1st time ordering from Pharmacomstore and transaction went Very smoothly. I ordered 2x test cyp 250.

weigh in on day 1 -158Lbs final weigh in was 190Lbs.
Dosing was 1cc on Monday and 1cc on Thursday for total 10 week cycle.

I tried to include pictures but I cant even check them because I don't have 5 posts yet.

Diet/rough outline: 11 am
4 - 5 Egg whites
1 Cup Oatmeal or Whole Grain Bagel
Hashbrowns
2:30
Sub Sandwich
(no mayo or salad dressings)
4 pm
1 Cup rice OR Yam
1 Chicken Breast
1 Small Salad (2 tbsp dressing allowed)
5:30 pm
1 Banana
1 cup granola or granola bar (ex. Nature Valley)
7 pm
Workout
Immediately after workout: Protein Shake
8:30 pm
Lean Protein
Ex. Chicken, Turkey, Fish, Steak
Complex Carb
Ex. Rice, Potato, Yam


Training :5 Day Split
Day 1: Chest
Day 2: Back
Day 3: Legs
Day 4: Shoulders
Day 5: Arms

6 Day Split
Day 1: Quads
Day 2: Back
Day 3: Chest
Day 4: Hams and Calves
Day 5: Arms
Day 6: Shoulders

5 Day A, B Split
Heavy = Rep range of 6 to 12, Light = Rep range of 8 - 20

Week A
Day 1: Chest Heavy
Day 2: Back Light
Day 3: Legs Heavy
Day 4: Shoulders Light
Day 5: Arms Heavy

Week B

Day 1: Chest Light
Day 2: Back Heavy
Day 3: Legs Light
Day 4: Shoulders Heavy
Day 5: Arms Light

wtf that was some real good gains 32 pounds almost straight lean mass? whats ur height

I've never run NPP but have used nandrolone decaonate. Npp is good if you don't mind pinning 3x a week around 350-450mg

I was interested in npp because I heard it helps you eat more and it does good things for tendons and ligaments. Also what if I did 2 cc. 2 times a week?
