being 34 years old and only have started this bodybuilding lifestyle 1 1/2 years ago. I'm not doin as good as i wish i could and i could make all the excuses in the book but that aint me! Anyways... I will say that i have been keeping up with my test injections and i'm positive that is the only thing getting me through these last few days without fuckin murdering someone or passing out from exhaustion lol. I will go get my bloodwork as promised next week or the week after! On a positive note, i have managed to maintain my weight which i'm happy about...

A little past info about me if your just joining my log here:
34 years old
5'8"
180.8 as of this am
during my 20s i was around 220-250lbs...hefty boy. My bone structure is slightly larger than most my height as i've learned(wrists are just under 7 3/4", ankles are 9 1/4" ish)
when i got to 30 i had a mental break down and went through sone depression bouts real bad. Lost 100ish pounds(135) and ended uo looking like a holocaust survivor(please forgive my analogy, best i could think of to describ my composition)
went to Family Dr and she diagnosed me with low T, got me on the shots of 200mg per week and within a few months i was feeling great! Got into the bodybuilding lifestyle shortly after around 32 years old and havent looked back since. Put back 50lbs(where i am now). I have been hustling since then! Looking of course to get as big as i can without getting fat again!

Thanks Montego for the advice! Sometimes life gets the better of us and how we deal with it is what makes us or breaks us! Hard work does pay off your 110% right! As long as u can manage the stress from that hard work!

Work has been super fuckin busy and stressful, not to mention i still have my daughters to care for which doesnt make things easier lol. What can u do tho besides keep going!

I scaled back my volume on training and kept my intensity as high as i can muster to compensate for my increased work load. Kept the diet pretty much at the same routine as this has never been a problem (my diet) i have been bringing my lunchbox to work with me and packing meals for 16 years(tho the food choices have changed lol). The workouts are what fucks me up due to my job i guess... Hard to find that good balance between stimulation and recovery. Weight has been maintained, tho i have dropped maybe a few pounds on average which is ok and expected for my goals (recomp 175~180ish) dont know if this is the best approach but i cant
psychologically let myself get any fatter than i am now.

I know these guys arent a sponsor anymore but figured i would post up my bloodwork anyhow...
just for a recap... This was a recomp cycle i had done for DispenseQuick when they were a sponsor here. They were having a hard time finding someone to log their gear so i told them i would help them out... I already had my whole cycle layed out from AEL consisting of Test and Deca/Npp but logged 600mg/wk test c from them instead. Next cycle coming in late summer i will be using that AEL cycle tho! Anyways, was very happy with results...finished this cycle at 178.6 this am quick pic from this morning apon waking...as usual...
