Been talking about doing a show for a couple years now. Things kept coming up so I kept putting it off. The only thing I didn't put off was my training. Im finally at a point that I can dedicate almost a 4 full months to a contest prep So im going to do it. I am starting my contest prep next Monday and am dreading the 1hour long cardio sessions. "HOW BAD DO YOU WANT IT?" ...bad enough that Im gonna do it. I will create a little bullshit log and keep my BROTHERS on here in the loop.
