Depends on what I'm doing. Big squat sets where I truly care about the weight I may take up to 3 minutes. But for things like arms and shoulders I can take as low as a minute. Also depends if I'm trying to lean out or put on weight

Yeh really depends on goals.. for high weight, low rep on major movements.. bench, deads, squats.. 3 mins.. when the goal is strength..

If the goal is size, muscle composition etc. 60-90 seconds

Most stuff i try to stay around 30 sec to a min. Squats are different. Sometimes up to 5 depending on weight/rep scheme

I don't really time it. Just wait until my breathing and heartrate are closer to normal. I focus more on the breathing though. How long that take varies depending on what I'm doing as others have mentioned.

I will try to get my breathing and heart rate to level out a bit. I don't keep track of time usually.
