A little intro, I'm 51yrs old 6,0" weight is 202lbs 20bf.I will be starting a 17 week cut diet today. Macro's 60% p 30%c 10%f training will be 1 body part per day with 30 min of cardio on treadmill in the morning's.
Diet will be fish and broccoli and good fats 6 meals per day. Hoping for 160 lbs at the end of 17 weeks. Then its grow time. Hopefully I'll be primed to soak up some goodies. Ive never done this so please hop on board and ride along with me on tjis journey.

Training and duet are going well cardio 30 min a day treadmill work steady state. Burning 250 calories a session 7 days a week plus cutting 250 a day out of my diet. That 3,500 calories a week long way to go scale weight is 198 lbs diet is still fish and broccoli. A gallon of water a day.

I did 30 min on the treadmill this morning. Tonight is back day for me. Barbell rows, seated cable rows, and reverse grip cable pull down's. Diet still the same. Just getting my meals in bf down to 16.5% weight at 198

Family I fell of the wagon this week and ate everything in sight. Crammed it all in and weight up to 209 blah. Doing legs tonight. Going to be a long road ahead. See I'm a natural trainer and want to get lean so as to introduce some product's on the rebound to soak up the nutrients like a spong. Will continue to keep you all posted.

seems like a good plan.. juice isn't really a one cycle thing.. if your in man, its usually for the long haul. wouldnt put too much pressure on your first cycle..nice and easy man!!

Mate's I'm in I did legs on Sunday, chest monday, back yesterday and shoulders today. I haven't adjusted well to cutting carbs. I love to eat. I weigh 208. I loose my strength on cutting carbs. Im still hitting the steel. Contemplating just continue the bulk.

I did arms today 5 sets of barbell curls, 5 sets of DB curls, 5 sets of tricep cable push downs and fineshed with 5 sets of DB skull scrusher's . Weight is still holding at 208lbs. Id post pic's if I knew how. Can someone tell me hoe to post pic's on this forum?

Brother, I'll just bulk for now I'm holding 208lbs. Low carbs was a bitch I love to eat. I didn't taper them down and stalled and ate everything in sight. Tonight is leg night. Squats, 5x5 Leg Press 5x5, Leg Culs 5x 12-15 standing cslf raises 5x as many as I can get

Today is shoulder day. BB behind the neck presses, DB side lateral raises, and finish with reverse peck deck, scale weight is at 211 lbs

What were the sets/reps?

I had a killa shoulder workout. 5 sets on each. 15,12,10,8,8,

I did Chest and Tri's today flat bb bench press, smith machine incline press, and finished up with the pec deck. Then it was on to Triceps close grip barbell bench presses, v bar cable push downs, db skull crushers, reps were 15,12,10,8,8

Sorry for not up dating my log. What started out last week as a stomach virus has now been confirmed as Cilac dieseas so ive been sidelined
For over a week or more. Was confirmed with blood test. Im gluten intolerant. Missed a whole weeks worth of gym time.
Im going to the gym tonight to do chest and tri's will continue to keep this log moving.

Chest and Tri's went well on friday. I did Back and Bi's on saturday yesterday I took off yesterday and tonight I hit legs and shoulders. body weight was up to 213 lbs. but I lost 7 pounds now down to 206 lbs. its hard trying not to eat foods with gluten in them. I love oats and breads pasta ect. I have weighed as much as 217 lbs. would like to get to 220 lbs then do a cut.

As long as the training and diet is on track the progress will follow.

Any particular reason You are avoiding gluten?
Doctor says that Gluten causes my lower intestine to become inflamed. Ill bulk with potatos and rice doing back and bis tonight. weight at 207 lbs
