A little background.....got into training in the late 90's. I was 6' about 125lbs when I started. You could see ribs and veins where my pecs were supposed to be. But hey I always had six pack abs though.....bleh.

I remember my first goal was to hit 150, and thought I would be fucking jacked if I ever hit 170....LOL. Stuck with it pretty consistently for about 10 years. Did my homework, trained relatively intelligently, ate and supplemented well, did party a bit though. Heaviest I got was 186 with single digit BF% and I fucking busted my ass for that. People always said I looked like I weighed more than I did. I've always been skinny and had a fast metabolism, and probably relatively low T. Always had a helluva hard time putting on and keeping muscle or fat.

Then the usual BS happened. Met a girl. Had a kid, then a couple more. Started my own business while working 70 hrs/week for another company. Then went out on my own and started 2 more businesses.....working out just kind of stopped being a priority. Stayed active and ate "healthy" but not enough calories and I eventually shrank back down to 135lbs

Businesses became successful enough to where I could hire more employees and didn't have to work as much. Kids got older, the ol lady no longer had to work, and I found myself with more free time and wanting to get back into shape.

Started working out again but got stuck at under 150lbs as pathetic as that sounds. Strength was not going up as quickly as it should, was way too tired and sore all the time despite keeping the volume low and eating/supplementing well. Something just didn't seem right. Had my T tested (along with everything else) and sure enough I had the T levels of an 80+ year old man. Fortunately there were no other large medical problems though.

The doc put me on these 5mg "troche" testosterone tabs, DHEA, and a bunch of herbal products and diet changes. It helped, but not much. My levels got closer to 500 which she thought was acceptable but I did not....

I've been cruising at 150mg TestE per week. Will be doing labs again around week 6, possibly sooner if I feel like anything is up. Will also be monitoring blood pressure and temp at least every other day.

I do need to get my Macro's more in line for future cycles. At this point I'm just making sure I get at least 250g of protein per day, with as much from real food as possible, and a ton of healthy fats (mostly from fish and nuts) for at least 4k cal per day. Not worried about limiting carbs, just trying to limit junk food in general which I've always done. Never been one for soda, candy, chips, etc. I am mixing up powder proteins, creatine, gluatmine, and BCAA's. I'm also taking ALA, Cod liver oil, Milk thistle, and other OTC vitamins/minerals to help with the liver and general well being.

Last time I was at the Dr's office a few weeks ago I was 158lbs. A week ago Sun my home scale said 161lbs. My home scale yesterday said I was at 171lbs but I'm sure most of that gain is water.

My workout schedule is as follow:

Sun - Rest

Mon - Legs / Biceps

Tue - Shoulders / Tri's

Wed - Cardio / Abs

Thurs - Back

Fri - Chest

Sat - Rest

I try to keep it pretty simple and focus on ROM and form especially now at my age....I don't do many isolation movements other than for the smaller muscle groups. At this point I'm still keep the volume relatively low, 3-5 sets per exercise. No more than 5 exercises per body part. I try to keep it in the 6 rep range to positive failure for larger compound movements, 8-12 for the smaller body parts and isolation movements.

I do try to incorporate some TRX band exercises and as many other bodyweight exercises as the reps will allow. I love those types of exercises but even with a weight vest the sometimes reps get too high for what I'm trying to accomplish IMO.

My goal is to hit 200lbs by 2018. I'm OK if that means double digit BF% too. Not so much worried about strength as I am about consistently increasing the weight and/or reps each week while maintaining solid form and ROM while increasing SIZE. I want to hit 200lbs and be healthy and hopefully prevent injury of any kind in the process.

I've got Excel sheets to keep track of everything but I'll post updates here too that'll hopefully help keep me motivated.

Destroyed every workout this week, and increased weight or reps on every single exercise and set this week. I've been working on putting together a home gym, and my dumbells came in this week. Really happy with them, got the version that go from 10lb up to 120lb and take up very little spaces but are still very stable and easy to use.

Weighed in at 174 last night, but I've been eating a TON and drinking massive amounts of water. Also added ON's Serious Mass to help get some cal's and protein in each day. Will update weight on Sun evening as that's when I've been weighing myself each week for my excel log.

God damn, the scale keeps going up and up.....I've been trying to weigh myself at the same time with same clothing each Sunday evening.

I was surprised I came in at 175 tonight as I've been kinda sick the last couple days. Been having issues with appetite and retaining fluids.

Better get to feeling better since tomorrow is leg day!

Managed to get a pretty good workout in despite still feeling a little under the weather. Stomach seems better, but just congested and tired.....probably shouldn't have woke up the ol lady in the middle of the night either. It's amazing what having solid test levels feels like even when you're sick lol

Stretched then did 1000 meters on the water rower to get the blood flowing.

Legs:

3 sets of bodyweight squats followed by 3 sets of 1 leg TRX lunges to get warmed up

5 sets of squats

5 sets of dumbell lunges

5 sets of SLDL

Bi's

3 sets of chin ups

3 sets of hammer curls

3 sets alternating db curls

3 sets TRX bodyweight curls



Here's to hoping I don't end up making myself more sick by working out today....

Still congested and tired....had trouble sleeping last night. Had some night sweats too. I think I'm going to cut my Adex dose in half.

Managed to get a solid workout in though. Main focus was shoulders, and the fuckers were so pumped they felt numb.

