milk thistle lethargy

this may be placebo. but i took 3 servings ni one and it seemed to curve the lethargy and loss of appetite a significant amount. does anyone experience this with miilk thistle? ive heard it doesnt do shit so i wanted to ask.

It would untax the liver if your taking Orals ?
Several possibilities , but usally it just shows up on Bloodwork as decreased liver enzymes.
