So I had some bloods ran about a week ago. Test came back for HDL at 29 while my LDL is in an acceptable range. Any thoughts or ideas as to why or what I can do to raise my HDL. I have been taking my supps and only use olive oil to cook with and for the most part rarely eat any bad fats. My fat intake is a little low though however on my diet. I will be seeing my Dr in 2 weeks to discuss what is going on. Any help on how to raise my HDL in the mean while would be much appreciated.

On a side not I am cruising at 250 mg of sust and was running PHEN for only a couple of days for the test.

Your profile looks very good! The problem really becomes when hdl is low and ldl is high. Try some cardio and increase healthy fats as mentioned. Also keep in mind it could take a few months to see a rise in your HDL

I just walk on the treadmill for 30-40 minutes right after weight training keeping my heart rate at about 130 bpm
