A 41-year-old Moonachie pizza chef was arrested Wednesday for allegedly selling steroids, authorities said.


Nicholas D’Angelo was arrested at his residence by Moonachie police and the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office after they found different anabolic steroids and syringes in his home, officials said. The prosecutor’s office was informed D’Angelo was selling steroids in Bergen County. It was not disclosed which pizzeria D'Angelo worked at.


He was arrested and charged with possession with the intent to distribute a controlled dangerous substance and possession with the intent to distribute a controlled dangerous substance within 1,000 feet of the Robert L. Craig Middle School, authorities said.
D’Angelo was released on his own recognizance, authorities said. His first court appearance is Feb. 1.

Not south Jersey...closer to north east Jersey going towards the GWB. The county cops as well as the prosecutor's office don't play games up there. This dude's looking at definite time or at the very least some hefty fines. Bergen county has a lot of influential celebrities up there and a few of the main highways are direct pipe lines into NYC which also pose a problem as far as the running of illicit drugs which is why this guy's screwed big time unless he cuts a deal and starts singing.
