OK so my wife has been in the gym for about 2 years now. She just weight and is still getting stronger. However she is not losing weight anymore. We have tried different diets. More cardio etc. We got some ephedra once and that worked pretty well it's hard to find more though. She doesn't want anobolics. But is interested in in a good supplement to help lose the rest. Any suggestions. Maybe AAS but the sides are an issue for her

Thanks guys

If she's getting stronger and keeps banging the weights. It will come but my advice is toss the scale and check the mirror. Body shape is way more important then a number on the scale.

It's all about nutrition. Same as it is for us. She needs to readjust her daily caloric intake and also her Macros. Once that's done she'll start losing weight again.

Well....research has shown that women that may need to lose a little actually live longer than men that mention it. :36_11_6:

Agree with all of this, especially NightHawk... but for reference my girl does really well on and loves a keto style diet

If you want to reduce your appetite sibutramine can be a good answer.

Really watch her macros and I know this has prob been said many times but mine has had good luck cutting those calories down to 1200 or so and taking 150iu's of hcg five days a week for three weeks at a time. Tends to help only burn those fat deposits and hold onto muscle. Everyone's different tho