Stretched then did 1000 meters on the water rower to get the blood flowing.

Shoulders:

5 sets of shoulder press with dumbells (after a few warmup sets)

3 sets side raises

3 sets of front raises

5 sets of shrugs

Tri's

5 sets of dips

3 sets of push up using bar so palms face together, elbows in, focus on tri's

3 sets TRX bodyweight tri extensions

Finally starting to feel a little better today. Still congested but not as bad and got more sleep than I have the last few nights.

Today is kind of an off day. Stretched and did 2000 meters on the water rower, then 5 sets of leg raises and 5 minutes of planks.

Still having trouble deciding where my E levels are at and what exactly to do about it....I guess I should just wait until I'm not congested, things are a little more consistent, and get tested. I'll probably schedule a test today so I can have some results next week.

I use the blitzer..
oats to your requirements. say a cup,
pineapple chunks, half a tin.
blueberries. lots. go froz I like a third of a 500 gm packet
12 egg whites...
creatine/glutamine/ arginine mix...make your own..load it up. go 500gms of each. mix.. use a heaped tbs each meal.. hydrate well
crushed ice if you a ice maker...
make three meals at once...a great way to increase calories, adjust oats to suit.. your fed for 6 hours. enough for the first half of the day. no shit meals, no missed meals, gains will follow.....

Thanks torcha man! You're a funny fucker, but obviously know your shit too.

I'll definitely give that a shot. My ol lady has a badass blender setup I bought for her that she uses all the time. It was some $500 Vitamix bullshit thing she just had to have, but maybe I can put it to use too. We have plenty of storage containers.

I'm trying to work on the post count.....no idea where to search for naked or scantily clad chicks any more lol But I'll look when I'm not at work or around the ol lady!

I'm sure my mom has pictures of when I was down in the 120's and 30's but I don't have any in digital lol

I'm planning on taking more pics at the end of this cycle to compare. I'm more worried about putting on quality mass that I can keep at this point. I'll worry about cutting later.

Scale said 179 tonight....granted, it's evening which is when I always weigh myself, but that's still fucking nuts. I've never gained weight like this.

I've gotta be holding too much water from the dbol and high estrogen or something. I don't feel bloat around the mid section. My skin feels tighter if that make any sense, like my muscles are more full.

Went ahead and purchased a test. Not sure if I'll have time to get blood drawn before I head out of town on Fri, but worst case I'll get it done early next week.

Great back workout today. So much pump and strength increase. Still didn't sleep great but congestion is mostly gone.

I'm not going to post any more pics until probably may, but the difference already is already staggering to me. Especially considering the I'm only at 250mg/wk TestE and 20mg Dbol ed. I'm hoping that it's muscle memory now that my hormone levels are closer to where they should be and not just water from the dbol and high E....time and test results will tell I guess lol

Broke 180 on the scale last night! And I can still see abs and ribs. This skinny muthafucka is gonna get large!

Feeling much better. Absolutely ruined my chest. Gonna be hurting tomorrow for sure.

Heading out of town in a few hours. Going to be staying at a casino and out on the town with some old friends, but not going to drink or do anything stupid. Just hope I can get enough cal/protein in over the weekend.

Decided to ditch the 1000 meters on the water rower before lifting for now since I'm focusing on size/strength and will be stopping the dbol after this week.

Definitely nailed my shoulders today. They felt so inflated and numb.

Shoulder Press x 5 (after stretching and warmup)

Lateral raises x 3

Front Kettlebell raises x 3

Dips x 5

Push ups (using bar with palms facing / elbows in) x 3

TRX tri extensions x 3

Shrugs (pause at top) x 3

Hey Torcha! Was going to give your blend a try but had a question - are you using raw egg whites or the pasteurized kind you can get in a carton in the store?

Got a late start today due to having blood drawn this morning.....didn't want to eat/drink/take anything before getting that done. I am excited/curious to see what the results will be.

Today if my off day other than a little cardio and some ab work. Going to hit the water rower for 20 min and then do a few sets of abs and planks.

Today was shit. Couldn't sleep last night. Didn't feel right today. Not sure what's going on. Contemplated skipping but did not.....

Workout was alright all things considered. Ended up passing out for an our or so after drinking my post workout shake.

Still not fucking sleeping but managed to get a better workout in. For the first time in a month or so I actually contemplated not doing it.

Didn't hit the rower today, just did some stretching and then some progressively heavier warmup sets on bench before getting into working sets.

Flat Bench x 5

Inclined DB Bench x 5

TRX Presses x 3

Dips x 3

Pushups x 3


I'm really anxious to get these blood results in....hoping maybe they'll provide some insight into why I'm feeling the way I am.

I did go ahead and start Nolva yesterday since nips were a bit sensitive and getting puffy. Going to make the switch to Asin as well once bloods are back. I have a feeling it's the dbol more than the test. The dbol is ending after Sat so we shall see.

Sooo apparently Dbol and I don't get along. I mean, he seemed like a good lover at first. Came on a little strong, aggressive, maybe didn't use enough lube or cuddle after, but hey there's a time and place for that kind of thing.....anyway though it just didn't work out in the long run.

The shit seriously turned me into a a gyno prone water balloon with a head cold and insomnia. It just felt dirty, too. I've been off it going on 3 days and I already feel better.

