Entering 3rd week on Var. Easy to see/feel that AEL Var is the real deal. I'm bigger, stronger, leaner and more vascular. Godamm did 7x5 @ 550 on deadlifts felt great. The pumps are unreal and that's the problem the pumps are so damm good/bad that I literally cannot move after anything which involves functioning like a normal human bending, squatting, twisting, sitting in car… please note i am not injured this is definitely a pump.

-Currently taking 750testE, 600NPP, Var 75mg ED
-Water intake is at exactly 2 gallons everyday
-I started Taurine 15g/day 5 days ago with only very minor releif if any
-I take electrolyte tabs to combat any deficiencies in that department

I'm not sure what else i can do other than lower the dose from 75mg/day to 50mg/day or discontinue use...

Side note.... This var is good stuff haha

The only other thing I could add is you might add some magnesium and potassium....that has helped me some. I think your taurine is plenty high.

15g taurine a day seems like alot! Can't see it being bad for u, just not necessary especially if it ain't helping. Taurine, magnesium, electrolytes and good hydration are things u do when ur cramping. If your not cramping and just 'pumped' all these things are gonna add to the pump affect as they draw water into the muscle[emoji23] you may be making things worse lol. First dude I've met that's not happy about pumps. Make the most of it! Otherwise just cut back ur dose of anavar if it's unbearable

Yeah back pumps are painful. I was getting them on dianabol 65mg/day. I dropped it to 35mg/day and they dissipated. Try lowering the dose first. Should notice rather quickly since short half life.

most people I saw taking 10 g taurine are about 180-200lbs i'm about 242 right now so I figured why not add a few more grams.

i see what your saying pumps are great however i don't think you understand or have experienced the type of lower back pump I'm talking about. No one enjoys these, they literally turn you into a handicapped man for the duration of the pump.

They're not pumps they're cramps. I get the exact same thing when I take Tbol with NPP. Either lower the Var, the NPP or both and they'll go away.

Magnesium is also good for helping to prevent strokes while your sleeping. about 1000mg a day, I take it at night. Try nighttime and if no help try it in the morning. You can also try half am and half pm.

Im actually taking 1200 mg because its 400mg caps

Around 1000mg each of potassium and magnesium. And like what others are saying, may just need to lower the dose.

I've had this problem on my current cycle of t prop, tren a and var.

I've dropped the var as low as 30mg but still same issues. Only thing thats helped is the magnesium, bananas for potassium and taurine. But when i say helped it hasn't gotte. Rid of the problem. I just recover quicker from it. Within 24 hours as opposed tofkn 3 days forarm pumps that i had lol

Now sure what's wrong with the people who claim they love the pump. Cunts are cracked

Ive also heard its to much blood running in the kidneys, also that it could be to much glycogen stored in the lower back muscles and also that its just a muscle pump. However what what you mentioned cramps/muscle spasm makes more sense than all of these.

moving forward i will
-lower NPP to 400mg/week var 75mg/day
-add 1000 mg potassium and magnesium
-add 3-4 bananas per day
-lower taurine to 10 mg/day
-continue 2 gallons water/day

I have got a lot to learn.
