LET THE GAINS BEGIN, this is my 2nd log here. Time to make a comeback current weight is around 177 in the morning. Trying to put on some mass while keeping BF % to a min. Will try to update every 2-3 days, will be posting diet,cycle, training programs. Open to suggestions on gear

Current cycle is just 600mg test e/ EQ

thinking of adding HGH, but need to save up

current diet is as follows
meal one
1 cup oats
2 tblspoon pb
2 scoops of protein

meal two
1 cup brown rice
8oz chicken

meal 3
2 english muffins
1 tablespoon pb

meal 4
2 cups white rice
8oz chicken

meal 5
1 cup brown rice
6oz fish

meal 6
2 scoops of long acting protein

I know i've touched on this subject before, but what's everyones opionin on running 250iu of hcg 2x a week during cycles? When i came off pct before my test levels were down to 120

Yes it did... When i stopped taking all together the water flushed out and could notice was a little leaner... Great stuff bro!

The combo of MK and EQ is gonna make u prolly hungry as fuck, your gonna eat like a horse and your so lean your gonna suck those calories up! Gonna be a good cycle for u dude! Look for it to really kick in around week 6~8 ish!

Hit fasted cardio this morning. later I'll be doing legs this is going to be my routine

seated leg curl- 2 warm up sets of 10 reps and 4 working sets 8-10 reps one leg at a time

squats - will do sets of 10 until i can barely get up 4

leg press

1st set - 25 reps
2nd 20
3rd 15
4th 10
5th 10
6th 6 reps followed by 3 drop sets

dumbbells stiff leg deadlifts 5 sets of 10 standing on a 45lbs rubber plate