I'm sure there was some muscle and strength gain that can be attributed to it. So far I've lost 6lbs since stopping. I've got cuts and abs I forgot I had. Down to 178 from 184 last Monday, but hey I'm still 20lbs ahead of where I started.

Still waiting on fucking LabCorp.....still taking Nolva. Switched to Asin. Nips feel better. Nothing that I would consider gyno lumps as I've heard them described. Gonna stick with the protocol until shit is 100% gone.

I'm onto Anavar now....25mg twice per day for the next 8 weeks. Pending of course it's a better lover than the rough fag Dbol, but with a nickname like Lady Var I think we'll get along just fine.

Here's to hoping that all the weight I'm dropping is just water and that strength continues to go up this week now that I'm off the Dbol.....

My workout today was fixing fence and irrigation lines out in our pasture where we keep the yearlings now that the snow has melted and weather permits. They're curious little fuckers:

Felt so much better this morning than I have for a while. Slept better. No congestion. More alert upon waking.

The plan was to do legs and then biceps....but doing biceps today was just not an option.

Stretch then 1000 meters on water rower

200 Hindu Squats

5 sets Squats

3 sets TRX one leg lunges

3 set kettlebell squats, wide stance

3 set SLDL's


I know it doesn't sound like a lot, but intensity was on point. Maybe it's because I dropped the Dbol and switched to Var. Legs were on fire, I could barely walk or keep drink down. No way I was doing another body part.

Here's the blood test results as promised. I wonder how different the Estradiol and HDL levels are now that I've stopped the dbol and switched to Asin from Adex. Going to up the healthy fats a bit too. I definitely feel better.

Anything else anyone thinks I need to be concerned about looking at this?

I think the Test levels are where they should be for 250mg per week. I was under 300 at one point this year.

Switched things up a bit due to not doing biceps yesterday, but fucking killed it. Workout took over 50% longer than I typically like but I'm OK with.

I decided to alternate between bi's and tri's, then shoulders and traps. 30 sec to 1 min rest in between sets.

Stretch then 1000 meters on water rower, then lots of warm up for the bi's/tri/shoulders

Alt between chin ups and dips, 3 sets each to failure

Alt hammer db curls and x-mas tree push ups, 3 sets each to failure

Alt seated incline db curls and TRX overhead tri extensions, 3 sets each to failure

Alt db side laterals and shrugs, 3 sets each

Alt kettlebell front raises and shrugs, 3 sets each


Back up over 180 again on the roller coaster that is my weight currently....but at least this time it was earlier in the day. I think I need to take a page outa fitraver's book and weigh myself daily, at the same time each day, and avg for the week.....

Still a skinny fucker, but getting there.

Today is my kinda off day.....stretched, did 20 minutes of cardio, then 15 sets of abs. 5 sets of leg raises, 5 sets of situps, and 5 sets of planks.

Also got some golf in yesterday. First round of the year (and first in almost 6 months) and still kept it in the 70's! I'm pretty sure I'm going to pick up some decent yardage this year with the added weight/strength. I'm already hitting it further than last year and I'm not even swinging that well yet.

Each day it's becoming more apparent how much that Dbol was fucking with me....I feel amazing currently even at a very low dose of test and Var. Weight is still going up after the initial drop of the Dbol water weight, and strength and stamina are going up too. All that comes second to how I feel in general though. I'm even sleeping so much better.

Back workout today was the best yet. Gained on every exercise.

Stretched, then 1000 meters on the water rower

Warmed up by doing higher rep back exercises on TRX bands

5 sets of pull ups, strict form positive failure focus on negs especially on last rep

3 sets dumbell rows

3 sets hammer pull ups (narrow grip palms facing) strict form positive failure focus on negs especially on last rep

3 sets barbell rows

3 sets reverse flies (TRX bodyweight)


Scales said 181 this morning. I feel fuller though and am seeing more definition and vascular.

Still on 40 Nolva per day, but the nip pain is almost completely gone. Swelling is down, virtually no puffiness. Still a little lumpier in there than pre dbol but you definitely can't even tell just looking at them.

respect the liver huh...same for me now on a low dose.gaining..take as much gear as you like. if your body cant process it..no gains!!! just sides.. thou it was anadrol and diuretics that finished my last blast..had to bail due to liver issues.. glad you got out b4 that it got worse...

Wanted to add that I tried Modafinil for the first time today. My younger brother gave me some to try. He's been a big fan for a while and I had read some positive feedback on it on here as well. I had to get a bunch of tax related stuff accomplished this morning so it seemed like a good time to test it.

I took 1/2 a tab, 100mg. It's definitely intriguing stuff. I was really in the zone and motivated to comb through numbers and paperwork that I would ordinarily dread, with a definite increase in attention to detail. I can see why this stuff would appeal to people, and why some people have an issue taking it habitually.

I think the point here, is that doses can vary for gains. its a individual thing...wat ive learnt is more gear can be a good idea if it is not at expense of body stress..if you could stay healthy at 5gms a week, that would be amazing.. so the genetically gifted may in fact, just be able to keep the cortisol/estro/liver issues at bay better than, lets say the average lifter..for those who are easily effected by these issues, a high dose will never be a option. thou they may try, it just wont work.. these effected lifters will gain more by staying at a lower dose.. a growing is a happy body...if u look at when you are on cycle and all is going great, a mere cold will halt all gains, maybe even go backwards..we have all experianced that at some point..so if just a cold can halt u, what chance do we have over a real issue. such as the before mentioned sides...sure we can up the dose wen we have issues and stall and for a short while it works.. but wen it comes time to pay the piper, the price is steep.... or...fuk it..triple all doses. hospital isn't that bad..in my head the nurses are always hot. damn shame its not the reality.

