Today is day one of my log with help of a good bop member he would guide me threw this
Started of with
Breakfast and tbol detox pillls multivitamins and liver support follow up today is chest day and I will be posting pics and progress in mandatory!! No more fucken excuses!!!!!!

Today did anzel meal plan and dam I'm full but feel good killled chest start with flat bench and got my new pr of 365 then got my reps then incline 5 sets of 20,18,12,8,8
Decline same as incline
Did incline flys 5 sets till failure
Same with flat flys
Then burned out with 3 set of dips till failure I will post pics tomorrow stay tuned for results and feel free to point me the right direction

Wow did 20 minutes with a little bit of abs and I was hugging and puffing carbs up after with some egg white now gunna fuel up then hit chest anyone wanna break me off with a good ass chest workout?? I'll post a pic of chest pump after!!

Thanks man I've been mia but not to worry I've been doing doubles I'm going to post a pic at the end of the week to see if I made progress cuz I feel strong full but lean and I even started doing more cardio but for some reason every time I do abs I get really bad cramps and I mean bad to the point that I can't move

Cramps in your abs bro? I get leg cramps sometimes, seems to usually mean I'm dehydrated. But never experienced abs cramps.

Yeah I know I never had them ab cramps but they are painful I feel it the next day idk if my core is weak or I'm just dehydrated but I'm going to look into it

Yum took today off but tomorrow will hit fasted cardio at least 20 minutes slow pace then eat and later on that day kill delts traps and shoulders im suppose to take the weekends off so imma go for burn outs and super sets not to heavy

I wash the affected area with Dawn dishwashing detergent. Does a great job of getting rid of the oil. Then I use salicylic soap. Usually it comes in 2% salicylic, but 3% is better if you can find it. Right now I am using the generic Walgreens 3% shampoo because I could not find that strength in the soap. I've also had good results clearing acne with sulfur soap (but has a nasty smell) or any product with a high concentration of eucalyptus. Hope this helps brother!

Might want to see your doc to get antibiotics bro. I got a script for Doxycycline that I take when it gets really bad. It helps a lot.

Sorry have been doing 12 Hour shifts at work but still been staying consistent ate a cup of oaf meal with some eggs killed back and ate chicken rice and greens and will go hit legs after work stay tune cuz imma be doing 2 a day workouts
