Start Weight: 185, 180 If I eat clean and reduce salt to drop water
Height: 5'7"

Maintenance Calories: 2055
Maintenance Protein: 175 (700cal)
Maintenance Carbs: 185 (740)
Maintenance Fats: 68 (612cal)30%

I will be doing 2 a day workouts

Morning: 350cal burned
Night: 350cal burned
Total to Maintain 2055 + 350 + 350 = 2755

3500 calories is 1 lb
1750 calories is .5lb
5250 calories is 1.5lbs

Beginning goal 1.5lbs a week
5250calories/7 days = 750day
Notes: I need to do the math for 6 days 875cal because ill be taking Wednesdays off to cut 1lb fat.

Upperbody Power

- I am doing 2 days I did half in morning and other half after work
- Supposed to take Superdrol but my order didn't arrive took 50 Tbol instead didn't feel anything
- Super week all my lifts about 33% since taking off and my surgery I dont seem to feel my surgery spots feel like tearing anymore
- Doctor said I am prone to a hernia with all my abdominal surgery spots and to be careful

I was at 275 for singles and 255 for 5x5 for bar squats but I have not lifted in 3 months busy schedule & my surgery.

I took notes on this leg day but I cannot find them.