Made progress, just wasn't feeling quite as amazing as I have the rest of the week. I think the Nolva and probably too high a dose of Asin to deal with the gyno are catching up with me. My weight stagnated a little bit too.

It's alright though. Progress is better than none. And the gyno is improving. I think I'll be able to ditch the Nolva soon and get back to managing the E a little more effectively.

Still a skinny fucker, but getting there.

Decided to do arms and shoulders on Monday's now. It seemed to make more sense than than doing them on Tues. Added 2 more sets to each exercise from last week. Workout felt great.

I alternated between bi's and tri's again, then shoulders and traps. 30 sec to 1 min rest in between sets.

Stretch then 1000 meters on water rower, then lots of warm up for the bi's/tri/shoulders

Alt between chin ups and dips, 5 sets each to failure

Alt hammer db curls and x-mas tree push ups, 5 sets each to failure

Alt seated incline db curls and TRX overhead tri extensions, 5 sets each to failure

Alt db side laterals and shrugs, 5 sets each

Alt kettlebell front raises and shrugs, 5 sets each


I'm still hovering around 180. I still think it's at least partially due to the Nolva and E being too low, but at this point I'll take it over gyno and the alternative. I think I'm going to be able to stop the Nolva completely this week. One nip is pretty much 95% normal again, other side I'd say is 85-90%.

Stuck to last week's leg workout. Like mentioned previously, it doesn't seem like a lot but it's kicking my fucking ass. Trying to go to positive failure every set. Maybe it's the combo of a little cardio and hindu squats before the actual weights that's taking it out of me. Whatever the case my quads were fucking pumped today.

Added reps on every set, added 2 more sets to TRX lunges.

Seems like You are on a good way to making some real progress.

What I would not recommend is weighing every day as we tend to become obsess with the number on the scale. Only thing that counts is the way You look and weighing like once per week should be OK for monitoring.

That makes sense. I'm kind of a numbers fiend....probably why I've always excelled in business. I've been weighing myself at least once a day this whole time, but I've really only logged the Sunday evening number. I thought maybe weighing myself each morning in the same attire, empty stomach after sleeping, etc then averaging that number for each week would provide a more reliable figure. It's more than likely I was wrong though :) I think I'll still log it, but not obsess over it as you said, especially since I think the Var is leaning me out a little bit at this point.

Off Day!

20 min of cardio on the water rower and some abs. No actual weight lifting.

Then I'm off to get a 90 min massage! I think I finally found my permanent masseuse last week, and we've got a weekly deal worked out. I'm gong to start seeing her every Wed. Works out perfect since it's right in between my lifting days.

Not the best workout today, but I still made solid progress over last week. The pump was unreal though. Felt like forearms were going to explode and all the sections of my back I was hitting were way more pumped than usual.

I've been really good with my diet this week. No junk, getting upwards of 300g of protein a day. The scale hasn't changed much but I feel bigger and definitely getting stronger.


Figured I'd add.....I've been completely clean of any other kind of drugs for over 36 hours now. Alcohol, booze, nicotine, benzo's, kratom, etc. Probably doesn't seem like a big deal to most but it's the first time for me in well over 3 years.....I've been working towards this since I started working out again. The final taper this week and then stopping completely the day before yesterday has been killing my sleep but I know it'll be worth it.

Man, sobriety is kicking my ass lol Apparently opioid and mu agonist addiction for years took more of toll on me than I imagined. The withdrawals are makin it so I can't sleep, no motivation, feel exhausted and sore. Stickin with it though. At one point this weekend I contemplated taking this week off from working out. I'm gonna try to plow through it though.

Managed to get in a pretty solid workout today despite it all. I think I got 4+ hours of sleep last night for the first time in almost a week so that probably helped. I can't wait until I can sleep again.....

Another leg day in the books. Could barely walk down to my office after. The lower back pump with this Var is insane. Only increased weight on the SLDL's, but at least got more reps out of everything else overall.

It's great once you find the right masseuse. I think I went through 5 or 6 before I found the right one. Really helped with the soreness I was experiencing once I first got back into lifting with a little more intensity. I've got all kinds of knots in my back and tension in my neck that she has made a ton of progress on too.

OK workout today. Not quite as good as the last couple last week, but still made progress on just about every set. I think I officially crashed my E2 this weekend trying to make sure this gyno shrinks as much as humanly possible. Kinda figured I would with the dose of Asin I was taking (E2 crash seemed the lesser of the evils vs gyno), didn't realize just how lethargic and achy doing so would make me feel lol Going to take at least a few days off the AI and then cut the dose back going forward. Going to do another round of bloodwork either at the end of this week or next week.

The ol lady wasn't too keen on me putting a squat rack in the room I turned into my workout room originally, but she finally caved. Got one of these and a bunch of weights plus dip bar attachment ordered this week:

I figure between this and my dumbells which go up to 120lbs each and my kettlebells that go up to 75lbs each plus TRX bands, weight belt, and water rower I should be able to get what I want to focus on done at home now.

