How are you supposed to know if your "prone" to gyno? I got some Nolvadex with my test and dbol, I don't want to start it in my cycle but how do I know if I need to?

Don't start it. Run your ai from he beginning and if you start to get signs super easy (itchy nips, etc) then you may know you're an easy responder to estrogen. Only way to know is bloods. If you run your ai from the start and watch for signs and up it if you start to get them, you'll be okay. If you're super paranoid you can run nolva at 10mg from he start but I wouldn't do that. If you're gunna be freaking out and paranoid the whole time then it wouldn't hurt.

Also if this is your first cycle, I would run test only and eat your ai dialed In for that. Running dbol on a first cycle is a good way to fuck ourself up with gyno. Start with just test at 500, get your ai dialed in for hat amount then. NExt cycle run the dbol and up it some. Again just my opionion. And it wasn't clear if his is your first cycle or not, assuming by you not knowing about gyno and stuff thats a yes.

Thanks for the help, yeah first cycle. I'm two weeks in with no signs. I'm not super paranoid I just wasn't sure if I needed to incorporate the nolvadex if I didn't need it
