Order from IFBB touched down last week and decided why not do a little log of his gear. Cycle will be simple run of Test P, Tren A, Superdrol, and some Clen. Looking to go 8 weeks on this one.

1-8 Test P 210mg
1-8 Tren A 350mg
1-4 Superdrol 20mg PWO
Clen 2 weeks on/off

Pinning ED. Doses will go up based on sides and how I feel. Superdrol will stay at 20mg, maybe up to 30mg depending on sides.

Starting stats are 29 years old, 5' 10", 230 lbs. Looking to cut up a bit, and increase strength.

Cycle actually started last Friday, but was too busy over the weekend to start this up. Pins have been super smooth, and flows through a 25g like water. Have pinned glutes, quads, and VG's no problem.

Tomorrow is an off day so will post up more about diet, training, etc. Just wanted to get this log finally rolling.

Nice porn. I just finished some prop and ace too. Gonna do test and tren e's next cycle. The pins were really smooth too.

I'm only do 30mg ED so .3ml. Don't have any PIP from any of my pins at quads, glutes, or VG. I'm thinking of upping the prop to match my tren dose. I've always run lower Test the past two times I've used Tren A. Want to see what happens if I run equal doses. I'll have a better idea of any PIP with a larger dose, but nothing to report as of now!!

I'm very interested to hear how you've liked low dose test with higher tren. I've looked at lots of logs and seems like people have had good success just adding tren to their trt dose. When I finally do my first run I think that's what I'm gunna do.

So today was supposed to be an off day, but got off work early and decided to hit some high volume back with some lower weights. Didn't track weights with this one but did the following at 10-15 reps:
4 sets BW pull-up
4 sets Lat Pulldown
3 sets 1-Arm Hammer Strength Row
3 sets Seated Cable Row
3 sets Hammer Strength Lat Pulldown
Did a few sets of Hammer Strength Preacher Curls and DB Curls for Bi's to get a pump going.

Workout was awesome and pump was defiantly there. I've noticed the past few days pumps have been going up. Also, a few extra reps to heaviest sets.
Tomorrow will be a definite off day since legs and back are toasted and sore from the past few days. Will throw up some more info then.

The past two times I ran lower test and higher tren I had minimal sides. Only occasional heart burn and minor night sweats. I have heard people running low test or equal test to tren with both sides saying they like one over the other. I'm going to try to bump test up to match the tren starting week 2 and see if there is any difference. If I notice more sides or just don't feel good, I'll drop it back down.

It wasn't a hardcore cut, more of just tightening things up while keeping calories around maintenance level. Strength also went up through the roof the entire cycle as well. Definitely was a favorite cycle of mine

Decided I'm going to stick with lower test and higher tren throughout the cycle.

Shoulders today looked like:
Cybex Press 2 plates (each side) x15, 2 plates x12, 3 plates x9, 2 plates x20
DB Lateral 30x12, 40x10, 50x8 DS 30x7
DB Bent Over Lateral 30x15, 30x12, 30x12
Machine Lateral Raise 70x12, 70x10, 70x 10
Behind The Back BB Shrug 3 sets of 12-20 reps
BB shrug 3 sets 12-15 reps
Shoulders were on fire after the laterals. Noticed some extra reps with heaviest weights this workout.

Tomorrow I'll be hitting arms. Meal prepping tonight.
Pins are still going smooth as can be.

Hit some arms today. Focused on supersets and drop sets. I haven't been paying much attention to weights when training arms because when using heavier weights I can't feel the muscle as well and pump isn't as great. So I haven't been recording weights or getting hung up on how much weight I'm moving. Just focusing on squeezing and contracting hard, and going for a painful pump :)

Rope Pushdown SS Rope Overhead Ext 4 sets
Decline DB French Press SS Machine Dips 3 sets
DB Overhead Ext SS Reverse Grip Pushdown 3 sets
Hammer Strength Preacher Curl 3 sets all with DS
EZ Bar Curl 3 sets 2 DS
Hammer Curls SS Incline Curl 3 sets

Arms were completely pumped and almost unable to take my headphones off my head. Defiantly will be keeping this kind of routine with arms.

