Hey everyone,

I've been ordering from BOP sponsors for quite a while now so I wanted to log my progress to show you how great these guys are! I have a event in about 12 weeks that I'm hoping I will be completely ripped for!

Right now I'm running all AEL products
750mg sust/week
800eq/ week
.5 arimidex EOD
20mg cialis pre workout

In a few weeks I'm going to add in their tren and Tbol! I will keep you updated on my dosages for these.

As I get further into the cut, our friends monster Labs are going to help me out! I have some of their sust that I will switch to and will also run their t3 product. I will keep you up to date on dosages as the time comes.

Finally, for my PCT, our friends at gearpro provided me with clomid and nolvadex.

Here are some pictures of how I am currently looking. Hoping some major changes come as I switch compounds and clean up my diet. Diet and training posts will be posted soon! 1316113162131631316413165

Diet-

Feel free to critique guys but right now this helps me get through work and lean out without becoming a complete mess lol

4:30 am- (pre workout meal) 1 can of tuna with 30g of fast acting carbs (jelly or honey) 20mg of cialis

5 am- workout

7am- 2 cans of tuna 15g fast acting carbs (jelly or honey) 2 cups of broccoli

9:30 am- whey protein shake

11 am- 3 whole eggs 7 egg whites 2 cups of kale

2 pm- 8oz tilapia 2 cups of kale

4pm- afternoon cardio

4:30 pm- 8 oz tilapia and blended veggy shake which includes cucumber broccoli green peppers and powdered fiber

7:30 pm (before bed)- 12oz turkey 80/20 2 cups of white rice

I actuallly have my largest meal before bed to that when I wake up and train I'll be using those calories rather than trying to stuff my face before a 5 am workout. Let me know if u have any suggestions!

Haha! Funny you say that cause I wasn't sure why Sponsors were selling cialis and viagra all the time. I suppose from the ED effects of some compounds but also because it increases blood flow and gives you a good pump! I'm not walking around the gym with a boner though lol, you still need some stimulation

Maybe....I get a boner from tren, or you can get an instant hard-on from melanotan 2 injection.

Just my opinion bro...But I would consider combining a couple of things here. Like back and bis. Back and Tris...Etc. if you work harder you'll have more time to recover.

Hey electro,

You're opinion is valued greatly my friend! One of the main reasons I started this log was to absorb some of the knowledge from the great people here at BOP.

Here's my conflict: I know taking days off are very important for recovery, so from that's perspective consolidating some body parts would be ideal. However, I feel like when I'm trying to get ripped I need to do as much volume as I can. So it was actually intentional that I spread out these body parts so that I was doing something almost everyday. Could this be hurting my recovery? For sure. I'll have to experiment and see how my body feels

Here's the way I see things. There's only one difference between someone who juices and someone who doesn't.
Anabolism.
Both have to dial in the diet.
Both have to work out with intensity.
Both have to have proper recovery.
But the differing factor is anabolism.
You can recover quicker on AAS, but you still need that recovery. And if you work even harder than you were you will gain more than before and need the same recovery time you need without AAS... Make sense? So really, AAS allows you to work harder for the muscle mass you want....And I said harder, not stupid'er!!

Today was glute/ham day

5 minute warmup on stair master

Warm up with leg extensions/leg curls. About 20 reps on each did 3 sets if these

1st working exercise- one leg lunges on smith machine

135 1 set of 15 each leg
185 2 sets 12 each leg
225 1 set 8 each leg

Next was a leg press with leg curl superset. When u did my leg press I focused on having a wide stance while point my toes outward.

I worked up to 9 plates each side where I did 12 reps, then I super set that with leg curls where I did 90 pounds for 20 reps. Great pump from these!

Next standing alternating lunges-

185x 15 each leg

Next sumo deadlifts(light)
3 sets of 185x 15

Ended with calves 3x 20 toes point outward

3 x20 toes pointing inward

I did a lot of lunges and didn't do squats because my lower back has been not in the best shape. It feels better now but I'm not rushing back to it.

Thanks for following along guys

Hey everyone happy Monday. Today I crushed shoulders!

Started with shoulder press machine, but I did it backwards facing the seat. This allowed my lift to not be so front felt oriented. I did 3x15

Next seated side lateral raises 4x15

DB shoulder press 70lbs 4x15
Seated lateral raise machine 4x12

Front delt raises on cables 3x 20
Barbell shrugs 225x20
315x20
405x 15

Ended with 15 minutes of HIIT training and came back in the after noon to do even more HIIT.

Gotta put in work to get shredded!

Have a great week everyone

Hey guys- today was arms!

I like to rotate between biceps and triceps with super sets

Bis I started with standing EZ bar curles rotating between the outside grip and the inside grip 4 sets of 20

I super set that with tricep push downs 4x15

Next was concentration curls 3x15
Super set with one arm tricep extensions overhead with dumbells 60lbs 3x12

Next was standing straight bar curls 3x15

Super set with skull crushers 110lbs 3x15

Finished up by doing some blood flow restriction training and cardio.

Starting tren next week I'm very excited! Will post progress pics soon

Hey guys-

Just added AELS tren today!! Super stoked to see some vascularity and definition come in! I'm keeping my training and diet the same for now since I've added this in.

Question for everyone... are people here a fan of "refeed" days? I've been doing them twice a week. If anything this just helps me mentally, I diet very hard for 2-3 days and earn a big meal. Obviously if I want to get even lower body fat I'd have to cut that out. Just wanted to hear some people's opinions. Have a great weekend everyone