Once everything is here and all set up I'm going to change up my routine a bit. Going to only lift weights 3 days a week. Mon / Wed / Fri . Back / Legs / Chest . Each workout built around deadlifts, squats, and bench. Going to focus on improving those lifts. I'll still be hitting the smaller related muscles with each group. No longer going to do cardio on day I'll lift since I'll be doing more volume on lifting days than I am now, but will be trying to increase the cardio session times on non lifting days. My weight and size has increased so rapidly I want to focus more on strength and stamina for a bit.

My goal when I started this was to hit 200 by the end of the year.....already close to 190 which I didn't see coming this soon and I've still got 3 weeks left before I go back down to a TRT cruise dose for a bit. I think once I've done some blood work on the TRT dose I'm going to try an EQ run. Probably 400mg EQ and 200mg Test weekly. Might throw in another 8 weeks or so of Anavar in there too. I really like that stuff. I think that stack is still relatively modest and will help me with what I'm working on now, get the strength and stamina up but still help slowly build me to that goal of 200lbs but maybe even learner than I thought possible.

Had a pretty lazy weekend. Spent most of it watching the Masters and getting a little work done around the property, but not as much work as usual. Felt pretty good going into today's workout and made some very solid gains again, though I did switch things up a little bit vs the last few weeks.

Have you ever seen House of Cards? It's the rower Underwood uses. It has the seat the glides back and forth, and has a water tank for resistance on the pull. I like it because it's relatively low impact but a lot tougher than one would imagine. Really works everything.

I looked at those too, but I wanted something that was as close to actual rowing as possible. Plus, these ones look pretty nice and the have wheels and store upright. You can stand it up and roll it against the wall and it takes up very little room.

Got the lab results back. Total Test came in at 2290, but my Estradiol came in at 75.7 due to not taking an AI that week after crashing the previous week. Went back on an AI this week and am going to work on get those numbers in line.

I switched to a different UGL that I had purchased from before I found this place. Their Test E was 300mg/ml, so I was taking 300mg per week for 3 weeks before this test. 250mg per week before that. All things considered I don't think 2290 is too bad. At least I know it's not completely bunk or horribly underdosed.

Only other issue was that my platelets were a little on the high side. They came in at 400, the range shown on the perwork is 150-379. Is that common?

I think part of the reason I didn't gain as much this week was due to slowing down a bit on all exercises, particularly pullups, due to last week's shoulder pain. Virtually no pain this week.

Maybe that's just my E2 levels getting back into line and losing some water as a result. No joint clicking or pain yet. Definitely more definition in the mirror after today's workout than last week.

Going to skip my first workout in months today.....kinda.

I've spent the last couple hours taking apart and moving my old power tower, heavy bag, and some books/bookshelves, and other misc stuff to make room for my rack that's arriving today. Donating my old equipment to my younger brother since he wants to get into working out now.

I bought a handful of 4' x 6' rubber horse trailer mats that are 3/4" thick. God damn those fuckers are awkward to move! Should work really well for my new workout area though. Now way you can mess up the floor under those no matter how much weight you drop. I'll take some pics once all is said and done.

So after today I'm going to be switching to my Mon/Wed/Fri 5x5 routine for a bit.

Got my first 5x5 workout in today. Kept the weights light and focused on form and ROM, going to gradually work my way up. I'm using the StrongLifts 5x5 app which seems pretty cool.

Weighed in at 189 this morning. Ended up dropping the Anavar completely a little early. I was getting some sides I'm pretty sure was from the Var, some cramping and acne. It was great the first 4-5 weeks but I liked it less the last week or so. Now I'm going to taper the Test down a little until I'm back at my cruise dose of 150mg per week (75mg twice per week).

Really good workout today. Was watching some video this weekend on squatting and made some changes that I think really helped. I seemed to be able to get down deeper yet the weight came up easier. Also made a couple small tweeks to my bench press setup was well that also seemed to help. Increased weight on every single exercise.

It's only been a week, but I like it so far. I'm still not at failure on bench, squat, or deadlifts, but I think working on form and slowing increasing the weight until I hit 5x5 failure during this cruise seems to make sense. Hopefully I'll be at failure before I start my next blast.

Today was workout B. A little more taxing than the previous workouts. Bumped most exercises up by 10-15lbs instead of 5lbs. Only exercise I hit failure was Weight Pull Ups, but I was close on overhead presses.

Dropped another LB, down to 187. Feel good though, feel like I'm getting stronger yet leaner. Gyno symptoms from the Dbol a couple months ago are finally all but gone. Going to get some blood work done again tomorrow, then drop the Test down again next week and stay at 150mg per week a bit. At least until I do another round of bloodwork and am 100% happy with where everything is at.

Forgot to give the sobriety update.....I've been pretty good for 5 weeks now. No opioids/opiates, no weed, no nicotine, no hard drugs. There were two instances where I sipped on a drink but maybe drank half each time - at a family function and on a date with the wife. Still battling insomnia but other than that feeling pretty damn good. Way better than I was those first couple weeks without any drugs lol

Workout A today. Felt good overall except for bench. On one of my warmups sets I had a weird pain in my right shoulder. I stretched/loosened up some more, did some extra warmup sets and it didn't come back during working sets fortunately. Maybe it's because I've done bench twice this week and I'm just not used to that. Increased by at least 10lbs on every exercise:

Got blood drawn yesterday. Weight was back up to 190, though I did eat a ton the last couple days and have been trying to drink more water. Started keeping track of my Macro's for the first time in 15 or so years this week. Using the My Macros+ app which is really handy. Especially like the ability to scan the barcodes on most items and get all the necessary info.

