I don't wanna spread rumors but Erik has fallen ill several times . Every time he has reemerged with medication and some new discoveries . He has always made everything right with every person and gained customers thru extras . He hand writes notes at times plus extras . Each time people forgive him thru his passion for his label .
I hope Erik is ok and nothing worse has happened .

Ive had several orders from him in the past... a few that were very late...being patient and knowing how this biz works...sponsors also have life too to deal with and a couples times stated he has fell off only to make things right. I will not expand on what he said, because thats his business re his health...
Lastly, he righted the ship-but if things are not on the up and up...its business and the integrity of this board and safety is most important...

That's what you'd think. On a number of occasions this domestic source got me my gear literally months later. I will never order from this source again. I don't mind delays but as dwbo stated, the degree of noncommunication from egh to his customers and reps is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. It's not just about having good gear. There aRe a slew of labs here and elsewhere that have impeccable gear but also have impeccable service and ship times.

sad part is that when erik was on his game everything was perfect... good products, good communication, great shipping, packaging, w/fast t/a... and the goodies he would throw for free added a very nice touch.... but when he had his moments and there were a few, that was a different story.... As pointed out earlier , a good solid biz can deal with problems when they arise...adapt and overcome. They have back up plans to back up plans and a short term biz plan and a long term biz plan.
If you see a sponsor adding more products,updating the website and maintain quality and consistency over many years then they just may be the brand you are looking for.
If a sponsor has trouble full filling orders (runs out of supplies or can't meet order volume) then disappears ..... they are panicked and run away.... how can you be sure they will ever be trustworthy if they return...
