The only thing I would do different is instead of 25 mg every 3 days I would do 12 mg every day.

Also, I believe diet plays a pretty big role in controlling bloat but I'm no expert. Just an ordinary bro with self experience.

I would try both bro,I ran arimidex and liked it,tried aromasin and it did not agree with me at all. Felt some weird way on it and made me dizzy.

Dex is strong and can crash you pretty hard but keep in mind I'm used to TRT dosing for everything.

Have always used Arimedex and ok....was wondering if Aromasin was better....first time running hgh ....alonside test and going to add another compound within a month...diet in check

How high on the test are you running it again? What dose of arimidex did you run at last time.

I prefer Adex due to the fact that you don't need to dose it daily and also my TRT Doc has told me that he would much rather me continue to use Adex as apposed to exemestane as my AI. Also Adex just simply works well for me, .5mg Mon/Thurs and I'm good to go.

currently 300 Test a week....plan on upping to 5 ....600.... usually .5 Arimedex 3 times a week on higher test...was also curious now that hgh is in the mix

For what it's worth .5mg of Adex twice a week on 400mg of test cyp EW keeps me good, and I'm also on HGH which will not have any additional effect.
