Hello brothers, so I just finished a dbol/sust cycle
Im now 3 weeks in to my pct, so I either got gyno
or fat around my chest! Shit sucks… anyway I want
burn as much bf possible before my next bulking cycle…
I've been 4500 calories a day about 45% protein
35% carbs and the rest fats… so I'm just looking for
a little advice on my diet … do I completely cut carbs?
how many calories … any help is much appreciated
