I'm 25 5"9 190lbs at about 13%bf I've been working out going on 5 years but last year I feel off and stoped for 8 months I use to be a fat boy lol and feel in love with the gym I ran like 9 cycles with gear like tren test masteron anavar winstril eq tbol never ran a bulker cuz I'm scared to get fat again I eat ok I use to meal prep but I need that solid push to get me threw the drama and vs and blow the fuck up while staying lean

Ok so 5 years of training is good but 9 cycles ? Wow. So you ran all that gear rather young.

Right now I'm running test e tren e tbol and eq I work out 5 to six days usually go heavy then reps

What exactly do you need assistance with then?

A coach usually would help with diet/supps, a training program, and application of a cycle.
It looks like you are already well on your way.
Is it your diet specifically that your in need of help?

Ok well strategy is an overall plan. Basically. The tactics to achieve the plan are training diet and sometimes AAS. How you manipulate those is how you make your strategy.
So you are happy with your diet and training? And AAS use.
What area do you need a push in?
Have you measured yourself and tested your BF%.?
Take pics of your self and post em.
What show you wanna do and when?
Do you have to bulk more?
Have you ever carb cycled?

See where I'm going with this?

What kind of push do you need?

Let's see some pics including legs. And get some measurments.
Are you comfortable with that?

No I never carb cycle I wanna build mass while keeping bf low I today is leg day so I'll post pic after I'll measure them thank you for the help I really appreciate it I wanna see what my body is capable of

Do you know how to figure out how many cals for maintenance?
There are online calculators.
Get that. The pics. A sample of your diet plan. Tape measure yourself. And maybe a template of your routine.
You can PM me . Get it all together and then we'll start a new thread (log).

Ok.
So have you ever measured and weighed food before?
Get yourself a kitchen scale and you have to eat up bro.

Breakfast
3/4 c oats (cinnamon ok)
7 egg whites 1 whole egg

Meal 2
Same as meal one. (Cook meal 1 and meal 2 together to save time)

Meal 3
7 Oz of chicken breast,Turkey
OR 8 oz cod
1/2 cup of rice or 5 Red potato (small ones)
Or 1/2 a sweet potato
Lots of veggies

Meal 4 same as 3

Meal 5 same as 3/4

Meal 6 lean beef lots of veg.

Meal 7
1 c of Greek yogurt or cottage cheese or casein shake.
(I usually avoid the shake before bed so I don't have to wake up to piss)

You can have a post workout shake.

Replacing a meal with a shake is only allowed if you are desperate. Try to always eat real food.