Weighed in at 186 this morning. Weight is down a little bit, but probably to be expected with some water weight leaving due to lower Test and Estro levels.

I haven't tried that yet, but I'll look into it. Thank you! I was smoking weed to help me sleep, but I quit everything about a month and a half ago and gave that up too.....it was the going sober and kicking all the substances I was abusing and using habitually that triggered the insomnia. It's been slowly getting a little better. I'm up to about 6 hours a night now though. Actually slept for 6 straight hours last night without waking up once which is a first since going sober.

Yea I've been feeling pretty good today after a solid 6 hours. Probably about how my ol lady feels after I give her a solid 6 as well. Well maybe not quite that but still.......when I was taking shit all day and night, I would pass out for 8-10 hours and wake up still fucking exhausted. Now I sleep 4 to 6 hours sober and feel way more rested. That's almost enough motivation in itself to not go back to being fucked up 24/7 lol

Today was workout B. Really good workout. Didn't hit failure but I was close on several exercises and increased weight on all despite dropping a couple more lbs in body weight.

Weighed in at 184 this morning. A little confused by the sudden/rapid weight loss, but it seems to be only fat and water. I feel good and am starting to get more cut and vascular. Must have been holding a lot of water and my kcals this week might be a little low.

Workout A today. Another good workout. Definitely took some effort, but still didn't hit failure on anything. Increased weight by 5lbs on every exercise.

Today was workout B. Killed it today. Squats felt damn good despite more weight. Finally hit failure on something beside weighted pull ups, and that was on overhead presses.

Was running late yesterday morning and didn't get a chance to post like normal. Woke up at 5am instead of 4am, and by the time I was done working out and getting ready for the day I had to rush to make it to my weekly deep tissue massage appointment. Then between work and having to take care of some thing around the property....

Workout A yesterday. Pretty good workout other than kinda fucking up my back. I don't think it's anything major and the massage right after probably helped too.

Thank you! It started to feel better by Sun morning, but than I spent most of the day yesterday taking down and pinning calves for branding and some other stuff. Was so sore today I contemplated not working out, but I ultimately said fuck it and still got a pretty good workout in anyway.

Going to be stopping the online log for a while. Had some things come up with one of my businesses that is going to require a lot more of my time for a while.

Still working out. Still on my cruise dose of 150mg/wk. Actually changed to a 5 day split this week instead of the 3 day 5x5. Similar rep range, HIT style, but a more traditional split. Work out every morning Mon-Fri at 5am so I can get to the shop before 8am.

Still logging my workouts but in my notebooks which I've been doing all along anyway. Also logging meals and adjust macro's as necessary with the My Macros + app.

Going to be getting some bloodwork done at the end of this month. If everything looks good I'll start thinking about the next blast when shit starts getting back to normal and I can fully commit the necessary time and effort to it.

Quick update.....

Started another small blast. Mostly to see how I react to these compounds before getting too crazy....200mg per week of each - Test/Tren/Mast all E. 20mg Dbol ed for the first two weeks even though I'll probably regret it though I feel like I have a better handle on my estro now....

Currently in week 2. Weight has already shot up thanks to the tits in a tab. Was at 193 this morning.

I've also on been on bulking macro's for a while now. Found my sweetspot that was putting on 1/2 to 1lb per week before I started the blast. Currently at 250g protein, 400g carbs, 150g fat daily with at least 30-40 grams of fiber.

Strength has really started going up the last couple days. Here's a progress pic:

The last couple weeks have been nuts. I was on the road 9 of 14 days at one point. Trying to get myself back on track now.

I still managed to get at least 3 lifting sessions in each week. Got all the big lifts in and hit my macro's for the most part. Weight was as high as 195 but I'm back down to 191 this week.

Going to finish out this blast with a little more of a cut macro setup for the next two months. I'd like to utilize this stack to recomp to a degree and be a little more cut for my next mini vacation in late Aug.

Macro's are going to be 249p 204c 93f 2 on off days, 249p 293c 99f on lifting days, to start. At least 30g fiber every day. Will be keeping track of average weight and bodyfat using calipers each week and adjust the macro's as necessary.

Will be back to a 4 day split next week. 2 on, 1 off, 2 on, 2 off. I seem to be responding well to lower volume, lower reps, higher intensity and focusing on moving more weight every single week.

Unfortunately it was in the evening so I can't really count it.....but it's the first time in my life I've ever weighed that much. 200lbs was my end of the year goal when I started this log LOL I won't officially count it though until it's first thing in the AM.

Weight was 196 first thing this morning on an empty stomach after a piss. That's only a few lbs up vs the 15th, but I was holding some water then due to the dbol and I feel like I've lost a decent amount of bodyfat too.

Macro's are still pretty much the same since everything seems to be going in the right direction.

Gonna try to hold out on posting any more pics until I hit that 200lb mark which I'm hoping will be soon.....

Took my last shot of the 200mg Test/Tren/Mast mix on Sunday. It was .5ml so 100mg of each which I was doing Sun AM and Wed PM.

