Just wondering if anyone can suggest best y
Tasting protein for someone whom is lactose intolerant.. (vanilla or strawberry for basics) unless I can suggest better flavors as well.. My brother is just miserable after eating anything I have for protein products.. I like syntha 6 products myself... Any suggestion be much appreciated

I would recommend egg protein, you will have to mix flavor in it, like coco, powdered p-butter, powdered strawberry (my favorite is powdered Gatorade post w/o) ., you get the idea, and BEEF protein high calorie though. vegetable proteins are an option not the best but will work..

Eggs, beef, fish, chicken... no lactose problems and better protein.

I have had good luck with Isopro, I use vanilla with a handful of strawberries blended in.

This is whats worked for me as i too am lactose fucked to a degree and if i have normal protien everyday it would have me screwed within a few days

I use WPI, it still has lactose but not as much.

I never have casein protein

Even with WPI i still have issues, especially on an empty stomach

The way i combat this is to not have it in the morning for breakfast ...... And most importantly whats helped me the most is taking a probiotic daily thats helped with the digestion quite a bit

There are other non milk sourced protein but generally taste like shit. Id say give probiotics a go and maybe even lactase enzyme tabs as well

I've had lactose problems before ( stomach cramps/ nasty protein gas)

Tried plant protein, very pricey and usually chalky or sandy in texture.

I found that whey isolates are less irritating to my stomach, I think because they digest very quickly.
