I got my chicken thighs to go with my brown rice. About to put shark steaks on along with salmon.

I got tuna salad with eggs, onions pickle and mustard, chicken breast with no salt seasoning, grilled steak and talapia for protein sources. Sweet potatoes, and or rice and veggies for carbs, rice cakes with peanut butter, and or 1.1 oz. of almonds for fat sources.

8 am is egg beaters, egg, turkey sausage, veggies and 2% cheese
10am same
12 big salad and 5.5 oz chicken breast
3pm rice, beans and ground turkey

Maybe switch it up with turkey cutlets or some bison patties. Rice is always the go to carb

I like the turkey cutlets too! Its a nice slight change of pace from chicken breasts.

I love mixing in wild game meats. I hunt so I have venison/ wild turkey and boar in the freezer. Also mix in fish I catch like shark/red stripe/ bass/ catfish

I haven't hunted or fished in years I do have a meat market close that I could buy some. Venison sounds great!!!

Venison is the best. High protein/low fat and absorbs flavor easily. I have 95lbs of ground meat in the freezer. I tagged a 9 point/6 point and a doe this year.

Chicken,brown rice,black beans,broccoli and sweet potatoes.
Eggs
Overnight oats w/almond butter, bananas and cinnamon
Protein egg muffins
Cottage cheese