It has been almost exactly 2 months. I have 2 more bottle of that but I think I'm going to call it good for now. I want to go back down to TRT for a couple months, get some more blood work done, do a really solid 3 month bulking cycle, another 2-3 months at TRT, then a cut cycle similar to what I just did.

I weighed in at 198 this morning. The calipers say my bodyfat is down over 4% vs when I started though. I added 25lbs to my 6 rep bench.

I pretty much gained on everything except squats and deadlifts - had to take almost 4 weeks off those due to that fucking dog biting my quad and having to get stitches. Still working my way up to what I was reppin before that incident. I'm sure that fucked with my progress in general but I feel like I still did pretty well considering that.

I'm going to take 150mg of Test Wed of this week then Sun/Wed of next week. Then drop it down to 100mg the following week and stay there unless bloodwork comes back really high.

Not entirely sure what the bulking cycle is going to entail yet, but I'm thinking a higher dose of Test than I've been taking something like 600mg per week along with 300mg of Deca and 6 weeks of Dbol to kickstart it. I'm sure that'll change before I start though.

It's been a while. Figure it's past time for an update.

Into week 7 of my cruise at 200mg Test C per week. Been feeling pretty good physically. Been a busy couple months and had a couple deaths in the family so my diet and workout routine haven't been as on point as they normally are. Things seems to be getting back to normal in time for my next planned blast though.

I've been hovering around 190-195 so I haven't lost much. I also haven't been lifting heavy like I had been for a month+ trying to give my body a little break.

Going to have bloods drawn this week. If all looks good I'm going to start my next blast Oct 1:

600mg Test E, 300mg Deca, 200mg Mast E per week during weeks 1-12. Tbol 50mg per day weeks 1-6.

300mg Test E and 100mg Mast E will be shot Sun AM and Wed PM.

300mg Deca will be shot on Fri.

4iu's HGH per day. 2iu AM/PM.

I have not fully committed to an AI yet but I've got plenty on hand. Will probably go with Aromasin this time. Something like 12.5mg Mon and Thur.

Will still be on a 4 day split. Will probably throw some cardio and stretching in on Wed's. Going to go back to lifting heavier and trying to crush to PR's.

Going to be bringing the Macro's way up, but in a controlled fashion. I'm currently at 3600 cals per day but will be bumping it up a little each week to try and build the metabolism.

The goal is still to hit 200 by the end of the year, hoping for more like 210 so I know even after the next cruise I'll still be 200+, but without putting on too much more BF. I don't think that's going to be an issue.

The Testosterone, Serum of 1493 is on 200mg of Test E per week split into two doses per week. I'll probably bring my TRT cruise dose down to 150mg per week next time around so I'm closer to 1000.

And yet we got labs around here trying to tell their customers that testing 3-4 times the amount of Test they're taking is acceptable......such bullshit.

I started my first injection of 300mg Deca on Fri. Decided to get a little head start on that stuff since it'll be a while before it really kicks in ;)

On Sunday I officially start my cycle as planned. 300mg Test E / 100mg Mast E twice per week. 50mg Tbol per day (25mg AM and PM) 12 hr apart. 300mg Deca per week. 4iu HGH per day as outlined above.

Macros are currently at 3608 kCal per day. 240g protein / 427 carbs / 127g fat. Going to be adding a little bit each week until I hit 5000 kCal per day.

Weighed in at 194 first thing in the morning after a piss and nothing eaten or drank yet. Been weighing closer to 200 give or take during the day and evening. Here's my starting pic:

Man, injecting 1.5ml into my quad was a little rough lol I had done 1ml in the past but it was in the glute. Honestly though my quad isn't quite as sore as I thought it would be.

Today was Shoulders & Bi's. I'm currently trying a workout plan similar to what Feroce recommends. Shooting for 10 reps on the working sets. Once I can do at least 10 reps to positive failure for at least 3 consecutive working sets I increase the weight. The weight increase will hopefully get me down into that hypertrophy rep range for a bit.

I spend about 10-20 minutes stretching before every workout. I've gotta be more careful with form and a little selective on exercises due to some nasty tendonitis in my right elbow. I'm hoping between that and my PT I'm seeing weekly we can get it alleviated without hindering progress much.

I was going to do some cardio on the water rower, but I ended up taking 0.2ml of Oly's Freek Juice and nailing the Mrs for longer than I would have been on the water rower and called it good.

Weight is jumping up real quick. Was at 200 this morning. I'm a little worried about water retention due to high estro so I'm going to up the AI a little bit.

Awesome I love the dumbbell pullover. I really wanted to start incorporating some kettle ball into my workouts just to take out some of the monotony of my regular routine. But years ago when I was introduced to the dumbbell pullover I was told to do it all so after my back workout. As long as the back and chest workouts want back to back. The difference in the two is just album elbow placement weather the elbows are in side or you hold them outside. One really stretches the sternum and the other really hits the lats. I was told to do it with both exercises because if you're stretching your sternum and growing sideways your lats will also do the same and it'll give you that nice V look

I'm not huge into the KB's like some but I definitely use mine regularly. Pullovers obviously, front raises, squats if I want some high rep, etc.

I've found that if I use the technique Feroce shows in that video I can really stretch the rib cab and even feel it in my chest. I've been subscribed to Dave Draper's weekly emails for like 15 years lol he was using them waaaaaaay back when and still advocates them. Always meant to incorporate them but never really did until recently.

