Found this the other day if you are interested.

Castor 297.0 - Thickest
Crambe 53.6
High-Oleic Safflower 41.2
Peanut 39.6
Sunflower 37.1
Grapeseed 37.0 (most used for home brew)
Sesame 35.3
Corn 34.9
Cottonseed 33.5 (most used for commercial)
Soybean 32.6
Safflower 31.3 - Thinnest

If buying safflower make SURE it not the high oleic. Safflower will also last longer than grapeseed before going rancid

A lot of the newer oils as you'll notice (e.g. MCT, Apricott, Avacado, etc.) are not listed. However, that doesn't mean they are not just as good if not better.

My script uses safflower. I can draw it from the vial in a 30ga. Same with mct. New stuff I have coming is GSO. Hoping it can still be drawn. Anyone else tried drawing into a 30ga slin with gso?

Pretty thought with gso it's a bit thicker them MCT I always used a 25 but u can warm up oil with a heating pad and thin it out to use slin Pins

^ Slin pins work great if your BF is low enough to get in far enough.

Even if not it just ends up being sub q which works too. But yeah I hit my VG, quads and delts easy with a 1/2"

1/2" is the way to go, I have heard of problems with guys getting oil stuck subcutaneously, I know bro logic doesn't say so but just be careful.

I was tempted to pin my ass the other day with one and see how it went but I didn't haha. I did use a 1" tho vs 1 1/2" and all seems fine.

Does it matter where I source the oil? like my local grocery store? It all ends up going through filtration anyways, right?

It does matter cause some oils have high acid content which will cause a burning with the pin .
