I suppose the title says it all! I'm learning a lot on this thread in anticipation of brewing my own gear. Pretty juiced to say the least. I have my equipment list ready to go, I understand the process of raw to injectable gear. However, I will most likely start with semi finished just to get the feel for part of the process before I dive head long into it. After rooting through the threads I haven't found an explanation as to how one should go about transferring the finished oil into individual 10mlvial. I have a hunch that it's probably so damn obvious that it's a step that doesn't need to be addressed. However, I'll ask the question anyways.

What is is the best, most sanitary way of to go about transferring the finished oil from the receiving vessel ( for arguments sake, a 1000ml bottle) to 10ml vials? Syringe?

You can purchase sepa tops for media bottles, use a 15g. Push the 15g in and leave it. Then get fresh sterile 10ml syringes. Fill one or two at a time, or five, then transfer from syringe to vial. Repeat.

Thanks, man. That's pretty much what I had in mind. I suppose that method is for presealed vials? I'm guessing I could basically do the same thing with sterile unsealed vials then cap and crimp with tops

With sealed vials, youre going to want to use nothing larger than a 20g to fill and something small to vent, like a 25g as a vent. If you go larger than a 20g to fill you will trash the rubber stopper. And it takes a long time and alot of forearm pump to do it that way. Unsealed vials, you just point the full syringe in top of vial with no pin on it and let her rip, then place stopper, seal, and crimp. Unsealed vials are much easier and faster to fill.

Filling open serum vials use a seripettor by brandtech. Has adjustable volume for 1-25ml each pump. Is precise up to .001mL

If you have a static environment you can always back fill 60ml syringes.

for small experiments i just use a 10ml pippet and for 7 bux you can get a pippet pump with quick release works really good if your making small batches say for personel use.