Solid workout this morning. Probably due to more sleep yesterday than I'd gotten most nights the last week. Increased weight on every set by at least 10lbs and got everything down into the 6-8 rep range (except shrugs those were 10-12 reps) to positive failure.

Had to skip Tue's workout.....got fucked in a couple ways. My Sun PM 1.5ml shot in my right quad must have hit a nerve or something. No redness or heat, but fuckin aye it still feels like I got kicked by a mule. It's the first bad shot I've had in my quad in some time. Plus I've just felt like dogshit since my hunting trip. So all things considered Squats were not an option. Last night's 1.5ml shot in the other quad was smooth as butter no fuckin soreness in the slightest today go figure.....I'm thinking I shot too low on my right quad and hit something I wasn't supposed to.

Got back into the rotation today though. Had a solid workout and made some really good gains despite still feeling run down. Still weighing over 200 each morning:

Trying to get back on track this week after some setbacks last week. Between the bad shot and feeling like shit, I missed two workouts. My estro was getting out of hand too as I thought and really had to up the AI to get the nip puffiness and soreness back down. Everything feels much better this week though. I'm also not as fluffy. Sorry for not posting last week. It was a rough week. I decided it was best to stop my cycle last week....I stopped the TBol, Deca, and HGH and am back down to my TRT dose of Test as of a week ago Sun.

Between feeling sick and run down physically despite the strength and weight gains, my injuries, and then gyno onset I figured it was best to stop, take a week off, and go back to the drawing board.

I started taking 20mg Nolva twice per day split 12 hours apart and 25mg Asin since the Letro and Caber I was trying the previous week wasn't working that well. Finally starting to see some real reduction.

Nolva is down to 20mg per day this week. Keeping the Asin the same until the gyno is virtually gone. I'm going to ride it out until the gyno is gone and then get some bloodwork done.

I think my first problem with this cycle is Deca and I just don't get along. It was my first time with the stuff, had to find out some time I suppose. Had a couple instances of Deca dick despite the fact I was only taking 300mg and taking twice that much Test. I didn't like the way it made me feel either. I think 600mg of Test combined with 200mg Mast was too high of a jump for me. I was taking Caber so I don't think the gyno was progresterone related. Probably just too much test for me personally with too little AI off the start. I probably need to consider taking Nolva with higher doses of Test and/or orals with how prone I am. Feroce claims he takes Nolva instead of an AI with cycles. I'll probably take Nolva along with a smaller dose of Asin.

I'm back to working out though despite feeling a bit run down still, which is probably due to my Estro being too low. Going to start incorporating more cardio and stretching:

My right knee is one of the nagging injuries that's giving me issues. I've got this tendon on the right side of my knee that is way too tight or something. It's like it catches on my knee when I bend it under weight.

I've figured out that I can do some Kettlebell squats with a really narrow stance that doesn't seem to catch that tendon or aggrivate it. Same with leg ext (which I haven't done in years) and TRX lunges when done carefully. So I'm going to do a higher rep, more of a PT type workout on legs for a while and see if I can't work through it.

More stretching and cardio today, but no weights. Did about 15-20 minutes of stretching then 20 minutes on the water rower followed by some hangs.

Weight is down a few lbs as to be expected. Back down to the high 190's this week.

Back pain is almost completely gone. Gyno symptoms are subsiding but definitely feeling the effects of the Letro. Energy is low but not completely zapped. Had a productive weekend and got my ass up at 4am to workout this morning and take care of the livestock:

Knee is still giving me some issues so I kept it the same as last week other than shooting for more reps on every set. Made some pretty solid gains and the pump was pretty intense. Feel like I'm working the inner teardrop more than ever before:

I'm not entirely sure. I think I fucked it up when I took a spill traversing a steep incline hunting a a month or so ago. I've got this tendon or ligament on the side of my knee that I can feel and see catching on bone when I bend my leg, more so when I'm pulling or pushing weight with a wide stance. My MT has been trying to loosen it up, and I've adjusted my workouts. It seems to be improving. It still does it though not as bad and no more pain. Just going to take it easy and be smart with the leg workouts until I feel like it's 100% again.

It might actually end up being a positive in a way though. I feel like I'm working the lower part of my leg particularly the inner tear drop more than ever now. I seemed to always be adding more mass to my upper quads. This might help me balance things out.

Today was an off day. Was thinking about doing some cardio and stretching but have been too fucking busy at work. Back at the weights again in the AM!

It’s funny you say that man. Sometimes injuries cause you to get creative and implement workouts that you haven’t done for a while and hit the body differently

So I decided to skip my TRT dose last night in hopes that it may help the Letro blast the remants of this gyno. It's not noticeable in the mirror but I can still feel it in there. Fortunately it doesn't feel like it's calcified and seems to be going down by the day.

Despite that and my estro being in the shitter, had a damn good workout today. Everything felt good and destroyed last week's workout:

Another solid workout today. More improvement on the gyno I think skipping my Wed dose helped. Hoping to be 100% cleared up at this rate by next week.

This may be my last post in this log. I hit my goal of 200lbs this year even despite a number of setbacks. I probably won't consider running another cycle until the new year. If I decide to start logging again it'll probably be a new log after the new year.
