Let me preface this by saying I stoled this off internet

ingredients

1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
7 table spoons of bell plantation PB2 powdered peanut butter ( Wally World has it)
1/3 cup water
1/4 cup fat free milk

directions

1. Measure PB2 place into bowl
2. Add water and blend until creamy set aside
3. In separate bowl mix milk and protein powder stir until thin liquid consistency set aside
4. Place 5 muffin tins onto plate
5. Spoon PB2 mixture into 5 muffin cups to create bottom layer
6. Spoon protein and milk mixture over PB2 to create top layer
7. Place plate of muffin tins cups in freezer. Let it freeze for about 4 hours
8. Allow to thaw for about 3 to 5 minutes
9. Peel away and eat while still cold.

I found the tin foil muffin cups to work the best, and it helps with the sweet tooth.

lmao, my diet is dialed in, but sometimes I just need junk food. Quit smoking, drinking the whole lot, so now it's candy of some sorts.

I am going to make this tonight with my kids. I will post a picture in here for you guys. I am also going to use whole milk and I will post the breakdown of the macros also. I love making healthy snacks and treats like this with my kids. It helps keep them and me away from processed crap. Thanks MARINE.

That's Layer silk cup.

I'm a head chef/kitchen manager at a large chain restaurant, and a prep cook at a small family owned restaurant that kills it.

I'd tweak like this. Now stay with me.

To the milk protein powder mix add 3 to 5 grams of powdered sugar (oh no!! Lol. It's only globally adding 25 extra calories with 5g extra sugar. If this makes at least 5 OB Cups, we are talking a gram if sugar more. For turning this into a portable non frozen take anywere snack, it's worth it.

And if 1 gram if sugar is going "throw your diet off" then, that's shits already thrown off.

Any way, add 5g (1tsp) of powdered sugar to protein/milk mix, pour a touch in muffin cup, let slightly set for about 15 minutes. Then place peanut butter ball on top of set chocolate base, and pour more choclatein mix on top.
Set pan in fridge, not freezer. Freezers are wet, fridges are dryer. This low RH environment will help the choclatein powder sugar coating set hard without needing any additional refrigeration after initial setting
