Yalla monicas,

Long story short I'm recovering from major injury, besides considering jumping on a cycle and developing a comprehensive baseline i also wish to improve my health overall.

Any input in what i should get my blood tested for?

So far I'm thinking;

Full blood count
Liver function test
Lipids/HDL
TSH, Free T3/T4
CK
Test, Free test, SHBG
PLH, FSH
Iron Studies
Insulin
Cortisol, serum
Oestradiol
B12 and Folate
Vitamin D
IGF-1
Growth hormone
Parathyroid hormone
Prolactin
Platelet serotonin (whole blood)

Overkill? Worth it? Cause it aint cheap but i feel like death warmed up daily

What would you drop or add?

Cheers bruddas

Depending on the injury I'd probably look into HGH first. As far as blood work. A standard CBC with total test and estrogen would be the best place to start. That'll tell you if you need to look anywhere else for problems.

Do you mean test for HGH or do a course of it?

Yeah heard good things about HGH but hard to source in Aus. And don't know how legitimate whats available is.
Whats time frame/daily IU is recommended for injury rehab?
