CRUISE PROTOCOL

Hey all,

So I currently am on a cycle until probably July 1. I wanted to get more input about people that cruise on just test in between cycles. Test cyp? I was thinking like 500mg test cyp per week in between to cruise. I would appreciate any input... Thanks !!

IMO, that's way too much for cruise. I think most usually cruise around 200. At least I do. The idea I think is to try to cruise around your test baseline, give your receptors a break and avoid pct. Doc put me on trt cuz low test a few years ago so when I come off cycle i go back to that dose which was 185 so I round it up to 200. Some may be higher some lower, just think 500 is more on the on cycle that a cruise dose. What dose are you on during cycle?

Cyp is good. That's what my doc was giving me. Personally I use test e but that's what I use on cycle too. Cyp will last a little bit longer[emoji1303]

200 is good 500 you're running a miny cycle

During one of my runs last summer I stopped my cycle and cruised on just 250 of Test-e and had great results with that.
So I would agree with the others and say 200-250 a week is plenty.

200-300mg test weekly
25mg-50mg daily
Hcg can be added in there if need be 250-500iu 2x weekly

is 120mg too low to cruise on

200 would even be out the high side get bloods on that dose and see what your levels are and adjust most guys I know cruise TRT on 100-150mg cyp a week

The only way to really tell would be blood work and how you feel.. if 120 puts you at 400 but you feel like shit it probabaly needs to upped a little