Have been having some sleep issues lately. Not so much falling asleep, but if I wake up to take a wiz it's tough to fall back asleep. Clen had me shaking pretty bad the first week at 40mcg a day, but it's gotten better so I'm going to up to 80 mcg.
Going to run another week of Test P at 210mg and Tren at 350mg. Going up to Test P 350mg and Tren A 525 mg.
Legs coming tomorrow.
Also will post week 1 weight and hopefully get the starting pics up !!

Nice man. Arm session looks great. I agree when it comes to arms. I usually don't go to heavy as it is not needed. If you focus on form of each rep, the contraction, and a controlled negative you'll get a damn good burn from moderate weight.

Legs was on the schedule for this afternoon. Having been going a little lighter due to having a little nagging injury to left lateral side of my quad from a few weeks ago, but today decided to step it up a bit.
Leg Extensions 3 sets 15-20 reps
Hack squat 1 plate (per side) x20, 2 plates x15, 3 plates x12, 4 plates x12, 5 plates x9, 6 plates x4 DS 3 plates x6
SM lunges 3 sets 10-15 reps
Single Leg Extensions 3 sets 10-15 reps
SLDL 3 sets 135 lbs x12-15 reps

Wanted to do a little bit more, but was smoked and legs were on fire. Felt good going heavier this time, and was pretty much pain free.

Chest session this afternoon was good and has a good pump going.

SM Incline 2 sets 135 lbs, 225x15, 275x12, 315x9 DS 225 failure
Hammer Strength Press 90x12, 180x10, 230x8 DS 90 to failure
DB Incline Flye 35x12, 45x12, 50x10
Cable Crossover 3 sets 12-15
Standing Calf Raises 5 sets

Felt good today and had an awesome pump.

Meal prepped some chicken, turkey, and jasmine rice last night. I've found chicken and rice is becoming my go to meal. Having it up to 3x a day. It's easy to eat, digest, and change up if it gets boring.

After meal prep last night did my pin and had the worst tren cough of my life. I pinned my R glute and I've only ever gotten tren cough when I pinned my R VG. Usually when I get the cough it just feels like something went down the wrong pipe, and I cough a handful of times. This time I went straight into coughing and hacking for about 2-3 mins straight. I was seeing stars, face bright red, and was sweating profusely. I don't know how some of you guys can take this stuff and have this cough every time. Would drive me insane lol.

Starting to see more sides, but nothing intolerable. Increased sweats, a little harder to fall asleep, and cracked out dreams. Nothing I can't handle though. Will increase dose to 75mg ED/525mg weekly on Friday.

Hoping to have time to train back later tonight.

Morning bro. That cough sounds nasty. I'm not looking forward to the first time I try tren and get that. I always pin my vgs as well and yesterday when I pulled out the pin there was a lot of blood and now I have a bruise. Never had that happen before in that spot. Did the same shit as always lol.

Yea it was the worst. I'm like you with pinning the VG's frequently. Only had one bad experience when I pulled the pin out and a legit jet stream of blood shot out across the room for about 3-4 seconds. Didn't hurt or anything after just freaked my out seeing blood shoot out like that from my body. I didn't even try to grab the alcohol swab to put over it, just froze up staring at it. Luckily I was standing on tile and not carpet or else I would've been screwed.

Thanks. Glad to be back 100% healthy and ready to rock. Shut my last run down after 6-7 weeks due to getting sick with colds, sinus congestion, and flu like symptoms back to back over the past month.

Was able to make it to the gym for a late night back workout.
BW pull-ups 3 sets 10-12 reps
Lat Pulldown 3 sets 10-12, with one DS of 20 reps
Plate Loaded Seated Row 3 sets 10-12 reps
Hammer Strength Low Row 3 sets 10-12 reps
Seated Cable Row 2 sets 10-12 reps
DB pullover 2 sets 10 reps

Started to get worn out at the end that's why I only did 2 sets of the last few exercises. Back was pumped after the lat Pulldowns and was a good "painful" pump when stretching out the lats between sets.

Been sweating more and more throughout the night, but not soaking sheets or anything.

Off day today. Back at it tomorrow with arms and calves.

Dude yeah mine was he same but not quite as bad. Didn't hurt what so ever. Really weird hahah.
